Description
Claims (29)
- 内部を貫通する長手方向軸線(C)を有する医療デバイス(10,38)であって、前記長手方向軸線に沿った予め設定された弛緩形態を有するとともに、第1の部分と、第2の部分と、前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分の間に配置された中央部分(16)とを有する少なくとも第1の管状部材を備え、
前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分のそれぞれは、前記中央部分の半径よりも大きな、前記長手方向軸線から外方に延びる半径を有し、
前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分のうち少なくとも1つの少なくとも一部は、円板の一部をそれ自身に径方向内側に折り返すことによって画成される一部円板状形状(12,14)を有する、医療デバイス(10,38)。 - 前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分のうち一方のみが、一部円板状形状を有し、前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分のうち他方は、完全円板状形状を有する請求項1に記載の医療デバイス(10,38)。
- 前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分のそれぞれが、一部円板状形状(12,14)を有する請求項1に記載の医療デバイス(10,38)。
- 前記一部円板状形状(12,14)は、完全円板状形状の半体に近似している請求項1に記載の医療デバイス(10,38)。
- 前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分のそれぞれが、完全円板状形状の半体に近似している一部円板状形状(12,14)を有する請求項3に記載の医療デバイス(10,38)。
- 前記一部円板状形状のそれぞれが、完全円板(12,14)の半体に近似しており、前記長手方向軸線(C)の同一側に放射状に互いに位置付けられている請求項5に記載の医療デバイス(10,38)。
- 前記一部円板状形状(12,14)のそれぞれが、完全円板状形状の半体に近似しており、前記長手方向軸線(C)を挟んで互いに反対側に放射状に位置付けられている請求項5に記載の医療デバイス(10,38)。
- 前記第1の管状部材に連結され、前記長手方向軸線に沿った予め設定された弛緩形態を有し、且つ、第1の部分と、第2の部分と、前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分の間に配置された中央部分(16,100,106,109,120,126)とを有する第2の管状部材をさらに備え、
前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分のそれぞれは、前記中央部分(16,100,106,110)の半径よりも大きな、前記長手方向軸線から外方に延びる半径を有する請求項1に記載の医療デバイス(10,38,90,110)。 - 前記第1及び第2の管状部材は、前記第2の管状部材の前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分のうち少なくとも1つが前記第1の管状部材の前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分のうち少なくとも1つによって受け止められるように、連結されている請求項8に記載の医療デバイス(10,38,90,110)。
- 前記第1の管状部材の前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分のそれぞれは、一部円板状形状(12,14)を有し、各一部円板状形状はそれぞれ、前記第2の管状部材の前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分の少なくとも一部を受け止める請求項9に記載の医療デバイス(10,38,90,110)。
- 前記第2の管状部材の前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分は、完全円板状形状(42,44)を有する請求項10に記載の医療デバイス(10,38,90,110)。
- 前記第2の管状部材の前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分のうち少なくとも1つが、一部円板状形状(12,14)を有する請求項10に記載の医療デバイス(10,38,90,110)。
- 前記第1の管状部材の少なくとも一部が、前記第2の管状部材の少なくとも一部を貫通している請求項8に記載の医療デバイス(10,38,60,90,110)。
- 前記第1の管状部材の前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分は、前記長手方向軸線(C)に沿って互いに第1の距離離間しており、前記第2の管状部材の前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分は、前記長手方向軸線に沿って第2の距離離間している請求項13に記載の医療デバイス(10,38,60,90,110)。
- 前記第1の距離は、前記第2の距離と略等しい請求項14に記載の医療デバイス(10,38,60,90,110)。
- 前記第1の距離は、前記第1の管状部材の前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分がそれぞれ前記第2の管状部材の前記第1の部分及び前記第2の部分の外側又は内側に位置付けられるように、前記第2の距離よりも長い又は短い距離である請求項14に記載の医療デバイス(10,38,60,90,110)。
- 前記第2の管状部材の前記第1の部分又は前記第2の部分のうち少なくとも1つは、円板の一部をそれ自身に折り返すことによって画成される一部円板状形状を有する請求項16に記載の医療デバイス(10,38,60,90,110)。
- 前記第1の管状部材及び前記第2の管状部材のうち少なくとも1つは、少なくとも1つの織物層を含む請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の医療デバイス(10,38,60,80,90,110)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの織物層は、複数の編組ストランドを含む請求項18に記載の医療デバイス(10,38,60,80,90,110)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの織物層は、形状記憶合金を含む請求項18に記載の医療デバイス(10,38,60,80,90,110)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの織物層は、血栓形成を促進するように構成されている請求項18に記載の医療デバイス(10,38,60,80,90,110)。
- 前記一部円板状形状(12,14,62,64,82,102,106)は一部ディスク形状である請求項18に記載の医療デバイス(10,38,60,80,90,110)。
