Description
同様に、農業廃棄物および副生成物、木材および家具業界廃棄物が大量にあり、これらは容易に入手できるが、建築材料の製造における使用には限界がある。

Claims (5)
- 建築材料として使用される再生可能成分を含むパネルであって、
前記パネルが、無機ファイバー、澱粉、水および再生可能成分からなる水性スラリーで形成され、乾燥パネルの状態で再生可能成分が重量で0.1%〜95%であり、天井板減衰クラス(CAC)値が少なくとも25、ノイズ減衰係数(NRC)値が少なくとも0.25、および音伝搬クラス(STC)値が少なくとも25であり、前記再生可能成分が、稲籾殻、ソバ籾殻、ピーナッツ殻とクルミ殻を含むナッツ殻、小麦殻、オート麦殻、ライ麦殻、木綿種殻、ココナッツ殻、トウモロコシ糠、トウモロコシ穂、ヒマワリ種、稲藁、小麦藁、大麦藁、オート麦藁、ライ麦藁、アフリカハネガヤ(Espart)、ソルガム(sorghum)藁、葦、竹、サイザル麻(sisal)、サバイ(Sabai)、苧麻(ramie)、バガス(bagasse)、亜麻(flax)、ケナフ(kenaf)、黄麻(jute)、麻(hemp)、マニラ麻(abaca)、鋸屑、木材チップ、あるいはこれらの組合せ、からなり、かつ目開きが7.9mm(0.312インチ)のメッシュスクリーンを通り抜け、目開きが0.15mm(0.0059インチ)のメッシュスクリーン上に残留する粒子であることを特徴とする再生可能成分を含むパネル。 - 推定ノイズ減衰係数(eNRC)が、少なくとも0.20であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の再生可能成分を含むパネル。
- 破断モジュラス(MOR)値が、少なくとも551.7kPa(80psi)であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の再生可能成分を含むパネル。
- 展炎指数が、25以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の再生可能成分を含むパネル。
- 請求項1に記載の再生可能成分を含むパネルの製造方法であって、
再生可能成分を選択するステップ、
前記再生可能成分、無機ファイバーおよび澱粉を、水と一緒にして水性スラリーを形成するステップ、
小孔のあるワイヤー上で、前記水性スラリーからベースマットを形成するステップ、
前記ベースマットから水を除くステップ、および
前記ベースマットを仕上げるステップ、からなることを特徴とする再生可能成分を含むパネルの製造方法。
