Description

Claims (19)
- 腹部または筋膜の治療用具であって、
第1の合成ポリマー材料と;
前記合成ポリマー材料の周縁部に取り付けられている無細胞組織マトリックスと;
を備え、前記第1の合成ポリマー材料を組織に取り付けることなく、前記無細胞組織マトリックスを体腔壁の欠損部の周囲の組織に固定して前記体腔を閉鎖することができるようになっている用具。 - 請求項1に記載の用具において、前記合成ポリマー材料の極限強度は、前記無細胞組織マトリックスの極限強度との差が20%未満であることを特徴とする用具。
- 請求項1または2に記載の用具において、前記合成ポリマー材料の弾性率は、前記無細胞組織マトリックスの弾性率との差が20%未満であることを特徴とする用具。
- 請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の用具において、前記無細胞組織マトリックスが真皮無細胞組織マトリックスであることを特徴とする用具。
- 請求項4に記載の用具において、前記真皮組織マトリックスがヒト組織マトリックスであることを特徴とする用具。
- 請求項4に記載の用具において、前記真皮組織マトリックスがブタ組織マトリックスであることを特徴とする用具。
- 請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載の用具において、前記無細胞組織マトリックスが予備形成された穴を含むことを特徴とする用具。
- 請求項7に記載の用具において、前記予備形成された穴が補強されていることを特徴とする用具。
- 請求項8に記載の用具において、前記補強された穴が接着剤を含むことを特徴とする用具。
- 請求項9に記載の用具において、前記接着剤がシアノアクリレート接着剤を含むことを特徴とする用具。
- 請求項9に記載の用具において、前記接着剤がフィブリンを含むことを特徴とする用具。
- 腹部または筋膜の治療用具であって、
無細胞組織マトリックスのシート
を備え、前記シートが細長い開口部と、前記開口部の両側に、縫合糸を受け入れるための補強された複数の穴とを含むことを特徴とする用具。 - 請求項12に記載の用具において、前記穴が、細長い開口部の各側に配置された2列以上の穴を含むことを特徴とする用具。
- 請求項12または13に記載の用具において、前記無細胞組織マトリックスが、真皮無細胞組織マトリックスであることを特徴とする用具。
- 請求項14に記載の用具において、前記真皮組織マトリックスが、ヒト組織マトリックスであることを特徴とする用具。
- 請求項14に記載の用具において、前記真皮組織マトリックスがブタ組織マトリックスであることを特徴とする用具。
- 請求項13乃至16の何れか1項に記載の用具において、前記補強された穴が接着剤を含むことを特徴とする用具。
- 請求項17に記載の用具において、前記接着剤がシアノアクリレート接着剤を含むことを特徴とする用具。
- 請求項17に記載の用具において、前記接着剤がフィブリンを含むことを特徴とする用具。
