Description

The present invention relates to a packaging box for packaging products such as electronic devices.

Conventionally, a packaging box for packing products is provided with an opening for putting the product in and out on the upper surface of the packaging box, and the opening is closed by a cover plate continuously provided on the side of the packaging box, and a sealing tape is used. The method of fixing the lid plate is common.

And when opening the packaging box, use a method of hooking the nail or the like to the end of the sealing tape attached to the butting portion of the lid plate and peeling it off, or cutting the sealing tape itself with a cutter or knife. Therefore, workability at the time of opening was bad.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, Patent Document 1 provides a side surface of a packaging box so that a grip piece serving as a gripping portion of the sealing tape can be cut off, and a part of the sealing tape is attached to the grip piece. Thus, a packaging box is disclosed in which a grip piece is gripped so that a sealing tape can be easily peeled off, and a hole in which the handle piece is cut out functions as a handle hole.

Utility Model Registration No. 3057683

However, in the method of Patent Document 1, since the knob piece is separated together with the sealing tape after the packaging box is once opened, the upper end surface of the handle hole formed by cutting the knob piece is exposed. As a result, palms and fingers hit the upper end surface of the handle hole that was exposed when the packaging box was lifted by inserting a hand into the handle hole, and especially when heavy objects are stored, the hand feels painful was there.

In view of the above problems, the present invention can easily peel off the sealing tape that seals the opening, has excellent unpacking workability, and has a handle hole that does not easily hurt hands even when storing heavy objects. The purpose is to provide a packaging box to be formed

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has a bottom surface, a side surface rising from an edge of the bottom surface, and a lid portion connected to an upper end of the side surface, and the lid portion is formed using a sealing tape. And a pair of bent pieces surrounded by a downwardly protruding cut line and a fold line connecting both ends of the cut line at two opposing sides of the side face A separable gripping piece is formed on at least one of the bent pieces, and is attached to the gripping piece so that an end edge of the sealing tape overlaps the gripping piece.

According to the present invention, in the packaging box configured as described above, the gripping piece is formed by a region surrounded by the cut line and a convex first break line extending upward from the cut line. .

In the packaging box having the above-described configuration, the present invention further includes a cut-and-raised piece surrounded by the cut line and two second break lines extending downward from the cut line adjacent to the gripping piece. It is characterized by.

According to the present invention, in the packaging box configured as described above, the grip piece is formed at a predetermined interval from the folding line.

According to the first configuration of the present invention, when unpacking the packaging box, the gripping piece is separated from the folded piece and gripped, and the sealing tape attached so as to overlap the gripping piece is extended to the opposite end. It can be easily unpacked by peeling. Further, when carrying the packaging box, by pushing the bent piece inward, the bent piece is bent inward along the folding line to form a handle hole. At this time, since the remaining portion of the bent piece exists even after the gripping piece is cut off at the upper edge of the handle hole where the palm or finger contacts, the end face of the sheet constituting the packaging box is not exposed. Hands are less likely to hurt when carrying.

Moreover, according to the 2nd structure of this invention, in the packaging box of the said 1st structure, the holding | grip piece is the area | region enclosed by the 1st breaking line of the convex shape extended upwards from this cutting line. Therefore, the grip piece can be gripped from the lower end portion of the bent piece and can be easily separated along the first breaking line.

Further, according to the third configuration of the present invention, in the packaging box of the second configuration, the cut and raised piece surrounded by the cut line and the two second break lines extending downward from the cut line, By providing adjacent to the gripping piece, an opening is formed below the gripping piece by cutting and raising the cutout piece or pushing it inward. A gripping piece can be easily gripped by inserting a finger into the opening.

Further, according to the fourth configuration of the present invention, in the packaging box having any one of the first to third configurations, the gripping piece is formed at a predetermined interval from the folding line. Even after the separation, the bent piece remains over the entire upper edge of the handle hole. Therefore, when carrying the packaging box, contact between the palm or finger and the end face of the sheet can be avoided more reliably.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 is a developed view of a packaging box 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is an external perspective view showing a state in which the packaging box 100 is assembled, and FIG. 3 is a partially enlarged view of a second side plate 2a in FIG. FIG. The packaging box 100 is formed by bending a corrugated cardboard sheet punched into a predetermined shape. Specifically, the first side plates 1a and 1b that stand up along the longitudinal direction when the packaging box 100 is assembled, the second side plates 2a and 2b that stand up adjacent to the first side plates 1a and 1b, and the first side plate. The bottom plates 3a, 3b and the cover plates 4a, 4b connected to the two vertical sides of 1a, 1b via a fold line, and the two vertical sides of the second side plates 2a, 2b via the fold line. The lower flaps 5a and 5b and the upper flaps 6a and 6b are provided, and the adhesive piece 7 is connected to one side of the first side plate 1a in the horizontal direction via a folding line.

Cut lines 8 are formed in the second side plates 2a and 2b. As shown in FIG. 3, the cut line 8 is formed in a substantially U-shape projecting downward, and both ends of the cut line 8 are connected by a folding line 9. A region surrounded by the cut line 8 and the folding line 9 is a bent piece 10. The folding line 9 can be formed by a crease line, a perforation, a half cut line, or the like.

A first break line 11 made of a substantially U-shaped perforation projecting upward is formed at a substantially central portion of the bent piece 10, and both ends of the first break line 11 are connected to the cut line 8. Yes. A region surrounded by the cut line 8 and the first break line 11 is a gripping piece 13. The first break line 11 has a long perforation (cut) portion and a short connection portion between the perforations so that the operator can easily break with a finger. The first break line 11 only needs to be easily breakable, and may be a half cut line instead of the perforation.

Further, a second break line 15 composed of two slits continuous with the first break line 11 with the cut line 8 interposed therebetween is formed on the outer side of the bent piece 10, and a region between the second break lines 15 is formed. Are cut and raised pieces 17. In addition, the 2nd broken line 15 should just be ruptured easily, and it can replace with a slit and can also be a perforation or a half cut line. The detailed configuration of the second side plate 2a has been described above, but the same applies to the second side plate 2b, and the description thereof will be omitted.

The assembly procedure of the packaging box 100 will be described. First, the first side plate 1a, 1b, and the second side plate are obtained by overlapping and joining the adhesive piece 7 connected to the first side plate 1a on the inner side of the second side plate 2b. The side surfaces of the packaging box 100 are formed by connecting 2a and 2b in a rectangular tube shape. Next, the lower flaps 5a and 5b and the bottom plates 3a and 3b are bent along a folding line in this order and fixed with a sealing tape or the like to form the bottom surface of the packaging box 100. Finally, the upper flaps 6a and 6b and the cover plates 4a and 4b are bent along the folding lines in this order to assemble the packaging box 100.

Next, a method for packing a product (a product to be packed) using the packaging box 100 of the present invention will be described. First, a lower cushioning material (not shown) is placed in the packaging box 100 from an opening formed by opening the cover plates 4a, 4b and the upper flaps 6a, 6b of the packaging box 100. A product mounting surface is formed on the lower cushioning material in accordance with the shape of the product. Next, the product is placed on the product placement surface of the lower cushioning material, and an upper cushioning material (not shown) is mounted on the top of the product. As a material of the lower cushioning material and the upper cushioning material, various conventionally known materials such as a hollow pulp mold, laminated cardboard, or foamed resin such as foamed polystyrene can be used.

Next, after closing the upper flaps 6a and 6b of the packaging box 100 and closing the cover plates 4a and 4b overlapping the upper flaps 6a and 6b, the sealing tape 20 is formed along the abutting portion of the cover plates 4a and 4b (see FIG. 4). Is attached, the cover plates 4a and 4b are fixed, and the packing operation is completed.

FIG. 4 is a partially enlarged view of the packaging box 100 of the present invention packed with products as viewed from the second side plate 2a side. As shown in FIG. 4, the sealing tape 20 is attached so that the edge 20 a overlaps the gripping piece 13, that is, the sealing tape 20 does not overlap the cut line 8.

When carrying the packaging box 100, as shown in FIG. 5, the folded piece 10 is pushed inward along the folding line 9 by pushing the folded piece 10 inward, and a hand is inserted when carrying the packaging box 100. A handle hole 21 is formed. At this time, since the bent piece 10 exists at the upper end edge of the handle hole 21 with which the palm or the finger comes into contact, the end face of the corrugated cardboard sheet is not exposed, and the touch becomes smooth. Therefore, even when a heavy product is packed, it is difficult to hurt the hand when carrying it.

On the other hand, when unpacking the packaging box 100, the opening 23 is formed below the gripping piece 13 by cutting and raising the piece 17 outward as shown in FIG. A finger is inserted into the opening 23 to grip the gripping piece 13, and the gripping piece 13 is separated from the bent piece 10 along the first breaking line 11 as shown in FIG. 7. Accordingly, the end edge 20 a of the sealing tape 20 that overlaps the gripping piece 13 is also peeled off from the bent piece 10.

Then, with the gripping piece 13 completely separated, the sealing tape 20 is peeled off to the end on the opposite side (second side surface 2b side), so that the butted portion of the lid plates 4a and 4b is fixed, and the packaging is released. The box 100 can be opened.

In addition, after unpacking the packaging box 100, the gripping piece 13 is cut from the bent piece 10 as shown in FIG. However, when the bent piece 10 is bent inward from the state of FIG. 8 to form the handle hole 21 as shown in FIG. 9, a part of the bent piece 10 remains along the upper edge of the handle hole 21. . Therefore, even after unpacking the packaging box 100, the upper end edge of the handle hole 21 is not exposed from the end surface of the cardboard sheet as before unpacking (see FIG. 5), and stores heavy products. Hands are less likely to hurt when carrying around.

In addition, this invention is not limited to the said embodiment, A various change is possible in the range which does not deviate from the meaning of this invention. For example, in the above embodiment, the opening 23 for inserting and inserting the finger by cutting and raising the cut piece 17 outward is formed, but it is difficult to cut and raise the cut piece 17 outward, for example, before forming the handle hole 21. In that case, the cut and raised piece 17 may be pushed into the inside of the packaging box 100 to form the opening 23.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the 1st broken line 11, the holding piece 13, and the 2nd broken line 15 were formed in both the 2nd side surfaces 2a and 2b, the 1st broken line 11, the holding piece 13, and the 2nd broken line 15 may be formed on at least one of the second side surfaces 2a and 2b, or may be formed on only one of the second side surfaces 2a and 2b. The size, shape, and arrangement of the bent piece 10, the gripping piece 13, and the cut and raised piece 17 are not limited to the above embodiment, and can be arbitrarily set according to the specifications of the packaging box 100.

For example, as shown in FIG. 10, the gripping piece 13 may be arranged at a substantially central portion of the bent piece 10 by providing a rectangular first breaking line 11 spaced from the cut line 8. In the configuration of FIG. 10, since the opening is only the handle hole 21, the appearance and the like of the packaging box 100 are improved. However, since the four sides of the gripping piece 13 are surrounded by the first break line 11, the gripping piece 13 is slightly difficult to grip compared to the configuration of FIG. The separability is slightly inferior.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 11, the gripping piece 13 may be provided adjacent to the folding line 9, but in this configuration, after the gripping piece 13 is cut off, the bent piece 10 is formed at the center of the upper edge of the handle hole 21. A portion that does not exist is generated, and the end surface of the cardboard sheet is exposed in this portion. Therefore, the gripping piece 13 is preferably formed at a predetermined interval from the folding line 9.

Furthermore, in the above-described embodiment, the lid portion 4 is configured by abutting the two lid plates 4a and 4b connected to the first side plates 1a and 1b, but the present invention has a lid as shown in FIG. The present invention can be applied in exactly the same manner to the packaging box 100 including the single cover plate 4a in which the portion 4 is connected to the first side plate 1a (or the first side plate 1b).

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention can be used for a packaging box for packing heavy items such as electronic devices. By using the present invention, a packaging box having an unpacking workability and a carrying property having a grip piece for peeling off the sealing tape and a handle hole that is difficult to hurt even when a heavy object is stored is obtained.
