Description
The present invention relates to a face containment method for preventing contaminated air generated from the vicinity of a face in tunnel construction from diffusing throughout the tunnel and discharging it.
In tunnel construction, various operations such as blasting with explosives and excavation with heavy machinery are performed, so a large amount of dust, heavy machinery exhaust gas, and polluted air such as gas from blasting are generated, especially near the face. The generated contaminated air diffuses and fills in the tunnel, so it is desirable to remove and discharge it quickly.
For this reason, by providing a shield in the tunnel, the contaminated air is confined between the shield and the shield, and they are removed and discharged by a dust collector. These are shown in
In the apparatuses and methods described in
However, in the case of conventional devices and methods, since fixed installation is the principle, it takes time and effort each time the device is removed and fixed, and a simpler method for containing and discharging contaminated air is desired. Yes.
In view of the above problems, the inventor has invented a method for confining a face.
The first invention is a face confinement method for preventing the diffusion of contaminated air in tunnel construction in which an exhaust pipe and an air supply pipe are installed, and on the outer periphery of the tunnel that is a predetermined range from the ceiling wall surface and inner wall side surface of the tunnel, A partition is formed by a balloon composed of a confidential bag body, one end of each of the exhaust pipe and the air supply pipe is provided on the face side of the partition, and the exhaust pipe exhausts more than the amount of air supplied from the air supply pipe A negative pressure is applied to the space from the face to the partition wall by allowing air to flow from the well side to the face side in a state where the amount is large, and the exhaust air collects contaminated air in the space between the partition wall and the face. in, to prevent diffusion of pre Symbol contaminated air, a working face containment methods.
As in the present invention, even when dust collection is performed simply by closing the ceiling and side portions of the tunnel, it is possible to greatly suppress the diffusion of contaminated air to the entire tunnel. In this case, since only the ceiling and side portions of the tunnel are partitioned, the vicinity of the center of the tunnel is open. Therefore, it does not hinder surveying work essential for tunnel construction. Moreover, it does not hinder the passage of vehicles and people. Therefore, it is possible to perform dust collection work while continuing tunnel construction work, which leads to shortening of the entire work time.
Further, by providing an air supply pipe having one end on the face side with respect to the partition wall and supplying fresh air, the contaminated air between the face face and the partition wall can be discharged more quickly. In this case, the negative pressure can be maintained by making the exhaust amount of the exhaust pipe larger than that of the air supply pipe.
Furthermore, the partition can be configured in any way, but is preferably formed by a balloon. This is because a balloon can reduce the weight of the partition wall, and can be in close contact with the ceiling wall surface and inner wall side surface of the tunnel, thereby enhancing the containment effect.
By configuring as in each of the above inventions, it is possible to greatly suppress the diffusion of contaminated air to the entire tunnel only by closing the tunnel ceiling and side surfaces with a partition wall without blocking the entire cross section of the tunnel. I can do it.
In the face confinement method of the present invention, partition walls are provided on the inner wall side surface Ws and the ceiling wall surface Wu of the tunnel, and the vicinity of the center of the cross section of the tunnel is kept open. In this state, the first exhaust gas suspended from the ceiling wall surface Wu of the tunnel has a negative pressure on the face side of the partition wall, for example, the amount of air supplied from the
First, in order to install a partition wall only on the inner wall side surface Ws and the ceiling side surface Wu of the tunnel and maintain an open state near the center of the cross section of the tunnel, as an example, the following
The
The balloon 3 is in close contact with the ceiling wall surface Ws of the tunnel and closes the ceiling portion, the
Each balloon 3 is formed by connecting a plurality of bags, and is inflated by allowing air to flow into the inside thereof. The
By inflating the air by flowing air into the bag body of each balloon 3 as described above, the ceiling portion and the side surface portion of the tunnel can be closed with a partition wall by the balloon 3 as shown in FIG. As a result, a space (opening 7) through which construction machines, vehicles, and workers can pass can be formed near the center of the tunnel.
Nylon taffeta or the like can be used as the material for the
Next, the face containment method of the present invention will be described using the above-described
また図4(c)は図4(a)におけるA−A線の断面図である。
First, the above-described
In order to ventilate the contaminated air from the face to the
By piping as described above, the
After the
By sending air into the balloon 3 in this manner, as shown in FIG. 2, the ceiling wall surface Wu and the inner wall side surface Ws of the tunnel, the
In this way, the space from the face to the
In the
Applicant has the effect of greatly preventing the diffusion of contaminated air containing dust, gas, etc. in the entire tunnel even when the
As shown in the experimental schematic diagrams of FIGS. 6 and 7, in this experiment, a dust generator D is installed in the vicinity of the face. And the dust concentration of each point of 15 m point (point A) from the face, 5 m point (point B) behind the
The dust concentration was measured using a digital dust meter LD-3K (mass concentration conversion coefficient (K value) = 0.002 (mg / m 3 / cpm)). The dust concentration (mg / m 3 ) is expressed as K value × relative concentration (cpm).
The experiment was performed as follows. First, dust is generated on the face by a dust generator D that uses zeolite powder (zeolite # 600, center particle size 1.92 μm) as dust. Secondly, the dust generator D is stopped when all the measured values at the measurement points P1 to P3 in FIG. 7 exceed 8 mg / m 3 . Thirdly, the
First, in order to measure whether there is a difference in the dust concentration according to the closed state of the cross section of the tunnel without applying negative pressure, measured in a state where the
Next, in order to measure whether there is a difference in the dust concentration according to the closed state of the cross section of the tunnel when negative pressure is applied, the state in which the
In
On the other hand, in
In this way, when a negative pressure is applied between the face and the bulkhead, the bulkhead should be installed only on the outer periphery of the tunnel, and the effect of keeping contaminated air containing dust and gas to the face side is extremely high. I understood. That is, by performing ventilation in the vicinity of the face in this form, the
This is considered to be due to the following reasons. FIG. 12 is a diagram showing the air flow in the vicinity of the
In this way, the contaminated air containing dust and gas from the face flows along the inner wall side surface Ws and the ceiling wall surface Wu of the tunnel, but the ceiling portion and the side surface portion are blocked by the balloons 3 and are negative. Due to the pressure, it is difficult to leak from the
By configuring as in the present invention, it is possible to diffuse contaminated air containing dust, gas, etc. from the face only by closing the tunnel's ceiling and side surfaces with a partition wall without blocking the entire cross section of the tunnel. It can be greatly prevented. Moreover, since only the ceiling and side portions of the tunnel are separated, the vicinity of the center of the tunnel is open, so that it does not hinder surveying work essential for tunnel construction. Furthermore, since it does not hinder the passage of vehicles and people, it is possible to perform dust collection work while continuing the tunnel construction work, leading to a reduction in the overall work time.
