The locking member 19 has the same basic shape as each part except for a point symmetrical with the locking member 18. The locking members 18 and 19 use stainless steel (SUS) as a material.

The roof tiles such as the front tile 4 and the rear tile 6 have the same shape and are flat rectangular roof tiles. Further, the roof tiles 4, 6 and the like are formed with locking projections 68 projecting downward on the back surface of the underwater side edge 25, and in the center of the back surfaces of the roof tiles 4, 6 are grooved downward in the water. A back groove portion 70 that is recessed is formed.

Here, the usage form of the support 2 of the said roof mount frame is demonstrated.
First, the procedure for attaching the support 2 to the covered roof tile will be described.
The support 2 is preliminarily stacked in the order of the pedestal member 10, the holding member 12 and the receiving member 14, and the bolts 16 are laid from below at the hole portion 36 of the pedestal member 10, the long hole portion 44 of the holding member 12 and the hole portion of the receiving member 14. 54, and the nut 17 is loosely tightened from above and assembled easily.

When attaching the support 2, the locking members 18 and 19 are inserted between the front roof tile 4 and the rear roof tile 6 in advance.
As shown in FIG. 5A, the locking member 18 is inserted with the locking portion 58 turned sideways. Since this latching part 58 can be inserted sideways, it is sufficient for insertion to such an extent that the roof tile 6 on the water-side is slightly lifted to ensure a slight gap. The locking portion 58 of the locking member 18 is inserted to a position beyond the water-side edge 24 of the front roof tile 4. Similarly, with respect to the other locking members 19, the locking portions 58 are inserted between the front roof tile 4 and the rear roof tile 6.

Next, as shown in FIG. 5B, the body 3 of the support 2 is attached between the locking member 18 and the locking member 19. The main body 3 of the support 2 places the pedestal member 10 on the upper surface of the front tile 4 wound on the roof slope, and inserts the pedestal member 10 between the front tile 4 and the rear tile 6. . At the same time, the presser portion 38 of the presser member 12 is disposed on the upper surface portion of the rear roof tile 6 near the underwater edge 25.

When inserting the pedestal member 10, the back groove portion 70 of the back tile 6 is used, and the pedestal member 10 is inserted into the gap formed by the back groove portion 70. In addition, when using the roof tile of the shape without the said back groove part 70 for a back | latter stage roof, the base member 10 is inserted in the appropriate position (near the center part) between this roof tile and a front | former roof tile. In this case, the back tile is slightly lifted to secure a gap.
Since the pedestal member 10 and the locking members 18 and 19 of the support 2 can be disposed by being inserted into a slight gap between the roof tiles, the roof tile 10 can have any shape such as a curved plate or flat plate. It is also possible to install it after it has been rolled up.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5C, when the pedestal member 10 is inserted between the front roof tile 4 and the rear roof tile 6, the locking piece 32 of the base member 10 is connected to the rear roof tile 6. It is made to latch on the latching convex part 68 formed in the back surface. The holding structure of the supporting piece 2 attached to the roof tile 6 in the subsequent stage is strengthened by the locking structure by the locking piece portion 32.
And the holding member 12 provided in the upper part with respect to the said base member 10 is moved to the water upper side (or water lower side) using the elongate hole part 44, and the standing step part 40 of the holding member 12 is made into a back | latter stage. The roof tile 6 is brought into contact with the underwater side edge 25.

In this state, the nut 17 attached to the bolt 16 of the support 2 is tightened. By tightening the bolt 16, the presser portion 38 of the presser member 12 presses the upper surface portion of the rear roof tile 6 to sandwich the rear roof tile 6 with the pedestal member 10, and the support 2 itself is attached to the rear roof tile 6. Hold and fix.
As a result, the support 2 (main body 3) is held and fixed to the rear roof tile 6 by both clamping and locking means.

Next, as shown in FIG. 6, the locking member 18 inserted between the front roof tile 4 and the rear roof tile 6 is turned (with the base portion 56 as an axis) so that the locking portion 58 faces downward, To the water-side edge 24 of the roof tile 4. In this state, the fastening portion 62 of the locking member 18 faces upward.
Similarly, for the other locking members 19, the base portion 56 is rotated (opposite to the locking member 18) to lock the locking portions 58 to the water-side edge 24 of the preceding roof tile 4. Turn 62 upwards.

Then, as shown in FIG. 7, the fastening portions 62 of the locking members 18 and 19 face each other on the water side of the main body 3 of the support 2. At this time, both fastening portions 62 are in an upward direction and open to the left and right. Further, the bolt 72 is inserted into the holes 64 of both the fastening portions 62, 62, and the nut 73 is fastened from the opposite side, and the fastening portions 62, 62 are fastened and connected (FIG. 5C).

Thereby, the locking members 18 and 19 turn slightly inward, and the fastening portions 62 face each other in parallel. At this time, each latching | locking part 58,58 opens in the shape of a square, and each latching | locking part 58,58 latches to the waterside edge 24 of the roof tile 4 of a front | former stage, respectively. At the same time, the locking pieces 66 and 66 of the locking portions 58 and 58 engage with the corner portions 71 and 71 at both ends of the back groove portion 70 of the water-side edge portion 24 of the front roof tile 4, respectively. 19 is firmly fixed to the roof tile 4 in the previous stage.
When the roof tile without the back groove portion 70 is used, the locking pieces 66 and 66 of the locking portions 58 and 58 engage with the back surface portion of the water side edge of the roof tile.

Further, by fastening (connecting) the fastening portions 62 and 62 with the bolt 72 and the nut 73, the base portions 56 and 56 of the locking members 18 and 19 are supported by the base member 10 or the presser of the support 2 (main body 3). The left and right sides of the member 12 are clamped. By the clamping by the locking members 18, 19, the locking members 18, 19 are fixed to the main body 3 of the support 2 in a state where the locking members 18, 19 are integrated with the base member 10 (or the pressing member 12).

Therefore, the support 2 is fixed to the rear roof tile 6 by being clamped by the presser member 12 and the pedestal member 10, and is also moved to a state in which it is also locked to the front roof tile 4 by the locking members 18 and 19 ( Underwater) is blocked. As a result, the support 2 is held and fixed to both the tiles 4 and 6 of the back tile 6 and the front tile 4, so that the support 2 is firmly fixed.
If the support 2 is sufficiently held and fixed only by the roof tile 6 at the rear stage, the support 3 that supports the roof mount 1 is supported only by the main body 3 of the support 2 without using the locking members 18 and 19. It can be used as a tool.

The support 2 is attached to the roof on which the roof mount frame 1 is arranged at a predetermined interval. Here, since the rail material 74 which forms the roof mount frame 1 is disposed in the direction of water on the roof (longitudinal direction), the support tool 2 also has a predetermined interval at a position along the rail material 74. Attach several.

Here, based on FIG. 8 (a) (b), the method to attach the roof mount frame 1 to the support 2 is demonstrated.
The roof mount 1 is composed of a plurality of rail members 74. As shown in FIG. 8 (b), the rail member 74 has a substantially rectangular cross section and is manufactured by extrusion molding of a light alloy. An engagement groove 77 having a C-shaped cross section having an opening 76 on the upper side is formed on the upper portion of the rail member 74, and an engagement groove 79 having a C-shaped cross section having an opening 78 on the lower side on the lower side. Is formed.
And the said rail material 74 is arrange | positioned on the upper part of the support tool 2 arrange | positioned in multiple (vertical direction) on the roof.

When the rail member 74 is attached to the support 2, the bolt 80 and the internal nut 81 are used. The internal nut 81 is a parallelogram-shaped plate member having a screw hole, and can be fitted into the engagement groove 77 of the rail member 74, and has a shape in which rotation in the groove is prevented by the corner. is there.
And the rail material 74 is fixed to the receiving member 14 of the support 2 using the said volt | bolt 80 (and internal nut 81). Here, the first groove portion 52 of the receiving member 14 is formed in such a size that the head portion of the bolt 80 can pass therethrough, and the second groove portion 53 can pass the shaft portion of the bolt 80 (the head portion of the bolt 80). Is formed in a size that cannot pass through.

Now, as shown in FIG. 8A, the internal nut 81 is screwed to the bolt 80 in advance, and the internal nut 81 is fitted into the engaging groove 79 of the rail member 74 disposed on the upper portion of the support 2. Include. Then, the bolt 80 is moved together with the internal nut 81 (sliding in the engagement groove 79), the head of the bolt 80 is passed through the first groove 52 of the receiving member 14, and the shaft portion of the bolt 80 is moved to the first position. The second groove 53 is moved to the end position. Thus, the head portion of the bolt 80 is positioned below the receiving portion 50 of the receiving member 14.

Here, the bolt 80 is tightened using a tool, and the rail member 74 is fixed to the receiving member 14 of the support 2. Similarly, the rail member 74 is also fixed to the other supports 2 using the bolts 80 and the internal nuts 81.
The other rail members 74 are also fixed to the support 2 in the same manner. The rail members 74 are installed with their underwater end portions aligned. Thus, by using the bolt 80 and the internal nut 81, the rail member 74 can be easily attached to the support 2.

Here, the roof mount 1 is composed of two or three or more vertically oriented rail members 74. In addition, as the roof mount 1, rail members 74 are also arranged in the horizontal direction to form a rectangular shape. It is also possible to adopt the form of a roof mount base in which rail members 74 are arranged. In this case, the support 2 is arranged along the vertical and horizontal rows. The rail member 74 can be easily attached to the support 2 by using the bolt 80 and the internal nut 81.

As shown in FIG. 9, the photovoltaic power generation panel 8 is attached to the upper portion of the roof mount 1 using a fixing bracket 84. The photovoltaic power generation panel 8 has a flat rectangular shape.
The fixing bracket 84 has a cross-sectional hat shape in which side wall portions 88 and 88 are erected from both sides of the flat fixing portion 86 and wing portions 90 and 90 are formed outward from the upper portions thereof. The fixing part 86 is provided with a hole 87 in the center. In addition, an engagement portion 92 that is bent inward is formed at the tip of each wing portion 90.

The fixing bracket 84 is fixed to the upper portion of the lower end portion of the rail member 74 using the bolt 80 and the inner nut 81. First, the bolt 80 is inserted into the hole 87 of the fixing portion 86 of the fixing metal 84 via the washer 93, and the inner nut 81 is loosely screwed to the tip of the bolt 80. Then, the fixing bracket 84 is disposed in the vicinity of the end portion of the rail member 74, the inner nut 81 is fitted into the engaging groove portion 77 of the rail member 74, and the bolt 80 is tightened using a tool. As a result, the fixture 84 is fixed to the end of the rail member 74. The fixing bracket 84 is similarly attached to the other rail members 74.

And as shown to Fig.10 (a) (b), it arrange | positions the photovoltaic power generation panel 8 between the rail materials 74 of the roof top frame 1 inclining for a while, and fixed the edge part 9 on the lower side which attached it above. While being engaged with the engaging portion 92 of the wing portion 90 of the metal fitting 84, the metal member 84 is lowered and placed on the rail member 74. Thereby, the edge part 9 of the photovoltaic power generation panel 8 is held and fixed by the fixing bracket 84.

FIG. 11 is a diagram illustrating a state where the roof mount 1 and the photovoltaic power generation panel 8 are attached to the support 2.
In this manner, the water-side edge of the photovoltaic power generation panel 8 is also fixed to the upper portion of the rail member 74 using the fixing bracket 84. In this case, the engaging portion 92 of the fixing bracket 84 is engaged with the water-side edge portion of the photovoltaic power generation panel 8, and the bolt 80 is tightened in this state.

Since the fixing bracket 84 has wing portions 90 and 90 and engaging portions 92 and 92 formed on both sides, the wing portion 90 on the water side of the fixing bracket 84 is on the water side of the photovoltaic power generation panel 8. And the edge part 9 of the underwater side of the other photovoltaic power generation panel 8 can be continuously held and fixed using the engaging part 92.
Finally, the eaves lower cover 94, the eaves lower end cover 95, the joint cover 96, the joint end cover 97, the rail end cover 98, and the like are attached.

Therefore, according to the above-described embodiment, it is easily and quickly attached to the roof tile, has excellent workability, and is inserted into the gap between the tiles to be held or locked. Since it only needs to be lifted, there is no need to lift the roof tile, so that it is possible to prevent damage to the roof tile or the displacement of the cracked roof tile. Further, the processing is easy and the productivity is excellent.
