Claims (13)
- 燃焼室の中に燃料を噴射するように構成される燃料噴射器であって、
ノズル部(704)とは反対側のベース部(702)を有する本体と、
前記ノズル部(704)によって支えられ、開位置と閉位置との間で移動可能である弁(712)と、
この弁(712)に作動可能に結合される第1の端部およびこの第1の端部とは反対側の第2の端部を有する操作部材(714)であって、前記第2の端部にこの操作部材(714)の止め部(716)を含む操作部材(714)と、
前記ベース部(702)によって移動可能に支えられ、前記止め部(716)と前記弁(712)との間に位置決めされ、少なくとも部分的に磁性材料から形成されるドライバ(718)と、
前記ベース部(702)によって支えられ、前記ドライバ(718)と前記弁(712)との間に位置決めされる電磁極要素(726)と、
前記ドライバ(718)と前記電磁極要素(726)との間に延びるバイアス部材(722)であって、前記ドライバ(718)を前記ベース部(702)に向けて前記電磁極要素(726)から遠ざかる方に付勢して前記止め部(716)と接触させ、前記操作部材(714)に張力をかけて前記弁(712)を前記閉位置に保持するバイアス部材(722)と
を備え、前記ドライバ(718)は、前記電磁極要素(726)に向けて前記ベース部(702)から遠ざかる方に動き、前記バイアス部材(722)を圧縮して前記操作部材(714)の張力を緩め、前記弁(712)が前記開位置に動くことを可能にすることを特徴とする燃料噴射器。 - 前記バイアス部材(722)が第1のバイアス部材(722)であり、この燃料噴射器が前記ドライバ(718)と前記電磁極要素(726)との間に位置決めされる第2のバイアス部材(724)をさらに含み、前記ドライバ(718)が前記電磁極要素(726)の方に動く場合、前記ドライバ(718)が前記第2のバイアス部材(724)を圧縮することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 前記第1のバイアス部材(722)がコイル状にされた圧縮ばねであり、前記第2のバイアス部材(724)が円板ばね(724)であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 前記第2のバイアス部材(724)が非磁性材料から作製されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 前記本体を通して長手方向に延びる燃料通路をさらに備え、この燃料通路が前記ドライバ(718)及び前記電磁極要素(726)を通して長手方向に延びることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 前記弁(712)が前記開位置に動く場合、前記弁(712)が前記ノズル部(704)から遠ざかる方に外向きに動くことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 前記操作部材(714)が導電ワイヤ層又は導電ファイバ層によって取り囲まれた1本以上の光ファイバからなるケーブルであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 燃焼室の中に燃料を噴射するように構成される燃料噴射器であって、
ノズル部(804)とは反対側のベース部(802)を有する本体と、
前記ノズル部(804)によって支えられ、開位置と閉位置との間で移動可能である弁(812)と、
前記本体を通して延び、前記弁(812)に結合される操作部材(814)であって、前記弁(812)から離間されたこの操作部材(814)の止め部(816)を含む操作部材(814)と、
前記止め部(816)と接触するように構成される第1の側部と、前記第1の側部とは反対側の第2の側部とを有する伝達要素(880)と、
前記弁(812)と前記伝達要素(880)との間に位置決めされ、前記伝達要素(880)の前記第2の側部と接触して前記伝達要素(880)を前記ベース部(802)の方に付勢し、前記操作部材(814)に張力をかけて前記弁(812)を前記閉位置に保持するバイアス部材(822)と、
前記伝達要素(880)の前記第1の側部に隣接して前記ベース部(802)によって支えられ、前記弁(812)の閉位置に対応した第1の位置と前記弁(812)の開位置に対応した第2の位置との間で移動可能であり、前記第1の位置において前記伝達要素(880)から離間され、前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置への移動により前記伝達要素(880)の前記第1の側部と接触して前記操作部材(814)の張力を緩め、前記弁(812)が前記開位置に動くことを可能にするドライバ(818)と
を備えたことを特徴とする燃料噴射器。 - 前記ドライバ(818)が前記第1の位置から前記第2の位置に動く際に、前記ドライバ(818)が前記伝達要素(880)の前記第2の側部と接触する前にモーメントを得ることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 前記ベース部(802)によって支えられる磁石(830)をさらに備え、この磁石(830)は、前記ドライバ(818)を引き付けて前記ドライバ(818)を前記第1の位置に保持することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 前記伝達要素(880)は、中心開口部(884)と、この中心開口部(884)から半径方向外向きに離間された1つ又は複数の燃料開口部(886)とを含み、前記操作部材(814)が前記中心開口部(884)を通して延び、前記燃料開口部(886)は前記伝達要素(880)を通して燃料が流れることを可能にするように構成されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 前記ベース部(802)によって支えられる力発生器(828)をさらに備え、この力発生器(828)が前記第1の位置と前記第2の位置との間の前記ドライバ(818)の動きを誘起することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 前記操作部材(814)が導電ワイヤ層又は導電ファイバ層によって取り囲まれた1本以上の光ファイバからなるケーブルであることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の燃料噴射器。
