Description
The present invention relates to an imaging control apparatus, an imaging method, a control method, an X-ray imaging system, a computer program, and a recording medium.
In recent years, X-ray imaging apparatuses for medical diagnosis have been widely used in recent years as a technique for digitally detecting and generating X-ray images, instead of X-ray photography in which an intensifying screen and a film are combined with an X-ray detection unit. . One typical method is an X-ray image acquisition method using a flat panel sensor as a detection device. This method includes a method using a solid-state imaging device having sensitivity to X-rays and a method using a combination of a phosphor that converts X-ray energy into visible light and a photoelectric conversion device having sensitivity to visible light. is there.
The former is converted into an electrical signal corresponding to the intensity of the X-ray detected by the solid-state imaging device and output. In the latter case, fluorescent light having an intensity corresponding to the energy of X-rays is generated by the phosphor, and the photoelectric conversion element converts it into an electric signal corresponding to the intensity and outputs it. The analog signals output from these photoelectric conversion elements are digitized by A / D conversion and captured.
Such a digital X-ray imaging apparatus includes an inspection module including a detection device that detects an electric quantity corresponding to an X-ray transmission dose and converts it into a digital quantity, and a control apparatus that controls the inspection module and the X-ray generator. Composed. The radiologist inputs patient information, sets various parameters according to the imaging region, positions the subject, and then X-rays are emitted and an X-ray image is generated by the examination module.
The various parameters mentioned here include imaging conditions such as tube current, tube voltage, X-ray irradiation time, aperture size, and image processing parameters to be applied to the acquired image. Are set all at once. The generated X-ray image is taken into the control device, subjected to various correction processes and image processes, and an X-ray digital image for diagnosis by a doctor is generated. The digital image can be output from the printer as needed. The digital image is sent to the storage and then displayed on the monitor for diagnosis.
Recently, radiologists are no longer manually inputting patient information and imaging region information into the X-ray imaging system. Patient information and an imaging region are input to a digital X-ray imaging apparatus via a network terminal built in a hospital. Examples of the network include a hospital information system (referred to as “HIS”) and a radiology information system (referred to as “RIS”).
As described in Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2, the radiographer adjusts in advance various parameters corresponding to an imaging protocol (hereinafter abbreviated as a protocol) indicating the type of imaging ordered from HIS or RIS. deep. Then, the preset is registered in the digital X-ray imaging apparatus as an imaging part. In addition, the protocol ordered from the HIS or RIS is associated with the imaging region. By doing so, when a protocol is sent from the HIS or RIS, the corresponding imaging region is easily selected, and various parameters preset in the imaging region are set, so that desired imaging can be performed.
However, the protocols ordered from HIS and RIS differ depending on the facility. In general, there are 100 or more combinations of parts, directions, and postures. Furthermore, these combinations often include 200 or more, since a combination of photographing methods and subcategories such as children are added. It is necessary to preset various parameters in the digital X-ray imaging apparatus for these protocols. In practice, however, not all protocols are shot at the same frequency, and some protocols are rarely used.
For this reason, in general, various parameter presets are created as imaging regions only for the main protocols and associated with each other. However, when a protocol that has not been associated is ordered from HIS or RIS, there is a problem that photographing of the protocol cannot be performed.
In addition, when taking correspondence between a protocol and an imaging region, it is necessary to make a note of the protocol ID that is not associated, to end the imaging operation, and to interrupt the imaging flow. After that, since the radiography part editing screen for service is called after the radiographing is finished and the protocol ID is associated with the radiographic part, the associating operation is complicated and manual setting, so that an erroneous setting is made. There was also a problem that there was a possibility of. Furthermore, there is a problem that it is not clear which imaging part should be selected only by the displayed protocol ID.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to make it possible to easily set an imaging part without interrupting an imaging flow for a protocol not associated with the imaging part.
In order to solve the above-described problem, the imaging control apparatus includes: a receiving unit that receives a first type of identification information corresponding to an imaging order from the information system ; the first type of identification information; First identification means for identifying one second type of identification information corresponding to the one first type of identification information received based on information indicating a correspondence relationship with the type of identification information; A second type of identification information corresponding to one imaging part selected from a plurality of imaging parts by an operation input from the operation unit is specified as a second type of identification information corresponding to the first type of identification information. The identification means is specified by one of the first identification means and the second identification means for imaging corresponding to the imaging order corresponding to the first type of identification information received from the information system. Second Associated with the imaging region corresponding to the identification information of the kind, shooting condition obtaining means for obtaining at least one of the conditions of the image processing condition and the output condition, control the execution of the photographing processing based on the obtained condition And a control means.
In the first aspect of the present invention, when the imaging information and the imaging region are not associated with each other, the imaging information is displayed together with the indefinite protocol ID, so that the corresponding imaging region can be accurately selected. .
In the second aspect of the present invention, when the imaging information and the imaging region are not associated with each other, a display indicating that the imaging region is indeterminate is performed, and an unset portion of the display area is set so that the imaging flow is Accurate association can be performed with an easy operation without interruption.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
<Embodiment 1>
FIG. 1 is a block diagram illustrating an X-ray imaging system according to the first embodiment.
The
The
The
The
The
X-rays incident on the
The AEC apparatus is disposed between the grid and the
The
The image and patient / image
The
Here, the data of the imaging region consists of two types of databases. That is, one is a first database corresponding to the
The imaging management means includes an imaging
The imaging
The indeterminate

FIG. 5 is a diagram showing an example of protocol contents transferred from the RIS. Normally, the chief engineer and the engineer of the RIS manufacturer discuss and determine this table. The protocol ID and the protocol name are associated with each other, for example, “1002000120” in the case of chest PA (dorsal-abdominal irradiation). In addition to this, the voltage, current, time, and distance of irradiation are described as parameters in this table.
FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating an example of a protocol ID. The protocol ID described here is indicated by a 9-digit code. Each code is divided as shown in the figure, and is composed of an examination part code, a posture code, and an irradiation direction code, respectively. Each code has a definition file as shown in the table.
FIG. 7 is a diagram illustrating an example of the imaging region conversion table 87 in FIG. なお、KUBとは、Kidney(腎臓)、Ureter(尿管)、bladder(膀胱)の略であり、腹部撮影に分類される撮影方法である。 FIG. 9 is a diagram illustrating an example of an imaging order according to the first embodiment. This order is composed of patient information and imaging information. The shooting information includes a protocol ID and a protocol name for each shooting. In this case, it is shown that the chest PA, chest RL (left image), and KUBA-P are captured. KUB is an abbreviation for Kidney (kidney), Ureter (ureter), and bladder (bladder), and is an imaging method classified as abdominal imaging.

Next, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to FIGS.
An operator, a radiographer or doctor, determines patient information on the terminal of the hospital information system (HIS) or the radiation information system (RIS) 120.
When the operator selects a patient to be imaged from the
Next, the protocol code-to-imaging region
On the other hand, the imaging part code for the
The operator confirms the patient information in the imaging
Next, in step S102, it is checked whether or not all protocol IDs can be converted into imaging part codes.
If conversion is possible, in step S107, the imaging
On the other hand, if conversion is not possible, in step S103, the imaging
In step S <b> 104, the imaging
Next, in S106, the operator presses the imaging region button from the
First, the operator switches the tab of the
Again, the process returns to step S102, and it is determined whether or not all protocol IDs can be converted into imaging part codes.
If all the protocol IDs can be converted into imaging part codes, the imaging
When an imaging region is selected by the imaging
Next, as shown in FIG. 1, the
On the other hand, the image
The various parameters that have been set are transferred to the
Next, the operator presses an X-ray exposure button installed in the vicinity of the
The exposure signal generated by pressing the exposure button is once supplied to the image
The X-ray
On the other hand, after receiving irradiation as described above, X-rays from the
The captured image is associated with the generated patient object and image object by the image and patient / image
As shown in FIG. 4, the created image is displayed as a captured image in the
When the confirmation of the image is completed, the operator presses the “next shooting”
When all shooting is completed and the confirmation of the image is completed, the operator presses the shooting
When the image processing parameter is adjusted, a new imaging region name may be input and a new imaging region code may be issued and added to the table as a new imaging region. When the rewriting of the imaging region conversion table 87 is completed, the KUB front button association information corresponding to the protocol ID 100800110 (KUB AP (standing position)) in the temporary imaging region table 92 is deleted.
In the example described in the first embodiment, when the examination start button is pressed, the indefinite protocol ID and the imaging region are associated with each other. However, the association may be performed when the button of the shooting
FIG. 11 shows an example of an operation flowchart for associating an indefinite protocol ID with an imaging region when a button in the imaging
In step S200, the operator presses a button in the shooting
In step S201, the
In step S202, if not assigned, the imaging
In step S203, the imaging
In step S204, the operator presses the imaging region button to take a correspondence between the protocol ID and the imaging region code. Thereby, the correspondence between the indefinite protocol ID and the imaging part is completed, and the system is shifted to the Ready state in S205.
Here, when there are a general user and an administrator user as login users, writing to the imaging region conversion table 87 at the end of imaging is prohibited for the general user, and writing is permitted for the administrator user. Good. That is, with the user authority to perform imaging, the general user temporarily stores the correspondence information between the newly associated imaging region and the imaging condition ID, and then discards it. In the case of an administrator user, the correspondence information is stored even when the power is turned off, and then reflected in the imaging part conversion table 87, thereby improving the system integrity.
As described above, even when an indefinite protocol ID is received, imaging can be performed with parameters of a desired imaging region without interrupting the normal imaging flow. Further, the association can be stored not only as an existing imaging part but also as a new imaging part.
In the above-described method, an indefinite protocol ID is displayed on the button in the imaging
12 and 13 show an example in which related information such as a protocol name is displayed in addition to an indefinite protocol ID on the screen for selecting a patient in FIG. 2 and the screen for selecting an imaging region in FIG. As a result, the operator can more easily find a desired imaging region from the imaging region menu.
Also, as shown in FIG. 6, when the protocol ID is composed of codes having meanings such as the examination site, posture, irradiation direction, etc., the protocol ID code is analyzed and defined even if related information such as the protocol name is not transmitted. By browsing the file, you can display its contents. Here, the definition file of the examination part code, the posture code, and the irradiation direction code may be written in the medium from the RIS terminal, and the medium may be read by the
As described above, when the definition file is obtained, the classification of the part is known. Therefore, the tab of the
