Description

The present invention relates to an end structure of an inner wall to which frame materials such as an unframed frame, an opening frame, a door frame, a window frame, a sliding door frame and the like are attached, and a corner base of a baseboard and a peripheral edge constituting the end structure. .

For example, a frame member such as a door frame or a window frame is attached to the end surface of the inner wall at the wall surface opening of the inner wall to which the door or window is attached. Until now, as shown in FIG. In general, the frame member 60 is slightly protruded to the outside of the inner wall 50 by making the width larger than the wall thickness of the inner wall 50. However, in recent years, the unevenness of the wall surface has been reduced as much as possible to provide a clean image. As shown in FIG. 15, the end of the inner wall attached to the end face of the inner wall 50 so that the frame member 60 narrower than the wall thickness of the inner wall 50 does not protrude outside the inner wall 50, as shown in FIG. 15. The partial structure has been adopted.

In the case of adopting such an end structure of the inner wall, as shown in the figure, the frame member 60 is attached to the column (intermediate column) 52 of the wall base material 51 that forms the end surface of the inner wall 50, and the inner wall 50 Although the base board 53 is stretched also on the outer side of the frame member 60 on the end face side, a wall finishing material 54 such as a cloth is attached to the base board 53 so as to go around the end face side of the inner wall 50. Since the structure such as the inner wall is not necessarily constructed with high precision, the end surface of the inner wall forming the wall surface opening or the like (the column of the wall base material 51 that fixes the frame member 60 ( In many cases, the fixed surface) of the spacer 52) is not horizontal or vertical, or is wavy. In such a case, as shown in FIG. 16, the space between the frame member 60 and the end surface of the inner wall 50 A gap G is partially formed in the gap G and the size of the gap G It will vary depending on the position.

Accordingly, when the frame member 60 is installed, the gap is adjusted between the end surface of the inner wall 50 (the column (intermediate column) 52 of the wall base material 51) forming the wall surface opening and the like and the frame member 60 such as the door frame. Since the frame member 60 is fixed to the end surface of the inner wall 50 (the column (intermediate column) 52 of the wall base material 51) while adjusting the position of the frame member 60 by inserting members appropriately, FIG. As shown to (a), in the location which has inserted the gap adjustment member 61, and the location which has not inserted the gap adjustment member as shown in the same figure (b), the frame material from the end surface of the inner wall 50 There is a problem that the protrusion amount L of 60 is different and the appearance is bad.

Therefore, the applicant of the present application, as shown in FIG. 18, the inner wall so that the frame member 80 formed with the cut grooves 80 a extending in the longitudinal direction on both end faces in the width direction does not protrude outward in the thickness direction of the inner wall 70. A long corner base that is fixed to the true pillar 72 of the wall base material 71 forming the end face 70 and a pair of projecting pieces 75 and 75 are connected to each other so as to form an angle of approximately 90 degrees. A state in which one overhanging piece 75 is fitted into the cut groove 80 a of the frame member 80 and the other overhanging piece 75 is overlaid on the surface of the base board 73 constituting the wall base material 71. Then, the corner portions of the inner wall 70 are formed on both sides of the frame material 80 by being fixed to the base board 73, and the wall finishing material 76 is pasted from the base board 73 to the corner base material 74, whereby the inner wall 70 The amount of protrusion of the frame member 80 from the end face The end structure of the inner wall for holding a constant, has proposed in Japanese Patent Application No. 2010-074561.

Utility Model Registration No. 2519137

By the way, in the case of such an end structure of the inner wall, when a baseboard is attached, as shown in FIG. 19, the inside is a corner base material with respect to the corner portion of the end face of the inner wall 70 to which the frame member 80 is attached. Although it is necessary to mount a dedicated corner part 92 that is curved along the curved corner portion of 74, a sufficient distance cannot be secured between the frame member 80 and the corner portion of the inner wall 70. The short skirting board 91 to be attached to the end face side of 70 has to be attached by adjusting dimensions and position, and there is a problem that it takes time to attach the skirting board 91 and the corner part 92.

Further, the end surface of the inner wall 70 extends to the cut groove 80a portion of the frame member 80 by the corner base material 74, and the baseboard 91 itself arranged in a state of being overlapped with the end surface side of the inner wall 70 has a certain thickness. Therefore, the surface of the corner part 92 on the end face side of the inner wall 70 protrudes to the vicinity of the surface of the frame member 80, and there is a problem that a clean image cannot be given.

Further, as described above, since the surface of the corner part 92 on the end face side of the inner wall 70 protrudes to the vicinity of the surface of the frame member 80, the frame member 80 is a door frame as shown in FIG. When the door D is attached to the frame member 80 via the pivot hinge PH installed at substantially the same level as 92, the arm of the pivot hinge PH abuts on the corner part 92 and the door D cannot be opened 180 degrees. There is also a problem.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is that the construction of the inner wall is easy to construct, can give a clean image, and can be opened 180 degrees even when the door is attached to the frame member by a pivot hinge. And providing corner parts.

In order to solve the above problems, the invention according to claim 1 is an end structure of an inner wall in which a frame member narrower than the thickness of the inner wall is attached to an end surface of the inner wall, and the frame member includes: A kerf extending in the longitudinal direction is formed on both end surfaces in the width direction, and the end surface of the inner wall is formed on the wall base material constituting the inner wall so as not to protrude outward in the thickness direction of the inner wall. The frame material is fixed, and a pair of projecting pieces are connected to each other so as to form an angle of approximately 90 degrees. A long corner base material is used, and one projecting piece is used as the kerf of the frame material. The other overhanging piece is fixed to the wall base material in a state where the other overhanging piece is superposed on the surface of the base board constituting the wall base material, so that corners of the inner wall are formed on both sides of the frame member. A cover part covering the end surface of the skirting board or the surrounding edge, and the frame material In a state where the corner parts connected to each other so that the plate-like part inserted into the groove forms an angle of about 90 degrees, the end part of the baseboard or the surrounding edge is bonded and fixed to the cover part. A plate-like portion is inserted into the cut groove of the frame member and covered with the corner base material, and a base plate or a peripheral edge bonded and fixed to the corner part is fixed to the base board, from the base board The present invention provides an end structure of an inner wall characterized by sticking a wall finishing material over a corner base material.

In order to solve the above problems, an invention according to claim 2 provides a corner part that constitutes the end portion structure of the inner wall according to claim 1.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the corner part according to the second aspect of the present invention, a blade member that sandwiches an end portion of a baseboard between the cover portion and a base end portion of the blade member as the cover portion. It is characterized by having a rib for connecting to.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the corner part according to the third aspect of the present invention, the blade member is formed with a plurality of grooves or recesses on a surface in contact with the skirting board or the surrounding edge. It is said.

According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the corner part according to the fourth aspect of the invention, the blade member projects from the cover portion in the extending direction of the skirting board or the surrounding edge, and a plurality of the projecting portions are provided in the projecting portion. The groove or the recess is formed.

According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, in the corner part according to the third , fourth, or fifth aspect of the present invention, a hollow portion extending in the lateral direction is formed on the front surface of the cover portion , and the rib is formed in the hollow portion. It is characterized by being connected.

As described above, in the end portion structure of the inner wall according to the first aspect of the present invention, the plate-like portion of the corner part is made of the frame member in a state where the end portion of the baseboard or the surrounding edge is bonded and fixed to the cover portion of the corner part. Since the baseboard or surrounding edge fixed to the corner part is fixed to the baseboard by inserting into the cut groove and covering the corner base material, the dimensions and position adjustment must be performed on the end face side of the inner wall. There is no need to install short skirting boards, which can be easily constructed.

In addition, the end face side of the inner wall in the corner part is a thin plate-like part that fits into the cut groove of the frame material together with the overhanging piece of the corner base material, so the surface of the corner part on the end face side of the inner wall is the surface of the frame material Even if the door is attached to the frame member with the pivot hinge, the pivot hinge does not abut against the corner part, and the door can be rotated 180 degrees. Can be opened once.

In the corner part of the invention according to claim 3, the base end portion of the blade member that sandwiches the end portion of the baseboard between the end portion and the cover portion on one end side is connected to the cover portion on the one end side by the rib. Insert the edge of the skirting board or surrounding edge between the cover part and the blade member and fix it to the wall. When the skirting board or surrounding edge is nailed to the wall surface, hit the corner parts with a vacuum cleaner etc. Even if an external force is applied in the direction of rotation, the blade member and the cover part are relatively difficult to open due to the external force, and the corner part plate can be obtained simply by inserting the plate part of the corner part into the cut groove of the frame material. Even if the shape portion side cannot be sufficiently fixed to the end surface of the inner wall, the entire corner part can be securely fixed to the corner portion of the end surface of the inner wall only by the cover portion side.

Further, in the corner part of the invention according to claim 4, since a plurality of grooves or recesses are formed on the surface of the blade member that comes into contact with the skirting board or the surrounding edge, the adhesive is applied to the portion where the grooves or the recesses are formed. When the end of the skirting board or surrounding edge is inserted between the cover part and the blade member and attached, the base plate or the surrounding edge is formed by the anchor effect of the blade member in which a plurality of grooves or recesses are formed. The adhesion force of the blade member to the is improved. Therefore, when the skirting board or surrounding edge with the corner parts attached is nailed to the wall surface, even if an external force is applied to the end of the corner parts by hitting the corner parts with a vacuum cleaner, the corner parts are There is no detachment from the skirting board or surrounding edges, and the corner parts can be fixed more efficiently.

Further, in the corner part of the invention according to claim 5, since the blade member projects from the cover part in the extending direction of the baseboard or the surrounding edge, a plurality of grooves or recesses are formed in the projecting part. The effect that it is easy to apply an adhesive is obtained.

Further, the corner part of the invention according to claim 6 is formed with a recess portion extending in the lateral direction on the front surface of the cover portion , and the rib is connected to the recess portion. Even if the connecting part is whitened, it is not noticeable and does not impair the appearance.

Hereinafter, embodiments will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a state in which a door frame 20 is installed in a wall surface opening formed in the inner wall 10 and a door D is attached to the door frame 20 via a pivot hinge PH. The door frame 20 includes a pair of left and right vertical frames 21 and 21 and an upper frame 22 that connects the vertical frames 21 and 21 at the upper end thereof. The vertical frames 21 and 21 and the upper frame 22 are It is formed narrower than the thickness of the inner wall 10. Moreover, as shown in FIGS. 1-3 and FIG. 4, the baseboard 31 is attached to the lower end part of the wall surface in the inner wall 10, and the protruding corner part of the inner wall 10 located in the both sides of the vertical frame 21 is shown. The corner part 33 which is the resin molded product which covers the edge part of the base board 31 is attached.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 5, the inner wall 10 includes a wall base material 11, a long corner base material 14 that is a resin molded product, and a wall finishing material (cross) 17, and a vertical frame 21. However, the corner base material 14 is fixed to the vertical frame 21 while being screwed to the intermediate pillars 12 of the wall base material 11 forming the opening end face of the inner wall 10 so as not to protrude outward in the thickness direction of the inner wall 10. And the base board (gypsum board) 13 of the wall base material 11, and the corner base material 14 forms a corner portion on the end face side of the inner wall 10. In addition, although the vertical frame 21 must be installed vertically, since the spacer 12 is not constructed with high accuracy, a gap adjusting member S is provided between the spacer 12 and the vertical frame 21 as necessary. Is inserted. In FIG. 5, the skirting board 31 and the corner part 33 are omitted for easy understanding.

As shown in FIGS. 2, 5, and 6, the corner base material 14 includes a pair of overhanging pieces 15 and 15 that are connected to each other so as to form an angle of approximately 90 degrees, and a pair of overhanging pieces. In order to reinforce the corners that are the connecting portions of the pieces 15 and 15, loop-like ribs 16 respectively projecting from the base end side of each of the projecting pieces 15 and 15 are provided. In order to increase the adhesive strength of the wall finishing material (cross) 17, a large number of concave strips 15 a extending in the longitudinal direction are formed, and a double-sided adhesive tape (not shown) is previously attached to the inner surface thereof. . In addition, in order to give a soft impression to the corner portion on the end face side of the inner wall 10, the corner base material 14 is rounded at the corner portion.

As shown in FIG. 5, the corner base material 14 is bonded to a cut groove 21a having one overhanging piece 15 formed on the end face of the vertical frame 21 and having a width of about 2.5 mm and a depth of about 12 mm. The inner surface of the other overhanging piece 15 is placed on the wall base so that the inner surface of the overhanging piece 15 is in contact with the wall surface on the wall base material 11 side in the cut groove 21a. The base board 13 constituting the material 11 is attached to the surface of the base board 13 by a double-sided tape (not shown), and the upper side of the corner part 33 in the kerf 21a is formed of a synthetic resin and has a kerf 21a. A long and flat packing material F having a width shorter by about 2 mm than the depth is press-fitted into the groove 21a by using a flat-blade screwdriver or the like into the gap formed on the outer surface side of the vertical frame 21 in the groove 21a. Has been.

Moreover, the tip side of the overhanging piece 15 is formed in a thin shape with a thickness of about 0.1 to 0.6 mm, but there is a slight step between the surface of the base board 13. The base is conditioned by filling the stepped portion with putty P.

As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, 7 (a) to 7 (c) and FIGS. 8 (a) and 8 (b), the corner parts 33 are connected to each other so as to form an angle of approximately 90 degrees. The part main body 34 provided with the cover part 35 covering the upper surface and the front surface at the end part of the baseboard 31 and the plate-like part 36 whose tip is inserted into the cut groove 21a of the vertical frame 21, and the plate shape in the part main body 34 It is composed of a blade member 37 protruding from the back surface of the portion 36 and sandwiching the end portion of the skirting board 31 between the cover portion 35 and a rib 38 connecting the base end portion of the blade member 37 to the cover portion 35. The cover portion 35 is formed with a recess portion 35a that fits into the groove portion 32 formed on the front surface of the skirting board 31.

The blade member 37 has a leading end projecting from the cover portion 35 in the extending direction of the base board 31, and a plurality of vertical grooves 37 a are formed on the surface of the projecting portion that contacts the base board 31. Yes.

Further, the upper end edge of the blade member 37 is positioned substantially at the same height as the recess 35 a of the cover part 35, and the lower end edge of the part corresponding to the cover part 35 coincides with the lower end edge of the cover part 35. However, the lower end edge of the portion protruding from the cover portion 35 is inclined upward toward the distal end side. Further, the rib 38 connects the upper end edge of the base end portion of the blade member 37 and the recess portion 35 a of the cover portion 35.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the wall finishing material (cross) 17 constituting the inner wall 10 is stuck from the base board 13 to the corner base material 14, and the end edge on the corner base material 14 side is vertically arranged. The caulking agent C is filled in the gap portion of the cut groove 21 a formed on the outer surface side of the vertical frame 21 in a state of being inserted into the cut groove 21 a of the frame 21.

Hereinafter, the construction method of the end portion structure of the inner wall 10 will be described. First, as shown in FIG. 9 (a), after the cut groove 21a is filled with the adhesive A, as shown in FIG. 9 (b), one overhanging piece 15 of the corner base material 14 has an inner surface thereof. While being in contact with the wall surface on the wall base material 11 side in the kerf 21a, it is inserted into the kerf 21a formed on the end face of the vertical frame 21, and the inner surface side of the other overhanging piece 15 is placed on the wall base material 11 Is attached to the surface of the base board 13 constituting the substrate with double-sided tape.

Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 10 (a), a long flat packing material F formed of a synthetic resin and having a width shorter by about 2 mm than the depth of the cut groove 21a is used as a vertical frame 21 in the cut groove 21a. After press-fitting into the gap formed on the outer surface side to the back of the kerf 21a using a flat-blade screwdriver or the like, as shown in FIG. By filling a slight step between the surface of the base board 13 with the putty P, the base is conditioned. In addition, when press-fitting the packing material F into the kerf 21a, it is necessary to open a gap more than the height of the corner part 33 from the lower end of the kerf 21a.

Next, as shown in FIG. 11, in the state where adhesive A is applied to the formation surface of the vertical groove 37a in the overhanging portion of the blade member 37 of the corner part 33, the end portion of the skirting board 31 is covered with the cover portion 35 and the blade. When inserted between the members 37, as shown in FIGS. 12A and 12B, the end face of the base board 31 is positioned by contacting the rib 38, and the end face of the base board 31 is covered. Thus, the corner part 33 is bonded and fixed to the end of the skirting board 31.

After the adhesive is applied to the back surface of the skirting board 31 to which the corner part 33 is bonded and fixed to the end, the plate-like part 36 of the corner part 33 is formed in a gap formed on the outer surface side in the cut groove 21a of the vertical frame 21. When the base board 31 is inserted and nailed to the base board (gypsum board) 13 of the wall base material 11, the corner parts 33 protrude from the inner wall 10 positioned on both sides of the vertical frame 21 as shown in FIG. Fixed to the corner.

Finally, the wall finishing material (cross) 17 is pasted from the base board 13 side to the corner base material 14 side, and the edge thereof is inserted into the kerf 21a of the vertical frame 21, as shown in FIG. In addition, the end portion of the wall finishing material (cross) 17 is fixed by filling the caulking agent C into the gap portion of the cut groove 21a in which the wall finishing material (cross) 17 is inserted.

As described above, in the end portion structure of the inner wall 10, the plate-like portion 36 of the corner part 33 is cut into the kerf of the frame member 21 in a state where the end portion of the base plate 31 is bonded and fixed to the cover portion 35 of the corner part 33. Since the baseboard 31 is fixed to the base board 13 by being fitted into the base 21a, covered with the corner base material 14, and bonded and fixed to the corner part 33, the dimension adjustment and the position adjustment are performed on the end face side of the inner wall 10. There is no need to install a short skirting board, which can be done easily.

Further, the end face side of the inner wall 10 in the corner part 33 is a thin plate-like portion 36 that is fitted into the cut groove 21 a of the frame member 21 together with the protruding piece 15 of the corner base material 14. The surface of the part 33 does not protrude to the vicinity of the surface of the frame member 21 and can give a clean image as a whole, and the door D is attached to the frame member 21 via the pivot hinge PH. However, as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 4, the arm of the lower pivot hinge PH installed at substantially the same level as the corner part 33 does not contact the corner part 33, and the door D is opened 180 degrees. Can do.

Further, the corner part 33 employed in the end structure of the inner wall 10 has a base end portion of the blade member 37 that sandwiches the end portion of the skirting board 31 between the end portion of the base plate 31 and the cover portion 35 on one end side. Since the end portion of the baseboard 31 is inserted between the cover portion 35 and the blade member 37 and bonded and fixed, and the adhesive is applied to the back surface, the baseboard 31 is attached to the wall surface. If the external force is applied in the direction in which the corner part 33 itself rotates by hitting the corner part 33 with a vacuum cleaner or the like, the blade member 37 and the cover part 35 are not easily opened by the external force. Even if the plate-like portion 36 side of the corner part 33 cannot be sufficiently fixed to the end face of the inner wall 10 by simply fitting the plate-like portion 36 of the corner part 33 into the cut groove 21a of the frame member 21, the corner Over tool 33 across the can be reliably fixed to a corner portion of the end surface of the inner wall 10 only its cover part 35 side.

In particular, the corner part 33 has a plurality of vertical grooves 37a formed on the surface of the blade member 37 that contacts the skirting board 31, so that the adhesive A is applied to a portion where the vertical grooves 37a are formed. When the end of the skirting board 31 is inserted between the cover part 35 and the blade member 37 and attached, the anchoring effect of the blade member 37 in which a plurality of vertical grooves 37a are formed causes the blade member 37 to adhere to the skirting board 31. Power is improved. Accordingly, when the skirting board 31 on which the corner part 33 is mounted is nailed to the wall surface, even if an external force is applied to the end of the corner part 33 by hitting the corner part 33 with a vacuum cleaner or the like, the corner part 33 is caused by the external force. 33 does not come off the skirting board 31, and sufficient fixing performance can be ensured.

Further, in this corner part 33, the blade member 37 projects from the cover portion 35 in the extending direction of the skirting board 31, and a plurality of vertical grooves 37 a are formed in the projecting portion. It is easy to apply an adhesive, the workability of attaching the skirting board 31 is good, and the length of the cover portion 35 can be shortened, so that a compact impression can be given.

Moreover, the corner part 33 which is a resin molded product is formed with a recess 35 a that fits into the groove 32 formed on the front surface of the skirting board 31 on the front surface of the cover portion 35 constituting the part main body 34. Since the rib 38 is connected to the hollow portion 35a, even if the connecting portion of the rib 38 is whitened due to the deformation of the rib 38, the rib 38 is not noticeable and does not impair the appearance.

In the above-described embodiment, the case where the upper end edge of the blade member 37 is located at substantially the same height as the recessed portion 35a of the cover portion 35 is described. However, the present invention is not limited to this. As shown in FIG. 13A, a configuration in which the blade member 37 is set to the same height as the cover portion 35 and the blade member 37 is connected to the upper surface plate of the cover portion 35 may be employed. In that case, as shown in FIG. 4B, the upper surface plate of the cover portion 35 plays the role of a rib, so that the rib can be omitted, as shown in FIG. It is also possible to connect the lower end edge of the blade member 37 to the back surface of the cover portion 35.

In the above-described embodiment, the case where the frame member 21 is the vertical frame of the door frame has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and a frameless frame, an opening frame, a window frame, a sliding door frame, and the like are attached. Needless to say, the present invention can also be applied to the end structure of the inner wall.

In the above-described embodiment, the corner parts for the baseboard have been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the same configuration can be adopted for the corner parts for the surrounding edges.

The end structure and corner parts of the inner wall of the present invention are used when attaching a frame material such as an invisible frame, an opening frame, a door frame, a window frame, and a sliding door frame that is narrower than the wall thickness of the inner wall to the end surface of the inner wall. can do.
