Description
Claims (23)
- 患者の生理機能の少なくとも1つの側面を監視する少なくとも1つの着用可能患者モニタであり、再充電可能電源を含む少なくとも1つの着用可能患者モニタと;
内部の再充電可能電源部を含み、前記モニタの前記再充電可能電源を充電する携帯用コードレス充電器であり、前記モニタの前記電源に関連する充電レベル又は充電率と、前記充電器の前記内部の再充電可能電源部に関連するバッテリレベルとのうち少なくとも1つを決定するプロセッサを含み、前記プロセッサは、前記コードレス充電器について決定された前記バッテリレベルの保護に対して、前記モニタの前記電源の充電のバランスを取るように動作可能な携帯用コードレス充電器と;
前記モニタから遠隔地のプロセッサ又はメモリにデータを転送するデータ転送システムと;
を有する患者監視システム。 - 前記コードレス充電器に配置されたメモリを更に含む、請求項1に記載の患者監視システム。
- 前記モニタは、まずデータを一時記憶装置に送信し、
次に、前記一時記憶装置は、前記データを前記プロセッサ又はメモリに中継する、請求項1に記載の患者監視システム。 - 前記モニタの再充電可能電源は、少なくとも24時間前記モニタに電力供給するように適合された電池を含み、
充電器の電池は、少なくとも30回前記モニタの電池を再充電するように適合される、請求項1に記載の患者監視システム。 - 前記プロセッサは、前記コードレス充電器について決定された前記バッテリレベルを保護するように、前記モニタの前記電源の充電率を継続して調整する、請求項1に記載の患者監視システム。
- 前記充電器の電池は、取り外し可能であり交換可能である、請求項4に記載の患者監視システム。
- 前記コードレス充電器の電池は、携帯電話の電池と交換可能な電池を含む、請求項1に記載の患者監視システム。
- 前記モニタは:
前記生理機能の側面を検出するセンサ部と;
検出された生理的データを送信する短距離送信機と;
を更に含み、
前記センサ部及び前記短距離送信機は、前記再充電可能電源により電力供給される、請求項1に記載の患者監視システム。 - 前記モニタは:
前記検出された生理的データを格納するメモリと、(a)どの検出された生理的データが前記短距離送信機により送信されるべきかを決定すること及び(b)前記メモリに格納された前記生理的データを周期的に送信するように前記短距離送信機を制御することのうち少なくとも1つを行うプロセッサとを更に含み、
前記メモリ及び前記プロセッサは、前記再充電可能電源により電力供給される、請求項8に記載の患者監視システム。 - 次に遠隔データベースに送信する無線通信可能装置を更に含む、請求項8に記載の患者監視システム。
- 前記生理機能の側面を検出するセンサ部と;
前記検出された生理的データを格納するメモリと;
を更に含み、
前記生理的データは、次に充電器のメモリに転送されて格納される、請求項1に記載の患者監視システム。 - 前記充電器のメモリからの前記データは、遠隔地のデータベースにダウンロードされる、請求項11に記載の患者監視システム。
- 前記充電器のメモリからの前記データは、前記充電器から遠隔地のデータベースに送信される、請求項11に記載の患者監視システム。
- 前記コードレス充電器は、少なくとも2つのドッキング・ベイを含み、前記ドッキング・ベイのうち少なくとも1つは機能可能である、請求項1に記載の患者監視システム。
- 再充電可能電源を備えた第1の着用可能患者モニタで患者の生理機能の少なくとも1つの側面を監視し;
前記第1のモニタから遠隔地のプロセッサ又はデータベースにデータを転送し;
前記第1のモニタと交換される第2の着用可能再充電可能患者モニタを提供し、前記第2の着用可能患者モニタで前記患者の生理機能の前記少なくとも1つの側面を監視し;
充電ユニットのバッテリレベルに従って前記再充電可能電源を再充電する率を動的に調整することにより、前記第1の着用可能再充電可能患者モニタを再充電する充電ユニットを提供すること;
を有する患者監視方法。 - 前記患者の生理機能の前記少なくとも1つの側面は、心臓活動を含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記転送することは、無線通信可能な装置に前記データを無線で送信し、前記無線通信装置から前記遠隔地の前記プロセッサ又はデータベースに無線で送信することを含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記コードレス充電ユニットの電池を交換すること及び再充電することのうち少なくとも1つを更に含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも24時間前記モニタに電力供給できるように前記電源を適合させ;
少なくとも30回前記電源を充電できるように前記電池を適合させる;
ことを更に含む、請求項18に記載の方法。 - 前記第1の患者モニタと前記第2の患者モニタとを交換し;
前記第2の患者モニタを再充電する間に、前記第1の患者モニタで再び監視すること;
を更に含む、請求項15に記載の方法。 - センサで前記生理機能の側面を検出し;
前記検出された生理的データをメモリに格納し;
前記生理的データのどの部分が有用であるか、どの部分が無視できるかを決定するように動作可能なプロセッサで、前記検出された生理的データを処理し;
前記有用な検出された生理的データを送信機で送信し;
前記センサ、前記メモリ、前記プロセッサ、及び前記送信機を前記再充電可能電源で電力供給すること;
を更に含む、請求項15に記載の方法。 - 前記転送するステップは:
前記データを前記コードレス充電ユニットのメモリに転送し;
前記データを前記コードレス充電ユニットの前記メモリに格納すること;
を更に含む、請求項15に記載の方法。 - 請求項15に記載の方法を実行する装置。
