Description
Claims (16)
- 流体レギュレータバイパス弁の流体流量特性を制御する装置であって、
バイパス弁の通路に挿入される寸法の本体を有する挿入部を備え、前記本体は、前記本体のボアを前記本体の外面と流体結合するための開口を含み、前記開口は、前記開口に対して回転して、前記開口および前記バイパス弁を通る流体流量を変化させる、前記バイパス弁のリストリクタの少なくとも一部に対応して所定の流量特性を生成するように成形され、
前記リストリクタの表面にはねじが位置して、前記バイパス弁の本体に形成されたねじ切りに係合し、
前記挿入部は更に、前記バイパス弁のリッジに係合する1以上の溝部、又は前記挿入部を前記バイパス弁内に保持するために前記バイパス弁の凹所に係合するクリップを備える、装置。 - 前記本体の前記ボアは、前記リストリクタを受容し、該リストリクタはバイパス弁に螺合する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記本体は、細長い本体を備え、そこを通って前記開口が形成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記本体は、カラーを有する細長い本体を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記細長い本体は、前記開口に実質的に垂直な前記ボアの第2の開口を形成する、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記クリップは、前記開口と実質的に対向して位置する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記クリップは、スナップ嵌合するクリップである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ボアは、シールを受容する少なくとも1つの溝部を画定する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ボアは、前記リストリクタに係合する座を確定する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記所定の流量特性は、線形流量特性、等比百分率流量特性、または修正された流量特性のうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記挿入部は、前記バイパス弁の前記通路に一体に結合する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記挿入部は、プラスチック材料または金属材料のうちの少なくとも1つからなる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 流体レギュレータバイパス弁の流体流量特性を制御する装置であって、
挿入部のボアを前記挿入部の外面に流体結合して所定の流量特性を生成する手段であって、前記バイパス弁のリッジに係合する1以上の溝部、又は前記挿入部を前記バイパス弁内に保持するために前記バイパス弁の凹所に係合するクリップを含む前記挿入部を前記バイパス弁内に保持する手段を備える所定の流量特性を生成する手段と、
前記挿入部の前記ボアを前記挿入部の前記外面に流体結合する前記手段を通して流体流量を変化させる手段であって、該手段は前記リストリクタの表面に位置して、前記バイパス弁の本体に形成されたねじ切りに係合するねじを含む装置。 - 前記挿入部の前記ボアを前記挿入部の前記外面に流体結合する前記手段を通して前記流体流量を変化させる前記手段は、前記挿入部の前記ボアを前記挿入部の前記外面に流体結合する前記手段に隣接する、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記挿入部は、前記挿入部の前記ボアを前記挿入部の前記外面に流体結合する前記手段を通して前記流体流量を変化させる前記手段に実質的に同軸である、請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記挿入部は、前記挿入部の前記ボアを前記挿入部の前記外面と流体結合する前記手段を通して前記流体流量を変化させる前記手段に実質的に垂直である、請求項13に記載の装置。
