Claims (5)
- 患者の体内の圧力を測定するための圧力センサワイヤアセンブリであって、
圧力を測定し、測定した圧力に応じた圧力センサ信号を生成する圧力センサ素子と、
前記圧力センサ素子を端部に有し、患者の体内に挿入されて前記圧力センサ素子を患者の体内に配置するための圧力センサワイヤと、
当該圧力センサワイヤアセンブリと一体化された部品であり、圧力センサ信号が供給されると、圧力センサ信号に応じた出力圧力信号を、外部生理モニタが測定した圧力を取得できるように規格化されたフォーマットで自動的に生成するセンサ信号適合化回路と、を備え、
さらに、患者の体外の圧力を測定するように当該圧力センサワイヤアセンブリに設けられ、独自に外部圧力値を生成する外部圧力センサを備え、
前記外部圧力値は、当該圧力センサワイヤアセンブリ内に配置されて圧力測定の間の外部圧力の変化を反映した補償値を生成する圧力補償手段に供給され、
前記出力圧力信号は、前記外部生理モニタに供給される前に前記補償値で補償され、
当該圧力センサワイヤアセンブリは、前記患者の体外に配置されるように構成されたトランシーバ装置と通信装置とをさらに備え、
前記圧力センサワイヤは、該圧力センサワイヤの基端部で、該圧力センサワイヤの該基端部が入るように構成された細長い開口が設けられたトランシーバ装置に接続され、
前記トランシーバ装置は、通信信号を通じて前記通信装置と無線通信をし、
前記通信装置は、前記外部生理モニタに接続されて出力圧力信号を該外部生理モニタに供給し、
前記外部圧力センサは前記通信装置に配置されており、
初期外部圧力値が、圧力の測定が開始されたときに測定された外部圧力値として求められ、
前記補償手段は、現在の外部圧力値と前記初期外部圧力との間の差に応じた前記補償値を生成する、
ことを特徴とする圧力センサワイヤアセンブリ。 - 前記無線通信は、確立された通信プロトコルで行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧力センサワイヤアセンブリ。
- 前記圧力補償手段は、制御手段と記憶手段とを備え、生成された前記外部圧力値は前記記憶手段に記憶されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の圧力センサワイヤアセンブリ。
- 前記圧力補償手段は前記通信装置に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の圧力センサワイヤアセンブリ。
- 前記圧力センサワイヤの前記基端部の外径が0.35ミリメートルであり、前記細長い開口の内径は0.35ミリメートルよりも若干大きいことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の圧力センサワイヤアセンブリ。
