Description
Claims (7)
- 手動操作を必要とすることなく自動的に担体粒子と液体との分散物であるスラリーから担体ベッドをカラム(3)内に、カラム(3)と液体送達系(14)と上記スラリーを収容したスラリータンク(13)とに接続された制御ユニット(15)を用いてパックするための方法であって、上記制御ユニット(15)の制御下に全て自動的に実行される以下のステップa)〜f):
a)カラム(3)に一定の体積のスラリーを充填するステップ、
b)所定の目標ベッド高さ又は所定の目標ベッド圧縮度までスラリーから担体ベッドをパックするステップ、
c)充填ベッドの分離効率を試験するステップ、
d)試験結果が許容できない場合に、充填ベッドの流れをコンディショニングしてc)に戻るか又は自動的にベッドをアンパッキングするステップ、
e)試験結果に基づいてカラムに充填すべきスラリーの新しい体積を計算するステップ、及び
f)a)から繰り返すステップと
を含む方法。 - さらに、カラムにスラリーを充填する前にカラムを自動的にプライミング及び/又は消毒するステップを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- さらに、ユーザーが入力したデータ及び/又はインラインで測定されたデータを考慮してカラム内に充填すべきスラリーの体積を自動的に計算するステップを含む、請求項1又は請求項2記載の方法。
- さらに、カラムにスラリーを充填した後、パッキングを開始する前にホースを自動的に濯ぐステップを含む、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 試験がパルス試験、遷移試験、圧力/流試験、安定性試験及び/又はボイド測定であることができる、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- さらに、ステップd)の試験結果が許容できる場合、充填カラムを自動的に消毒するか及び/又は充填カラムを保存溶液中に提供するステップを含む、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- カラム、液体送達系及びスラリータンクに接続された制御ユニットであって、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項記載の自動化パッキングプロセスを制御するための手段を含む制御ユニット。
