Claims (2)
- 鋳型の内部空間を通過して前記鋳型を貫通する複数の冷却水供給用配管を設置した鋳型を用いて行う鋳造における冷却方法であって、
鋳型に溶融した金属を鋳入するステップと、前記溶融した金属を冷却するために前記複数の冷却水供給用配管に冷却水を流すステップからなり、
前記複数の冷却水供給用配管に冷却水を流すステップは、湯口から遠い冷却水供給用配管から冷却水を流し始め、前記湯口から遠い冷却水供給用配管付近の凝固の進行状況を確認しつつ、湯口に近い冷却水供給用配管に冷却水を流すことを特徴とする鋳造における冷却方法。 - 前記冷却水供給用配管に流す冷却水の流量は、10L/分以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鋳造における冷却方法。
