Description
The present invention relates to a vehicle seat and a seat backboard.
Vehicle seats are required to be lighter and thinner. The following Patent Document 1 discloses a technique using a net-like resin spring body made of a resin material from the viewpoint of reducing the weight of a vehicle seat. This resin spring body is formed by fusing together a plurality of continuous linear bodies made of thermoplastic elastomer resin and having a wire diameter of 0.2 to 1.5 mm at tangling points to form a net. According to the resin spring body of this configuration, when deformed with a large stress, a large number of continuous linear bodies cooperate with each other to absorb the stress while being deformed. Further, it is considered that the seat back can be made thinner by using the resin spring body than the vehicle seat using the seat back spring.
However, in the case of the above prior art, it is conceivable that the spring constant of the resin spring body is lowered because the bending elastic modulus of the resin spring body is reduced and the resin material is stretched under a high temperature environment. In this case, the sitting comfort of the vehicle seat (supporting ability of the seated occupant) is lowered, and thus the prior art has room for improvement in this respect.
An object of the present invention is to obtain a vehicle seat and a seat backboard that can provide good sitting comfort even in a high temperature environment in consideration of the above facts.
According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a vehicle seat according to the first aspect of the present invention, wherein the spring is made of a resin that is arranged along the seat width direction and bends in the load acting direction when a load is applied to the seat rear side. A resin-made backboard part disposed separately on the seat rear side of the part, and disposed between the spring part and the backboard part and at a position separated from the spring part on the seat rear side, Furthermore, it has the auxiliary | assistant spring part which compensates for the fall of the spring constant of the said spring part in a high temperature environment.
A vehicle seat according to a second aspect of the present invention is the vehicle seat according to the first aspect, wherein the auxiliary spring portion is provided on a front surface of the backboard portion.
A vehicle seat according to a third aspect of the present invention is the vehicle seat according to the first or second aspect, wherein the auxiliary spring portion is shaped to extend toward the front side of the seat by being deformed in the high temperature environment. It is said that.
A vehicle seat according to a fourth aspect of the present invention is the vehicle seat according to any one of the first to third aspects, wherein the spring portion includes a pair of left and right bent portions in the seat width direction. The auxiliary spring portion is disposed so as to face a portion between the pair of left and right bent portions, and the front end portion on the spring portion side covers at least a part of the auxiliary spring portion in a front view. Department.
The vehicle seat according to a fifth aspect of the present invention is the vehicle seat according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, wherein the spring portion and the backboard portion are integrally or integrally formed. ing.
A seat backboard according to a sixth aspect of the present invention is a resin-made spring portion which is arranged along the seat width direction and which is bent in the load acting direction when a load is applied to the seat rear side, and the spring A resin-made backboard part disposed separately on the seat rear side of the part, and disposed between the spring part and the backboard part and at a position separated from the spring part on the seat rear side, Furthermore, it has the auxiliary | assistant spring part which compensates for the fall of the spring constant of the said spring part in a high temperature environment.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the resin spring portion does not stretch or the bending elastic modulus of the resin spring portion does not decrease under a normal temperature environment. For this reason, when the occupant sits on the vehicle seat and a load to the rear side of the seat acts on the resin spring portion, the spring portion bends in the load acting direction. Thereby, the seated occupant can obtain a good sitting comfort.
On the other hand, in a high temperature environment, the spring constant may decrease due to a decrease in the bending elastic modulus of the resin spring portion or the elongation of the spring portion. Here, in this invention, the auxiliary | assistant spring part is provided between the spring part and the backboard part, and the said auxiliary | assistant spring part is arrange | positioned in the position spaced apart on the seat back side. For this reason, under such a high temperature environment, the auxiliary spring portion is displaced forward of the seat, the distance between the back surface of the seated occupant and the auxiliary spring portion is shortened, and the decrease in the spring constant of the spring portion is compensated. As a result, even if the spring constant of the spring portion decreases under a high temperature environment, the occupant is supported early by the auxiliary spring portion.
According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the auxiliary spring portion is provided on the front surface of the backboard portion, the auxiliary spring portion can be easily set.
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the auxiliary spring portion is deformed to the front side of the seat by being deformed in a high temperature environment, and therefore is deformed to the front side of the seat in a high temperature environment using a plurality of components. The number of parts is reduced as compared with the case of the configuration.
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the spring portion is bent toward the rear side of the seat by the elastic deformation of the pair of bending portions. Here, in this invention, it arrange | positions so that the auxiliary | assistant spring part may oppose the site | part between a pair of left and right bending parts. Furthermore, the flat part which covers at least one part of an auxiliary spring part by front view is provided in the front-end | tip part by the side of the spring part in an auxiliary spring part. For this reason, in the range where the flat part is arrange | positioned, it is reduced that the unevenness | corrugation which the shape of an auxiliary | assistant spring part transmits to the back surface of a seated passenger | crew via a spring part is reduced.
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, since the spring portion and the backboard portion are integrally or integrally formed, the weight is lighter and the number of assembling steps can be reduced as compared with the case where both are present independently. Reduced.
According to the sixth aspect of the present invention, the seat backboard includes a resin spring portion, a resin backboard portion, and between the spring portion and the backboard portion and to the rear of the seat with respect to the spring portion. The seat backboard according to claim 1 is provided with an auxiliary spring portion that is disposed at a position spaced apart to the side and further supplements a decrease in the spring constant of the spring portion in a high temperature environment. .
As described above, the seat backboard according to the first aspect of the present invention has an excellent effect that good sitting comfort can be obtained even in a high temperature environment.
The vehicle seat according to the second aspect of the present invention has an excellent effect of facilitating the design of the auxiliary spring portion.
The vehicle seat according to the third aspect of the present invention has an excellent effect that the structure of the auxiliary spring portion can be simplified and the cost can be reduced.
The vehicle seat according to the fourth aspect of the present invention has an excellent effect that a feeling of foreign matter due to the auxiliary spring portion can be reduced.
The vehicle seat according to the present invention according to claim 5 has an excellent effect that weight reduction and cost reduction can be achieved.
The seat backboard according to the sixth aspect of the present invention has an excellent effect that a good sitting comfort can be obtained even in a high temperature environment.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a seat back according to the present invention and a vehicle seat using the same will be described with reference to FIGS. In these drawings, an arrow FR appropriately shown indicates the vehicle front side, an arrow UP indicates the vehicle upper side, and an arrow IN indicates the vehicle width direction inner side.
<Overall configuration>
FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a seat back corresponding to the backrest of the vehicle seat according to the present embodiment. In FIG. 1, the angle at which each component is viewed is slightly changed. FIG. 4 shows a longitudinal sectional view of a vehicle seat provided with the seat back. As shown in these drawings, a
As shown in FIG. 1, the
<Configuration of the
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the
Next, the sectional structure of the left and right side frames 26 will be described. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the
<Configuration of seat back
Next, the structure of the seat back
The
The
The lower
The flat cross-sectional shape of the lower back spring
As shown in FIG. 3, the above-described
The lower
Both
The lower
The upper back spring portion 46 is basically configured in the same manner as the lower
In the present embodiment, as described above, the
Further, in the present embodiment, the upper back spring portion 46 is configured in one step (one), but is not limited thereto, and may be configured in a plurality of steps (a plurality), and extends from the upper portion to the lower portion of the
The lower back spring
<Configuration of the seat back
As shown in FIG. 1, the seat back
As shown in FIG. 4, the vertical cross-sectional shape of the pad center
Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the cross-sectional shape of the
Returning to FIG. 4, the seat back
Further, a lateral slit 70 as a through groove for hanging the cover is formed between the pad center

As shown in FIG. 1, the vertical mounting

<Configuration of
Here, the configuration of the
Further, the

(Operation and effect of this embodiment)
Next, the operation and effect of this embodiment will be described.
The
The seat back 12 assembled as described above is a
Thus, when a load is input from the occupant to the
Here, in the present embodiment, under the normal temperature environment, the lower
On the other hand, under a high temperature environment, the bending elastic modulus of the lower back spring
Moreover, in this embodiment, since the
Further, in the present embodiment, the
In the present embodiment, the lower back spring
Furthermore, in the present embodiment, the lower back spring
[Supplementary explanation of the above embodiment]
In the embodiment described above, the resin back
Further, the
Further, in the above-described
