Description
−特許文献1によれば、金属パーツの保護及び減摩面構造用化合物は、酸化亜鉛、酸化カドミウム、潤滑油、及びバーミキュライトから構成される。
−特許文献2によれば、分散剤を含有する酸化マグネシウムの安定した液体の調製方法は本質的に、組成物の加熱用であり、Mg(OH)2の脱水温度のMg(OH)2と分散剤とを含有するエネルギーに依存しないプロセス液体(energy-independent process liquid)を含む。未脱水の水が存在する限り、上記のエネルギーに依存しないプロセス液体は、Mg(OH)2の脱水温度にまで加熱され得、上記分散剤は、安定した懸濁液中に脱水により生成されるマグネシウム化合物を保持し得る。
−特許文献3によれば、潤滑組成物は、可動面間の摩擦を減少する物質と結合した超吸収性ポリマーを含有する。
再生ナノ構造体が100〜100,000nmの範囲内で安定化される、700〜1200℃で、1〜3時間の間、脱水物の安定化を含む、構造的に不可逆的な構造を得る工程(安定化工程)と、安定化した脱水物が摩擦面又は摩擦領域に導入された後に起き、h≦Ra≦”安定化した再生ナノ構造体のサイズ”で、hは潤滑油層の厚さ又は摩擦面間の距離であり、Raは表面粗さである、潤滑油又は摩擦状態により決定される、安定した幾何学的形状(回転構造)に到達させる工程とを含む。
潤滑組成物No.1は、2001年に製造された、走行距離181,660kmの自動車Mazda 626 2.0の85kwの能力と、SAE J300規格のSAE−10W−40粘度と、ACEA規格のACEA−A3性能特性のレベルとを有するエンジンオイルとを有するガソリンエンジンのトリートメント処理に利用された。
−鉱油、パラフィン系増粘剤(paraffin thickener)、イソブテンポリマー、着色剤、芳香族(aromatizer)から成る潤滑媒体;
−天然鉱物の水和物、又は天然鉱物の混合物の水和物、又は合成水和物の脱水物であって、750℃で結合水除去及び結晶格子破壊の後に得られる、MgO、SiO2及びAl2O3である酸化物を含有し、自身の安定フェーズが約1000℃で120分間の温度保持で達成され、50,000〜60,000nmの範囲内で崩壊生成物のグレイン(grain)を得ることを保証する脱水物。
工程1.潤滑組成物No.1をエンジンオイルに導入した。そして、自動車を150kmの走行期間、通常のオペレーションモードで運転した。
工程2.潤滑組成物No.1をエンジンオイルに導入した。そして、自動車を150kmの走行期間、通常のオペレーションモードで運転した。
工程3.潤滑組成物No.1をエンジンオイルに導入した。そして、自動車を1200kmの走行期間、通常のオペレーションモードで運転した。
潤滑組成物No.2は、1995年に製造された、走行距離320,467kmの自動車VAZ 2121 1.6(Niva)の55kwの能力と、SAE J300規格のSAE 15W−40粘度と、CCMC規格のCCMCG4動作特徴のレベルとを有するエンジンオイルとを有するガソリンエンジンのトリートメント処理に利用された。
−鉱油、パラフィン系増粘剤、イソブテンポリマー、着色剤、芳香族から成る潤滑媒体;
−天然鉱物の水和物、又は天然鉱物の混合物の水和物、又は合成水和物の脱水物であって、800℃で結合水除去及び結晶格子破壊の後に得られる、SiO2、Al2O3及びCaOである酸化物を含有し、自身の安定フェーズが約1050℃で150分間の温度保持で達成され、70,000〜90,000nmの範囲内で崩壊生成物のグレインを得ることを保証する脱水物。
工程1.潤滑組成物No.2をエンジンオイルに導入した。そして、自動車を240kmの走行期間、通常のオペレーションモードで運転した。
工程2.潤滑組成物No.2をエンジンオイルに導入した。そして、自動車を270kmの走行期間、通常のオペレーションモードで運転した。
工程3.潤滑組成物No.2をエンジンオイルに導入した。そして、自動車を2500kmの走行期間、通常のオペレーションモードで運転した。
潤滑組成物No.3は、1982年に製造されたディーゼル機関車入替用機関車ChME Z No.4042の993kwの能力と、GOST12337−84標準規格のエンジンオイルM14 B2とを有するディーゼルエンジンK6S310DR(チェコ共和国、CKD NM製造)のトリートメント処理に利用された。
−鉱油、パラフィン系増粘剤、イソブテンポリマー、着色剤、芳香族から成る潤滑媒体;
−天然鉱物の水和物、又は天然鉱物の混合物の水和物、又は合成水和物の脱水物であって、850℃で結合水除去及び結晶格子破壊の後に得られる、MgO、SiO2、Al2O3及びFe2O3である酸化物を含有し、自身の安定フェーズが約1150℃で170分間の温度保持で達成され、60,000〜80,000nmの範囲内で崩壊生成物のグレインを得ることを保証する脱水物。
工程1.潤滑組成物No.3をエンジンオイルに導入した。そして、ディーゼル機関車入替用機関車を10機械時間の間、通常のオペレーションモードで運転した。
工程2.潤滑組成物No.3をエンジンオイルに導入した。そして、ディーゼル機関車入替用機関車を9機械時間の間、通常のオペレーションモードで運転した。
工程3.潤滑組成物No.3をエンジンオイルに導入した。そして、ディーゼル機関車入替用機関車を1600機械時間の間、通常のオペレーションモードで運転した。
潤滑組成物No.4は、スキップホイストローダの1段リバースギアボックスと、GOST20799標準規格のオイルI−40a2とを処理するトリートメント処理に利用され、交換する間の平均ギアボックス寿命が4〜5ヶ月であった。
−鉱油、パラフィン系増粘剤、イソブテンポリマー、着色剤、芳香族から成る潤滑媒体;
−天然鉱物の水和物、又は天然鉱物の混合物の水和物、又は合成水和物の脱水物であって、600℃で結合水除去及び結晶格子破壊の後に得られる、MgO、SiO2、Al2O3、K2O、及びNa2Oである酸化物を含有し、自身の安定フェーズが約1000℃で80分間の温度保持で達成され、80,000〜95,000nmの範囲内で崩壊生成物のグレインを得ることを保証する脱水物。
工程1.潤滑組成物No.4をギアボックスオイルに導入した。そして、ギアボックスを10時間の間、通常のオペレーションモードで運転した。
工程2.潤滑組成物No.4をギアボックスオイルに導入した。そして、ギアボックスを11時間の間、通常のオペレーションモードで運転した。
工程3.潤滑組成物No.4をギアボックスオイルに導入した。そして、ギアボックスを400時間の間、通常のオペレーションモードで運転した。
−歯の深さの凹凸は最大0.2〜0.3mmに減少し、
−ギア歯及びギアホイールの深さは最もひどく摩耗した場所において最大0.2〜0.5mmに増加し、
−歯当たりの表面欠陥は部分的に除去され、
−負荷の下のノイズレベルは低減し、
−ベアリングサポートの振動は35〜60%減少し、
−出力消費は11%減少し、
−寿命期間は15ヶ月となった。

Claims (2)
- 潤滑媒体と、天然鉱物水和物、天然鉱物組成物、又は合成水和物の脱水物とを含有する潤滑組成物であって、
酸化物であるMgO、及び/又はSiO2、及び/又はAl2O3、及び/又はCaO、及び/又はFe2O3、及び/又はK2O、及び/又はNa2Oを含む前記脱水物が、400〜900℃の範囲の温度での結合水の除去及び結晶格子の破壊の後に得られ、
前記脱水物は、900℃以下の温度で、結合水除去及び結晶格子破壊の後に得られ、900〜1200℃の範囲にわたる温度で安定及び/又は不変な状態に到達し、
100〜100000nmの範囲にわたる脱水物のナノ構造体を得ることを特徴とする潤滑組成物。 - 潤滑組成物を調製する方法であって、
300℃〜1200℃の範囲の温度にて行う金属酸化物及び/又は非金属酸化物の水和物の脱水工程と、
得られた脱水物と潤滑媒体とのブレンド工程とを備え、
前記酸化物が、MgO、及び/又はSiO2、及び/又はAl2O3、及び/又はCaO、及び/又はFe2O3、及び/又はK2O、及び/又はNa2Oからなる群から選択され、
前記脱水工程の後に、700℃〜1200℃の範囲にわたる温度にて、1〜3時間の保持期間によって実行される、前記脱水物の安定化工程をさらに備えることを特徴とする方法。
