Description

The present invention relates to a fixing pipe joint, and more particularly to a fixing pipe joint that is fixed to a partition member such as a floor or a wall and is inserted into a through hole of the partition member to connect a flow path between one side and the other side. .

When a resin pipe (for example, a polybutene pipe) installed under the floor is set up on the floor, a hole (hereinafter referred to as a floor hole) is usually formed at a desired position on the floor, and the resin pipe is passed through the floor hole. Pull the pipe up to the floor, connect the flanged pipe joint to the tip of the resin pipe, and then push the resin pipe back down the floor from the floor hole and place the flange of the pipe joint on the edge of the floor hole to form the flange Screws are screwed into the floor through the screw fixing holes, and the pipe joint is fixed to the floor (see Patent Document 1).

When fixing the flange of the pipe joint to the floor in this way, since the flange of the pipe joint is placed on the edge of the floor hole, the relative positional relationship between the floor hole and the screwing hole is from the upper side of the floor. It is difficult to confirm. Therefore, the center of the flange and the center of the floor hole may be greatly displaced, the screwing position may be too close to the floor hole, and the screw may be caught in the floor hole and the screwing may not be properly performed. Such an inconvenience can also occur when a pipe joint is inserted and fixed not only in a floor hole formed in the floor but also in a partition through hole formed in another partition member (wall or the like).

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object thereof is to provide a fixing pipe joint that can be appropriately fixed to a partition member having a through hole.

The fixing pipe joint according to claim 1 of the present invention is a tubular joint body that is inserted into a through hole formed in the partition member, and has one end connected to the pipe body on one side of the partition member. A flange portion that projects radially outward from the other end portion of the joint body, has a plate shape and a plate surface abutting against the other surface side of the partition member, and the flange portion, An insertion hole into which a stopper to be fixed to the partition member is inserted, and a position confirmation opening which is configured at a position closer to the cylinder axis of the joint body in the radial direction than the insertion hole of the flange portion and penetrates the flange portion And.

The fixing pipe joint of the present invention has a joint body and a flange portion. The joint body is inserted through a through hole formed in the partition member, and connected to the pipe body on one surface side of the partition member. The flange portion projects radially outward from the outer peripheral end on the opposite side to the side to which the tubular body of the joint body having a cylindrical shape is connected, and is formed into a plate shape so that the plate surface is in contact with the other surface side of the partition member. The

When the fitting body of the fixing pipe fitting is inserted into the through hole and brought into contact with the other side of the partition member, the through hole is covered with the flange portion. From the direction side, it is difficult to confirm the relative positional relationship between the through hole formed in the partition member and the insertion hole into which the stopper is inserted. Therefore, in the present invention, a position confirmation opening is formed in the flange portion. Since the position confirmation opening is configured to be closer to the cylindrical shaft of the joint body in the radial direction than the insertion hole into which the stopper is inserted, the relative positional relationship between the through hole and the insertion hole is determined from the position confirmation opening. Can be confirmed. Therefore, the operator can arrange the flange portion at a position where an appropriate distance can be secured from the through hole, and can be appropriately fixed to the partition member.

In the fixing pipe joint according to claim 2 of the present invention, the position confirmation opening has a position of 3 mm from the innermost peripheral portion of the insertion hole closest to the joint body toward the tube axis of the joint body. It is comprised on the circumference concentric with the said coupling main body containing.
Here, that the position confirmation opening is configured on the circumference means that any part of the position confirmation opening is disposed at a position on the circumference.

The insertion hole of the stopper in the flange portion can be appropriately fixed if a distance of 3 mm or more can be secured from the outer periphery of the through hole of the partition member. Therefore, the position confirmation opening is thus formed concentrically with the joint body including a position of 3 mm from the innermost peripheral portion closest to the joint body of the insertion hole toward the cylinder axis of the joint body. That is, on the straight line connecting the innermost peripheral part and the cylinder axis of the joint body, the circumference is arranged at a position including a position of 3 mm from the innermost part, and on the circumference of the circle centering on the cylinder axis of the joint body A position confirmation opening is formed. Thereby, it can be easily confirmed whether or not the outer periphery of the through hole is arranged at a position having the distance of 3 mm, and the operator can easily move the flange portion to an appropriate position.

The fixing pipe joint according to claim 3 of the present invention is characterized in that a plurality of the position confirmation openings are formed on a circumference concentric with the joint body.

In this way, by configuring a plurality of position confirmation openings concentrically, the relative positional relationship between the through hole and the insertion hole can be confirmed more easily.

According to the fixing pipe joint according to the present invention, it can be appropriately fixed to the partition member having the through hole.

Hereinafter, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a fixing pipe joint 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a half-sectional view of the fixing pipe joint 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention before the tube body 40 is inserted.

The fixing pipe joint 10 includes a tubular main body portion 12 and a tubular intermediate portion 14 that is extrapolated to the main body portion 12. The main body portion 12 and the intermediate portion 14 constitute a tubular joint main body 16. In the figure, the cylinder axis of the joint body 16 is indicated by a cylinder axis S. Further, the fixing pipe joint 10 includes a tubular cap 18. The cap 18 is extrapolated and engaged with one end side of the intermediate portion 14. As shown in FIG. 2, an insertion hole 20 into which the tube body 40 is inserted is formed between the intermediate portion 14 and the cap 18 and the main body portion 12.

A lock ring 30 for holding the tube body 40 in the insertion hole 20 is disposed inside the cap 18. The lock ring 30 has a substantially V-shaped section whose section is rotated by 90 degrees, and is disposed so that the substantially V-shaped opening side faces the back side of the joint body 16 (the opposite side to the insertion side of the tube body 40). ing. The opening side of the lock ring 30 faces the distal end portion 14A of the intermediate portion 14, and a part of the substantially V-shaped inner surface is in contact with the distal end portion 14A.

The lock ring 30 has an annular shape, and the claw portion 36 at the tip on the inner peripheral side can bite into the outer surface of the tube body 40.

On the inner wall of the cap 18, a tapered surface 18 </ b> A with which the substantially V-shaped outer surface of the lock ring 30 can abut is formed. The tapered surface 18A is formed so as to reduce in diameter toward the inlet 20A side of the insertion hole 20.

On the inner peripheral side of the cap 18, a release ring 22 that is movable along the axial direction of the fixing pipe joint 10 is inserted closer to the inlet 20 </ b> A of the insertion hole 20 than the lock ring 30. The release ring 22 has a substantially cylindrical shape, and the inner wall forms a part of the insertion hole 20. Protrusions 22A are formed on the outer periphery of the release ring 22 in the circumferential direction, and are prevented from coming off from the cap 18 by coming into contact with the small diameter portion 18B formed on the inner periphery of the cap 18. The tip 22B of the protrusion 22A has a tapered shape that is tapered and is disposed along the radially outer peripheral surface of the lock ring 30. Two circumferential grooves 12 </ b> A are formed on the outer peripheral surface facing the insertion hole 20 in the main body portion 12, and rubber and annular water stop rings 24 are fitted into these circumferential grooves 12 </ b> A, respectively.

A wall surface 13 having an enlarged outer diameter is formed in the innermost portion of the insertion hole 20 on the back side of the circumferential groove 12A of the main body portion 12. The tip of the tubular body 40 abuts on the wall surface 13, and the wall surface 13 serves as a stopper for the tubular body 40. Further, a female screw 12B to which another pipe is connected is formed on the opposite side of the main body portion 12 from the insertion hole 20. Further, a flange portion 50 for fixing to a partition member such as a floor or a wall is formed at an end portion (the other end side) opposite to the insertion hole 20 of the main body portion 12. Details of the flange portion 50 will be described later.

In the fixing pipe joint 10, the main body portion 12 can be made of bronze, the intermediate portion 14, the cap 18 and the release ring 22 can be made of resin, and the lock ring 30 can be made of stainless steel. Each member of the fixing pipe joint 10 is not limited to these materials, and other materials may be used. The tube body 40 is made of resin. The tube body 40 is not limited to resin, but may be made of rubber, metal (a metal material into which the claw portion 36 of the lock ring 30 can bite), or other materials.

FIG. 3 shows a perspective view of the fixing pipe joint 10 shown in FIG. 1 as viewed from the flange portion 50 side. The flange portion 50 has a disc shape and is formed so as to protrude radially outward from the outer periphery of the other end portion of the main body portion 12. The flange portion 50 has a plate surface (lower surface 50B) on the main body portion 12 side placed on an upper surface 44A of a partition member 44 described later, and a plate surface (upper surface 50A) on the outer side (the side far from the main body portion 12) faces outward. It is arranged (upward).

The flange portion 50 is formed with an insertion hole 52 for fixing the flange portion 50 to the upper surface 44 </ b> A of the partition member 44. The insertion holes 52 are configured on the circumference of a circle R1 centered on the cylinder axis S, and are each configured at a position having a central angle of 120 ° in the circumferential direction from the center of the flange portion 50. .

As shown in FIG. 2, the insertion hole 52 includes a hole portion 52A and a tapered portion 52B. The hole 52A can be inserted into a screw portion 46B of a stopper 46 described later, and the tapered portion 52B has a tapered shape capable of accommodating a screw head 46A of a stopper 46 described later.

A position confirmation opening 54 is formed on the radially inner side of the insertion hole 52 of the flange portion 50. The position confirmation opening 54 has a circular opening, is a through hole that penetrates the flange portion 50 in the plate pressure direction, and is configured on the circumference of a circle R2 with the cylinder axis S as the center. The circle R2 is a circle centering on the cylinder axis S passing through a position where the distance D from the innermost peripheral part 52IN closest to the cylinder axis S of the hole 52A of the insertion hole 52 is 3 mm. The position confirmation opening 54 is arranged at a position aligned with the insertion hole 52 in the radial direction.

The flange portion 50 is fixed to the partition member 44 by a stopper 46. As shown in FIG. 3, the stopper 46 includes a screw head 46A and a screw portion 46B. The stopper 46 is a tapping screw capable of screwing the screw portion 46B into the partition member 44, and is a so-called countersunk screw. The screw portion 46B of the stopper 46 is inserted into the hole portion 52A of the insertion hole 52, the lower surface (taper surface) of the screw head portion 46A is brought into contact with the taper portion 52B, and the flange portion 50 is fixed to the partition member 44. .

Next, attachment of the fixing pipe joint 10 to the partition member 44 will be described.

First, the tip of the tube body 40 arranged on one side of the partition member 44 is taken out from the through hole 44H to the other side of the partition member 44. The through hole 44H is configured in a necessary position in advance, and the diameter of the through hole 44H is the largest outer diameter of the cap 18 of the fixing pipe joint 10 (the largest diameter excluding the flange portion 50 of the fixing pipe joint 10). Is smaller than the outer diameter of the flange portion 50.

Next, the pipe body 40 is connected to the fixing pipe joint 10. When the distal end portion of the tubular body 40 is inserted into the insertion hole 20 of the fixing pipe joint 10, the distal end of the tubular body 40 expands the diameter of the lock ring 30. The tubular body 40 is inserted into the back side while the outer peripheral surface of the tubular body 40 is in sliding contact with the claw portion 36 of the lock ring 30, and the inner peripheral surface of the tubular body 40 is in contact with the water stop ring 24. When the tubular body 40 is further inserted, the distal end of the tubular body 40 reaches the wall surface 13 of the main body 12. In this state, when an internal pressure is applied to the tube body 40, the tube body 40 receives a force in a direction in which the tube body 40 comes off the joint body 16. As a result, the tube body 40 and the lock ring 30 are slightly moved in the direction of coming out of the insertion hole 20, and the outer peripheral side of the ring portion 31 of the lock ring 30 contacts the tapered surface 18 </ b> A of the cap 18. As a result, the claw portion 36 of the lock ring 30 bites into the outer peripheral side of the tube body 40. At this time, since the claw portion 36 of the lock ring 30 is inclined toward the back side of the joint body 16, the claw portion 36 is easy to bite into the tube body 40, and the claw portion 36 has a direction opposite to the direction in which the tube body 40 is pulled out. The tube body 40 is difficult to come off.

Next, the pipe body 40 is returned to the one side of the partition member 44 from the through hole 44H, and the main body portion 12 of the fixing pipe joint 10 to which the pipe body 40 is connected is inserted into the through hole 44H. The lower surface 50B is placed on the upper surface 44A. Then, the position of the through hole 44H is confirmed from the position confirmation opening 54. For example, as shown in FIG. 4A, the outer periphery of the through hole 44H of the partition member 44 can be visually recognized from the two position confirmation openings 54 (those located on the upper side and the right side), and the other one position From the confirmation opening 54 (the one located on the left), the outer periphery of the through hole 44H is not visible, and only the through hole 44H is disposed at a position corresponding to the position confirmation opening 54. Therefore, it can be confirmed that the through hole 44 </ b> H is in a position offset toward the side closer to the left insertion hole 52. As shown in FIG. 4B, the operator moves the flange portion 50 from the three position confirmation openings 54 to a position where the outer periphery of the through hole 44H of the partition member 44 can be visually recognized. Thereby, the distance from all the insertion holes 52 to the outer periphery of the through-hole 44H can be made substantially equal, and the distance from the insertion hole 52 to the outer periphery of the through-hole 44H can be ensured appropriately.
In the above description, the case where the outer periphery of the through hole 44H is visually recognized from the position confirmation opening 54 has been described. However, when the size of the through hole 44H is sufficiently small, the outer periphery of the through hole 44H extends from the position confirmation opening 54. In some cases, only the surface of the partition member 44 is visible without being visually recognized. Even in this case, the operator can properly arrange the flange portion 50 by grasping the positional relationship between the main body portion 12 and the through hole 44H.

As described above, the flange portion 50 is arranged at an appropriate position, the stopper 46 is inserted into the hole portion 52A of the insertion hole 52, and the lower surface (tapered surface) of the screw head portion 46A hits the tapered portion 52B. Screw portion 46B is screwed into partition member 44. Thereby, the fixing pipe joint 10 is attached to the partition member 44.

According to the fixing pipe joint 10 of the present embodiment, since the position of the through hole 44H of the partition member 44 can be confirmed from the position confirmation opening 54, the flange portion 50 is moved and the outer periphery of the through hole 44H from the insertion hole 52 is obtained. It is possible to secure the distance up to the appropriate distance.

In the present embodiment, the position confirmation opening 54 is arranged on the circumference of the circle R2 centering on the cylinder axis S passing through the position where the distance D from the innermost peripheral portion 52IN is 3 mm, but the circle R2 is not necessarily a distance. D need not be 3 mm, and can be changed according to the outer diameter of the screw portion 46B and the outer diameter of the position confirmation opening 54. Therefore, the distance D may be shorter or longer than 3 mm. In particular, by disposing the position confirmation opening on the circumference of a circle passing through a position where the distance D is 3 mm, the innermost peripheral portion 52IN can secure a distance of 3 mm or more required from the outer periphery of the through hole 44H. Can be easily confirmed.

Further, in the present embodiment, the position confirmation opening 54 is arranged at a position aligned with the insertion hole 52 in the radial direction, but other positions on the circumference of the circle R2, for example, as shown in FIG. May be arranged at equal intervals at a position where the angle α is 60 °. Thus, stress concentration can be suppressed by arranging the position confirmation opening 54.

In the present embodiment, the position confirmation opening 54 is circular, but as shown in FIG. 6, it may be a long hole 55 that is long in the radial direction. By setting it as the long hole 55, the outer periphery of the through-hole 44H can be confirmed over a wide range in the radial direction.

Further, in the present embodiment, the example in which the position confirmation opening 54 and the insertion hole 52 are configured separately and independently has been described, but both are configured continuously, that is, the hole 52A and the position confirmation opening are configured. You may comprise continuously. When the position confirmation opening is formed continuously from the circular insertion hole 52, the position confirmation opening 56 as shown in FIG. Further, in the case of being configured continuously from the long insertion hole 52N, it can be configured as a position confirmation opening 58 as shown in FIG. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 9, it can also be configured as a notch insertion hole 52K in which a long insertion hole 52N is opened to the outer edge in the radial direction. Also in these cases, the long hole 55 and the position confirmation openings 56 and 58 are configured such that the distance D from the innermost peripheral portion of the position where the stopper 46 is fixed is applied to the circle R2 passing through the position of 3 mm. Is desirable.

In the present embodiment, an example in which the number of position confirmation openings 54 is three has been described. However, the number of position confirmation openings 54 may be one, two, or four or more. In the case where two or more position confirmation openings 54 are configured, if the position confirmation openings 54 are arranged on the inner side in the radial direction from the insertion hole 52, the position confirmation openings 54 do not need to be arranged on the same circumference. As in the form, by arranging them on the same circumference, it is possible to easily confirm the position of the outer circumference of the circular through hole 44H.

Moreover, when arrange | positioning the several position confirmation opening 54 on the same periphery, the confirmation of the position of the outer periphery of the through-hole 44H can be easily performed by arrange | positioning each at equal intervals.

The embodiments of the present invention have been described above with reference to the embodiments.
