Description

The present invention relates to a vehicle headlamp.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a vehicle headlamp such as an automobile headlamp is known that irradiates light from a bulb, which is a light source, with a reflector and irradiates the vehicle front.

In this type of vehicle headlamp, as shown in FIG. 7, the valve 100 is inserted into the valve insertion hole of the reflector 101 from the rear and is pressed against the rear surface of the reflector 101 from the rear by the spring 102. And the reflector 101 are fixed (see, for example, Patent Document 1). One end of the spring 102 that sandwiches the portion in contact with the valve 100 is attached to the reflector 101, and the other end is locked to the locking wall 101a of the reflector 101, so that the valve 100 is elastically pressed. Pressing.

However, since the reflector 101 is generally made of resin, as shown in FIGS. 8A and 8B, when the spring 102 is locked to the locking wall 101a of the reflector 101, the corner portion of the locking wall 101a is used. L may be scraped off by the spring 102. If the shavings wrap around the front surface of the reflector 101 and adhere to the reflecting surface 101b, the appearance may be impaired, and the shavings may block the optical path and affect the light distribution.

In particular, when the reflector 101 is molded by injection molding, the mold M1 on the reflective surface 101b side and the mold M2 on the rear surface side are combined to form a cavity, so that the mold M1 and the mold M2 are aligned. A parting line PL (shown by a bold line in FIG. 8A) that is a surface trace is formed in the vicinity of the corner portion L of the locking wall 101a. Then, since burrs are generated on the parting line PL, the burrs are easily scraped off as the above-mentioned shavings. Further, when aluminum deposition is performed on the reflective surface 101b, since the burrs are coated with a vapor deposition film, the burrs are removed as shavings and adhere to the reflective surface 101b. It will become something.

This invention is made | formed in view of the said situation, and makes it a subject to provide the vehicle headlamp which prevented that a reflector was shaved at the time of latching of a spring.

In order to solve the above-described problems, the invention according to claim 1 is a vehicle lamp in which a resin reflector having a valve insertion hole penetrating in the front-rear direction and a rear surface side of the reflector are inserted into the valve insertion hole. A valve that contacts the reflector, and a spring that is attached to the rear surface of the reflector so as to straddle the valve insertion hole, and presses the valve forward to fix the valve to the reflector. an attachment portion attached to a rear surface of the reflector, extending from the mounting portion so as to straddle the valve insertion hole, and a pressing portion for fixing said valve to said reflector to press forward the valve from then, the The tip of the pressing part is bent so as to be folded back toward the valve insertion hole, and the tip is bent forward and extended forward. A bent portion and an abutting portion bent from the tip of the bent portion to the outer peripheral side of the valve insertion hole, and the reflector has a locking wall in the vicinity of the valve insertion hole, A wall, a side end surface constituting a part of the peripheral wall of the valve insertion hole, an upper end surface continuing from the upper end of the side end surface to the outer peripheral side of the valve insertion hole, and continuing from the front end of the upper end surface down, Continuing from the front end of the side end surface to the outer peripheral side of the valve insertion hole, the front surface exposed to the front of the reflector, and a recess recessed rearward at the lower portion of the front surface and communicating with the valve insertion hole, The corners of the front surface and the upper end surface are chamfered, the space in front of the front surface of the locking wall is opened, the space communicates with the valve insertion hole, and the contact portion is the engagement member. From above the upper end surface of the stop wall to the front of the front surface of the locking wall By fitting into the recess, the abutting portion is abutted and locked against the front surface of the locking wall, and the reflector includes two molds that individually form the front surface and the rear surface of the reflector. An intersection of the chamfered surface and the upper end surface coincides with a parting line corresponding to the mating surface of the two molds. .

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the vehicular lamp according to the first aspect, a corner portion between the front surface and the side end surface is chamfered, and an intersection line between the chamfered surface and the side end surface. Is coincident with the parting line corresponding to the mating surfaces of the two molds .

According to the present invention, the reflector has a locking wall for locking the abutment of the scan pulling in the vicinity of the valve insertion hole, the person when the contact portion of the spring is engaged with the engaging wall contact portion abuts after passing over the end faces of the locking wall in front of the engaging wall, this locking wall, so chamfered at the corners of the front and the upper end face, the spring When one end of the spring wraps around the front surface of the locking wall, contact between the spring contact portion and the locking wall can be avoided. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the reflector from being scraped when the spring is locked to the locking wall.

An injection molded article Li Furekuta is molded using two molds to form the front and rear faces of the reflector separately, the front surface of the engaging wall is exposed to the front of the reflector, the engaging wall Since the intersecting line between the chamfered surface and the upper end surface or side end surface coincides with the parting line corresponding to the mating surfaces of the two molds, a parting line is formed at the front corner of the locking wall Compared to the conventional method, the burr generated on the parting line can be made harder to scrape off with a spring, and even if the burr is dropped because the parting line has moved relatively backward, It is difficult to wrap around and the occurrence of adverse effects on the light distribution can be suppressed.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a side sectional view of a vehicular headlamp 1 according to the present embodiment, and FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a rear portion of the vehicular headlamp 1.
As shown in FIG. 1, the vehicle headlamp 1 includes a housing 2 whose front surface is open, and a translucent lens 3 arranged so as to cover the front opening of the housing 2. A resin reflector 4 is accommodated in the lamp chamber formed by the housing 2 and the translucent lens 3.

The reflector 4 is formed in a curved plate shape that opens forward, and the concave front surface constitutes a reflection surface 4a that reflects light from a bulb 5 described later. A bulb insertion hole 4b penetrating in the front-rear direction is formed substantially at the center of the reflector 4, and a bulb 5 as a light source is inserted into the bulb insertion hole 4b. The valve 5 has a mounting flange 51 in the middle in the front-rear direction. The mounting flange 51 is inserted in the valve insertion hole 4b from the rear side, and the filament 52 is positioned at a substantially focal point of the reflecting surface 4a. It is being fixed to reflector 4 via. More specifically, the valve insertion hole 4b is formed in a stepped shape extending rearward, and the valve 5 is fixed to the reflector 4 with the front surface of the peripheral edge of the mounting flange 51 in contact with the rear surface of the stepped portion. Has been.

As shown in FIG. 2, a spring 6 that fixes the valve 5 to the reflector 4 is attached to the rear surface of the reflector 4. The spring 6 is formed by bending a rod-shaped elastic member into a substantially U-shape, and has a mounting portion 61 provided at a folded portion and a hook portion 62 provided at one end. Among these, the attachment portion 61 is attached to one side portion (left side portion in FIG. 2) of the valve insertion hole 4 b on the rear surface of the reflector 4 with a screw 71 and a washer 72. On the other hand, the hook 62 is locked to the other side (the right side in FIG. 2) of the valve insertion hole 4b on the rear surface of the reflector 4, as will be described later. Further, a pressing portion 63 that presses the rear surface of the mounting flange 51 is formed between the mounting portion 61 and the hook portion 62 of the spring 6 and the other end of the spring 6. In this way, the spring 6 is attached to the rear surface of the reflector 4 so as to straddle the valve insertion hole 4b with the attachment portion 61 and the hook portion 62, and the two pressing portions 63 and 63 of the attachment flange 51 of the valve 5 are attached. The valve 5 is fixed to the reflector 4 by pressing the rear surface forward.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, on the rear surface of the reflector 4 and in the vicinity of the valve insertion hole 4b, there is a locking wall 41 for locking the hook portion 62 of the spring 6 in a plane substantially orthogonal to the front-rear direction. Is erected. The locking wall 41 is formed integrally with the peripheral wall of the valve insertion hole 4b. The front space communicates with the valve insertion hole 4b and the space opens upward. The locking wall 41 is provided with arc-shaped chamfers R at the corners between the front surface and the upper end surface and at the corners between the front surface and the side end surface (inner peripheral surface of the valve insertion hole 4b). Further, the front surface of the locking wall 41 is exposed to the front of the reflector 4 and has a convex portion 41a protruding forward in the upper half.

More specifically, the hook portion 62 of the spring 6 that is locked to the locking wall 41 has its tip extending from the pressing portion 63 folded back in the vertical plane toward the inner peripheral side of the valve insertion hole 4b. The distal end is bent forward and becomes a bent portion 62a extending forward and backward, and the distal end is a contact portion 62b bent toward the outer peripheral side of the valve insertion hole 4b.
When the hook portion 62 is locked to the locking wall 41, as shown in FIG. 5, the hook portion 62 is pushed downward and lowered downward while the mounting portion 61 is attached to the reflector 4. The contact portion 62b passes above the upper end surface of the locking wall 41 and the front of the convex portion 41a, the bent portion 62a passes through the inside of the side end surface of the locking wall 41, and the contact portion 62b is the convex portion. It moves below 41a. Thus, the hook portion 62 is locked to the locking wall 41 by the contact portion 62b contacting the front surface of the locking wall 41 below the convex portion 41a. At this time, since the corner portion of the locking wall 41 is chamfered with R, contact between the locking wall 41 and the contact portion 62b or the bent portion 62a of the hook portion 62 can be prevented.

Moreover, the reflector 4 is shape | molded using the 1st shaping | molding die M10 which forms the reflective surface 4a of a front surface, and the 2nd shaping | molding die M20 which forms a rear surface, as shown to Fig.6 (a), (b). This is an injection-molded product, and is molded by filling a resin into a camber C formed by combining the first mold M10 and the second mold M20. When the reflector 4 is molded, the mating surfaces of the first molding die M10 and the second molding die M20 are located around the locking wall 41 between the chamfered surface of the locking wall 41, the upper end surface, and the side end surfaces. Along the line of intersection. Therefore, the parting line PL corresponding to the mating surface of the first molding die M10 and the second molding die M20 has a chamfered surface and an upper end surface of the locking wall 41 as shown by a thick line in FIG. It coincides with the line of intersection with the side end face.

According to the vehicle headlamp 1 described above, the locking wall 41 that locks the hook portion 62 of the spring 6 at the front surface has corners between the front surface and the upper end surface, and corner portions between the front surface and the side end surface. Since the chamfer R is provided, when the abutting portion 62b of the spring 6 is turned around the front surface of the locking wall 41, contact between the abutting portion 62b or the bent portion 62a and the locking wall 41 is avoided. Can do. Therefore, the reflector 4 can be prevented from being scraped when the spring 6 is locked to the locking wall 41.

The reflector 4 is an injection-molded product that is molded by using the first molding die M10 that forms the front surface of the reflector 4 and the second molding die M20 that forms the rear surface, and the front surface of the locking wall 41 is the reflector 4. Parting corresponding to the mating surface of the first molding die M10 and the second molding die M20 is the intersection of the chamfered surface R of the locking wall 41 with the upper end surface and the side end surface. Since it matches the line PL, the burr generated on the parting line PL can be made harder to be scraped off by the spring 6 than in the conventional case where the parting line is formed at the corner of the front surface of the locking wall. In addition, since the parting line PL is moved relatively rearward, even if burrs are dropped, it is difficult for the burr to fall to the front surface, and the occurrence of adverse effects on light distribution can be suppressed.

It should be noted that the present invention should not be construed as being limited to the above-described embodiment, and of course can be modified or improved as appropriate.

For example, in the above embodiment, the chamfer R is applied to the corner portion between the front surface and the upper end surface of the locking wall 41 and the corner portion between the front surface and the side end surface, but the hook portion 62 of the spring 6 is used. It is good also as giving only to the corner | angular part with a possibility of a contact with the said hook part 62 at the time of latching. For example, when the hook 62 is locked, the bent portion 62a of the spring 6 passes through the inside larger than the side end surface of the locking wall 41, and there is no fear of contact between the bent portion 62a and the side end surface. It is good also as chamfering R only to the corner | angular part of the front surface of the stop wall 41, and an upper end surface.
