Claims (5)
- 送信信号を受信信号と混合するための混合器(20)を有する送信および受信部(10)と、直流電圧結合素子(22)によって前記混合器(20)の出力口と接続された評価回路(12)と、前記混合器(20)の出力信号における直流電圧オフセットを補正するための補正素子(24、30)と、を備える車両のためのレーダセンサにおいて、
前記補正素子は、粗補正素子(30)と、前記評価回路(12)内の精密補正素子(24)と、に分散され、
前記粗補正素子(30)は、前記送信および受信部(10)内に配置され、前記送信および受信部(10)において前記直流電圧オフセットの時間的に一定の成分を既に補正し、
前記精密補正素子(24)は、前記直流電圧オフセットの時間的に可変的な成分を補正することを特徴とする、レーダセンサ。 - 前記送信および受信部(10)は、MMICである、請求項1に記載のレーダセンサ。
- 前記粗補正素子(30)は、前記混合器(20)の負荷抵抗器へと補正電流を供給する少なくとも1つの電源を有する、請求項1または2に記載のレーダセンサ。
- 前記混合器(20)はギルバートセル混合器である、請求項3に記載のレーダセンサ。
- 前記粗補正素子(30)の前記電源は、一定電流の放出のためにプログラム可能である、請求項3または4に記載のレーダセンサ。
