Description
The present invention comprises a blood purification means to which a blood purifier for performing dialysis treatment on a patient is attached, and a liquid supply means capable of supplying dialysate, disinfectant, etc. to the blood purification means, and in the dialysis treatment step The present invention relates to a blood purification system in which dialysate is supplied from a liquid supply means to blood purification means to perform dialysis treatment.
In general, a blood purification system has a RO water production device, a dissolution device, and a dialysate supply device installed in a machine room in a medical field such as a hospital, and is used for dialysis in a dialysis room (treatment room), which is a different place. A monitoring device is installed, and the dialysate supply device and the dialysis monitoring device are connected by a pipe. The dialysis fluid supply device creates dialysis fluid of a predetermined concentration from the dialysis fluid stock solution produced by the dissolution device, while multiple dialysis monitoring devices are installed corresponding to the number of patients undergoing dialysis treatment. Then, the dialysate prepared by the dialysate supply device is supplied to the blood purifier (dialyzer) of each dialysis monitoring device via a pipe.
That is, the dialysis fluid supply device installed in the machine room is distributed to a plurality of dialysis monitoring devices installed in the dialysis chamber, and the dialysis fluid is sent, and the dialysis fluid is supplied to the dialyzer in each. It is. In this way, the blood purification system that distributes the dialysate produced in the machine room to each monitoring device for dialysis is usually referred to as a “central system for dialysis treatment”. What can be made is usually referred to as a “personal dialyzer”.
However, conventionally, the dialysate supply device and each monitoring device for dialysis are electrically connected, and the dialysis treatment process performed at the time of dialysis treatment or the time zone when the dialysis treatment is not performed is performed. In the non-dialysis treatment process (pipe washing process or disinfection process), an electric signal (process signal) is transmitted from the dialysate supply device (supply means) to each dialysis monitoring device (blood purification means). Has been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1). Thus, when each dialysis monitoring device receives a predetermined electrical signal (process signal), an operation (such as driving a pump or opening / closing a solenoid valve) according to the signal is performed.
Among these, in the non-dialysis treatment step, for example, a washing step and a chemical solution disinfection step for washing or disinfecting the piping of the monitoring device for dialysis are set, and a predetermined time zone (no dialysis treatment is performed). In the time zone), the dialysis fluid supply device supplies cleaning water, disinfectant solution, etc. to each dialysis monitoring device, and circulates in those pipes so that desired cleaning and disinfection are performed. .
However, in the conventional blood purification system, when the dialysis monitoring device is not linked to the dialysis fluid supply device, such as when the dialysis monitoring device is not turned on, the dialysis fluid supply device can Even if a process signal for the cleaning process or the chemical liquid disinfection process is transmitted to the monitoring device, the dialysis monitoring apparatus cannot be operated according to the process signal, and the cleaning and disinfection can be performed reliably. There was a possibility that it could not be performed sufficiently.
That is, the conventional blood purification system unilaterally transmits process signals for cleaning and disinfection from the dialysate supply device to the monitoring device for dialysis. It is not known whether or not a predetermined liquid such as the liquid has circulated. However, it cannot be recognized that the state of washing and disinfection is insufficient, and there is a risk that the next dialysis treatment may be performed in that state, which may cause problems on hygiene. In addition, there is a possibility that such a problem may occur not only in the cleaning process and the chemical liquid disinfection process but also in other processes in the non-dialysis treatment process.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a blood purification system capable of grasping whether or not a predetermined process in a non-dialysis treatment process has been performed reliably and sufficiently.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings.
The blood purification system according to the present embodiment prepares a dialysate with a liquid supply means, supplies the dialysate to the blood purification means to perform dialysis treatment, and as shown in FIG. A plurality of dialysis monitoring devices 1 (blood purification means) installed in a dialysis room (treatment room) in the field, and a
The dialysis monitoring device 1 (blood purification means) is provided with a dialyzer 17 (see FIGS. 6 and 8) as a blood purification device for performing hemodialysis treatment (dialysis treatment) on a patient and supplied from the
As shown in FIG. 6, the couplers C1 and C2 are each composed of a connector connected to the distal end of the dialysate introduction line L1 and the distal end of the dialysate discharge line L2. Each can be connected to the
Here, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the
However, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, when the couplers C <b> 1 and C <b> 2 in the bypass state are placed on the
A plurality of hollow fiber membranes are accommodated in the
Thus, in the
The dialysate introduction line L1 is connected to a pipe L (see FIG. 1) extending from the

The detection means 9 according to the present embodiment is configured by diverting a sensor for detecting a predetermined parameter relating to a liquid (dialysis solution or the like) flowing through the piping of the
The pH detection sensor A2 can detect the pH of the liquid supplied during dialysis treatment and can detect the pH of a predetermined liquid flowing through the piping of the
The temperature detection sensor A3 can detect the temperature of a dialysate or the like supplied during dialysis treatment, and can detect the temperature of a predetermined liquid flowing through the piping of the
The hydraulic pressure detection sensor A4 is capable of detecting the pressure (hydraulic pressure) of a liquid such as dialysate supplied at the time of dialysis treatment, and at the time of non-dialysis treatment, a predetermined pressure that circulates through the piping of the
The flow detection sensor for detecting the presence or absence of the flow of the liquid is upstream of the solenoid valves (V1 to V6) and pumps (such as the
Further, the control means 7 included in the
Thus, it is determined by the determination means 8 that it is a non-dialysis treatment step, and it is determined by the detection means 9 that the flow of a predetermined liquid (predetermined cleaning liquid or chemical liquid or hot water for disinfection) is detected. Thus, it is possible to grasp that a necessary liquid (predetermined cleaning solution or chemical solution, or hot water for disinfection) circulates in the piping of the
Furthermore, the notification means 6 is electrically connected to the control means 5 of the

Next, the control contents in the blood purification system according to the present embodiment will be described based on the flowchart of FIG.
When the dialysis treatment is completed, a process signal is transmitted from the
Thereafter, hypochlorous acid (raw solution) is introduced from the disinfecting chemical solution introduction section a, and the hypochlorous acid is mixed with diluted clean water supplied from the RO
And after chemical | medical solution disinfection process S2, the clean water produced with the RO
At this time, in addition to determining that the flow of clean water has been detected, the
Thereafter, acetic acid (raw solution) is introduced from the acid cleaning chemical solution introducing section b, and each dialysis monitoring device is connected via the pipe L while diluting by mixing the acetic acid with clean water supplied from the RO
Then, after the acid washing step S4, the clean water produced by the RO
At this time, the determination means 8 determines that the predetermined liquid (acetic acid) circulated in the acid cleaning step S4 is no longer detected by the detection means 9 in addition to determining that the flow of clean water has been detected. You may make it determine. Accordingly, it can be determined whether or not the cleaning water has been circulated in the water cleaning step S5, and it can be detected that the acetic acid circulated in the acid cleaning step S4 remains in the water cleaning step S5.
When the series of cleaning and disinfecting steps Sb described above is completed, the process proceeds to a preset step S6, and the standby state is maintained until the liquid replacement step S7 that is the next step is started. Then, in the liquid replacement step S7, the liquid in the pipe of the
When supplying hot water for disinfection (including one mixed with citric acid) to each
According to the above embodiment, the detection means 9 that can detect that a predetermined liquid has flowed through the piping inside the dialysis monitoring device 1 (blood purification means), and the detection means 9 in the non-dialysis treatment step Determination means 8 for determining whether or not it has been detected that the liquid has been circulated, so that predetermined steps in the non-dialysis treatment step (water washing steps S1, S3, S5, chemical disinfection step S2, acid washing step) It is possible to grasp whether or not S4 etc. has been performed reliably and sufficiently.
In addition, the dialysate supply device 2 (liquid supply means) according to the present embodiment can transmit a process signal for causing the dialysis monitoring device 1 (blood purification means) to perform an arbitrary operation, and supply the dialysate supply device. Since the non-dialysis treatment process is discriminated by the process signal transmitted from the apparatus 2 (liquid supply means), the non-dialysis treatment process is discriminated in the blood purification system in which the

Furthermore, the detection means 9 according to the present embodiment is composed of a sensor disposed in the
In particular, the detection means 9 according to the present embodiment uses a sensor for detecting a predetermined parameter relating to the liquid flowing through the piping of the
In addition, according to the present embodiment, the
The blood purification system according to the present embodiment has been described above, but the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, a process signal is transmitted from the
Further, instead of the central system as in the above embodiment, as shown in FIG. 10, it is composed of an RO
That is, the
