Claims (17)
- 上部枠線部材と下部枠線部材の間の空間に一定間隔を置いて規則的に配置された本体回旋部と、
前記本体回旋部の両端部に形成されて上/下部枠線部材の配置範囲内にセッティングされた上/下部末端回旋部と、
前記上/下部末端回旋部のうち二つまたは少なくともいずれか一つに延長されて前記上部枠線部材または前記下部枠線部材に露出される上/下部露出回旋端部と、
前記上/下部末端回旋部のうち二つまたは少なくともいずれか一つに形成されてコイルスプリングの圧縮過程において、前記上/下部露出回旋端部の上/下部露出開始回旋に昇降空間を提供する拡径部、及び、前記本体回旋部または前記上部露出回旋端部または前記下部露出回旋端部の少なくともいずれか一つに形成されて圧縮荷重を吸収・緩衝する剛性支持端とを含む接触騒音遮断手段を有し、
前記コイルスプリングの圧縮過程において、
前記上/下部露出開始回旋に昇降空間を提供する拡径部によって、前記上/下部露出回旋端部が昇降する際に前記上/下部末端回旋部と、
前記上/下部露出開始回旋の摩擦騒音を防止することはもちろん、前記コイルスプリングに圧縮荷重が加えられる場合、
前記上/下部露出回旋端部に形成された多数の回旋部が前記拡径部を経由して前記剛性支持端の側壁に沿って昇降することで、弾性力が増大することを特徴とする接触騒音遮断手段を有するベッドマットレス用高弾性コイルスプリング。 - 前記上部末端回旋部と、前記下部末端回旋部の少なくともいずれか一つがラウンドコイルスプリング形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接触騒音遮断手段を有するベッドマットレス用高弾性コイルスプリング。
- 前記上部末端回旋部と、前記下部末端回旋部の少なくともいずれか一つがオフセットコイルスプリング形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接触騒音遮断手段を有するベッドマットレス用高弾性コイルスプリング。
- 前記上部末端回旋部と、前記下部末端回旋部の少なくともいずれか一つがラウンドオフセットコイルスプリング形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接触騒音遮断手段を有するベッドマットレス用高弾性コイルスプリング。
- 前記上部末端回旋部と、前記下部末端回旋部の少なくともいずれか一つに回旋部の内径が拡大される一つまたは二つの凸部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接触騒音遮断手段を有するベッドマットレス用高弾性コイルスプリング。
- 前記拡径部は、
前記本体回旋部に前記剛性支持端を構成する場合、前記上/下部露出開始回旋の外径に比べて前記上/下部末端回旋部の内径を大きく形成して構成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接触騒音遮断手段を有するベッドマットレス用高弾性コイルスプリング。 - 前記拡径部は、
前記上/下部露出回旋端部に前記剛性支持端を構成する場合、前記本体回旋部の外径に比べて前記上/下部末端回旋部の内径を大きく形成して構成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接触騒音遮断手段を有するベッドマットレス用高弾性コイルスプリング。 - 前記拡径部は、
ラウンドスプリング形状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接触騒音遮断手段を有するベッドマットレス用高弾性コイルスプリング。 - 前記拡径部は、
前記上/下部末端回旋部の形状と対応する形状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接触騒音遮断手段を有するベッドマットレス用高弾性コイルスプリング。 - 前記下部末端回旋部のコイルの末端に回旋部と結合されずにオープンされる線形の自由端部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接触騒音遮断手段を有するベッドマットレス用高弾性コイルスプリング。
- 前記上部露出回旋端部と、前記下部露出回旋端部のコイルの末端の少なくともいずれか一つに回旋部と結合されずにオープンされる線形の自由端部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接触騒音遮断手段を有するベッドマットレス用高弾性コイルスプリング。
- 前記下部末端回旋部のコイルの末端に回旋部と結合するように噛み合う手錠部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接触騒音遮断手段を有するベッドマットレス用高弾性コイルスプリング。
- 前記上/下部露出回旋端部の回旋数は3乃至6回であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接触騒音遮断手段を有するベッドマットレス用高弾性コイルスプリング。
- 前記上/下部露出回旋端部′の回旋部がラウンド形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接触騒音遮断手段を有するベッドマットレス用高弾性コイルスプリング。
- 前記上/下部露出回旋端部に回旋部の内径が拡大される一つまたは二つの凸部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接触騒音遮断手段を有するベッドマットレス用高弾性コイルスプリング。
- 前記剛性支持端は、
前記上/下部末端回旋部を基準に垂直に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接触騒音遮断手段を有するベッドマットレス用高弾性コイルスプリング。 - 前記剛性支持端は、
