Description
The present invention relates to a reciprocal postcard and a method for manufacturing the same. Specifically, the present invention is capable of transmitting a large amount of information because a plurality of leaf pieces are folded or stacked and bonded in a peelable manner even though the appearance is a normal reciprocating postcard. The present invention relates to a reciprocal postcard and a manufacturing method thereof.
Termed recently crimping postcard, despite the seemingly single postcard, a plurality of leaflets are folded Ri folded or cut overlaid by releasably adhered (hereinafter, referred to as pseudo-adhesive) those that are frequently used Yes. The above-mentioned crimped postcard is designed in such a range that the size, the amount of paper used, etc. are compatible with the postal law, and it is an excellent one that can send a large amount of information in a concealed state while having the same postcard fee. .
In the above-mentioned crimped postcard, there is a round-trip postcard as means for sending more information within a prescribed range of the Postal Law at a lower postage. Meanwhile reciprocating postcard, for example defined range in postal conventional methods for postcard with respect to the weight the place is 2 to 6 g, widens double the 4~12g each stage. Accordingly, the selection range of the type of paper to be used and the amount of paper to be used is expanded , and various applications can be provided in terms of design. Furthermore, in the above-mentioned round-trip postcard, it is possible to write information on two sheets of outgoing postcards and reply postcards, and it is possible to attach a leaf piece on the outgoing postcard side to make a crimped postcard, further increasing the amount of information transmission to, but when further Oshin is because there is also a privilege that can be mailed in the usual postcard fee, is to provide us with very significant benefits for the user.
As a reciprocal postcard in which a leaf piece is affixed to a forward postcard for the above reasons, for example, a reciprocal postcard described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-240467 folds three leaf pieces connected via a fold line into a spiral shape. It is conceivable that two leaf pieces of the three leaf pieces are pseudo-bonded in a peeled (rolled) form so as to be peeled off. In addition, a Z-fold form in which the cross-section is folded into a Z-shape is also conceivable as another form of the folding. However, in any form, the reply postcard is composed of one leaf piece, and the remaining two leaf pieces are pseudo-bonded so as to be peeled to form a forward postcard.
By the way, the reciprocal postcard of the above-mentioned form is printed on the surface of the leaf piece corresponding to the forward mail postcard in a state where it is unfolded on the plane before folding , and then the addressee's address and other variable information is printed , and then folded into each form. Although of being be finished, in each embodiment described above, each leaf side of the side to be printed address such as a variable information, than would be exposed all after completion of the round-trip postcard, mask surface of Oshin postcard (folded In order to print personal variable information on the inner surface (which is pseudo-adhered), it is necessary to print on both sides of the reciprocating postcard paper. However, in order to execute double-sided printing, it is necessary to perform printing twice with one printer device or to prepare two printer devices. Therefore, it takes extra effort and time, and the cost increases. Furthermore, when variable information is launched in different processes, there is a great risk that other people's information will be printed in error.
Therefore, in order to describe variable information on the pseudo-adhesive surface of the outgoing postcard with single-sided printing, the forms of the reciprocating postcards described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open Nos. 5-185770 and 2001-88472 are conceivable. Is disclosed. This is a form corresponding to single-sided printing by increasing the number of pseudo-adhesive surfaces with three leaf pieces on the side of the outgoing postcard side.
In However reciprocating postcard of the form, for the form of folding to the number of leaf pieces increased is complicated, therefore the example increasing labor processing, there is a further peelable surface and unpeelable surface, adhesion means different functions Must be taken on any side of the paper, which also adds complexity.
The present inventors have observed paragon of the above problems, by simply printing on one surface, can be printed on both sides of the pseudo-adhesive surface recipient's address face and personal information is described in Oshin postcard, moreover leaflets both folding because the number is small is easy, there is provided a present invention of the reciprocating postcard and a manufacturing method thereof forming pseudo bonding medium is simple to pseudo adhesion scheduled surface. By implementing the present invention, even an amateur can easily produce a large number of reciprocating postcards in a short time.

A method for producing a reciprocating postcard according to a different aspect of the invention according to
In the manufacturing method, the cutting step for cutting off the marginal portion may be arranged and cut off at an arbitrary position in each step step by step, or a plurality of marginal portions may be cut off at one location. For example, the first excision step may be eliminated and all marginal portions may be cut off in the second excision step. In addition, the marginal parts on both outer sides of the unit sheet may be cut off during each process or between processes, but if it is cut off in advance before placing it in the form of a block in the uppermost stream, the subsequent cutting process can be omitted. It is.
Further, the cutting process for cutting off the marginal part, the cutting process for cutting each unit sheet individually, and the pseudo bonding process may be interchanged. For example, after folding the folded long sheet, the marginal part may be cut out or cut for each unit sheet, or after the marginal part is cut off, a pseudo bonding process is performed, and then for each unit sheet. You can cut it.
There is no particular limitation on the material and the amount of the long sheet used in the present invention. It can be selected from high-quality paper, matte paper, glossy paper, synthetic paper, and the like, and the amount of cocoon can be suitably used in the range of 70 to 135 kg in terms of 46-size.
Effects expected in the present invention may not be different from the film to achieve the pseudo-adhesive laminate was laminated as described in
As the pseudo adhesive film sheet, it can be suitably used to "postcard film thermal" manufactured Keidikei Corporation. When this is coated and laminated on the surface to be pseudo-bonded on the paper, it is folded so that the pseudo-adhesive layers are opposed to each other and subjected to a heating / pressurizing process, so that the pseudo-adhesive layers are detachably bonded. And after peeling, it can expand | deploy to the plane state before folding.
According to the reciprocating postcard according to the present invention, it is possible to print on both sides of the address of the recipient in the outgoing postcard and the pseudo-adhesive surface on which the personal information is written, and only the number of leaf pieces is printed. Since there are few, it is easy to fold, and formation of the pseudo-adhesive medium on the pseudo-adhesive planned surface is also simple. Conventionally, when the conventional folding forms using 3-lobed was not possible to print the one-side printing personal information to be concealed and the recipient's address, etc., in the present invention, the recipient's address in the one-side printing or the like And personal information can be printed. In addition, because it uses a pseudo-adhesive film sheet that is extremely convenient to handle, the pages made up of each leaf piece will not be separated even after peeling and opening, making it easy to check the contents, easy to understand, and easy to store and file later. There is no accident such as loss.
Moreover, according to the method for producing a reciprocating postcard according to the present invention, a reciprocating postcard having the above-described characteristics can be produced effectively.

[Example 4:
In this embodiment, the reciprocating postcard shown in FIG. 2 is manufactured using the long sheet S2 shown in FIG. As in the third embodiment, the
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiments.
For example, the marginal portions partial resection process by slitter be stepwise resection dispersed anywhere, or may be cut at once in one place.
In addition, the arrangement of the cutting process by the slitter, the cutting process by the cutting apparatus composed of a combination of the die cut roll and the backup roller, and the pseudo bonding process may be arbitrarily changed.
Further, in the pseudo bonding process, heating and pressing may be performed simultaneously using a heat roller.
Furthermore, the pseudo-adhesion means may be changed to only pressure. Then, the heating device can be omitted, the structure of the system can be simplified, and the entire space becomes compact.
