Description
Claims (10)
- 輝度増加基板を製造する方法であって、一方の面に平面状の光入射面、反対側の面に構造化された光出射面を備える光学基板であって、前記構造化された光出射面が、切子面により画成された、谷部と頂部とを含むプリズム構造を含む光学基板を形成する工程を有してなり、
前記構造化された光出射面にわたって意図的に分布させた、底部が平坦な谷部および上部が平坦な頂部の内の少なくとも一方の形状を有する所定の構造上の不規則部を前記光学基板に形成し、
これにより、前記光学基板に意図せず含まれていた、底部が平坦な谷部および上部が平坦な頂部の内の少なくとも一方の形状を有する構造上の欠陥が前記構造上の不規則部によって隠されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記構造上の不規則部が、前記プリズム構造の前記谷部の一部のみ、および/または前記プリズム構造の前記頂部の一部のみに形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記光学基板の前記光入射面が基層により支持され、底部が平坦な谷部の形状を有する前記構造上の不規則部の構造が、(a)前記基層を露出する前記光入射面の開口部、および(b)前記基層の上の谷部の底部の厚さを有する底部が平坦な谷部、の内の少なくとも一方により画成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記プリズム構造が、前記光学基板の全体の前記構造化された光出射面にわたり同様の構造であるプリズムを構成することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記プリズムが、規則的なプリズム、および縦方向に対して対称のプリズムの内の少なくとも一方を含むことを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記光学基板が鋳造工程により形成され、鋳型は、構造化された光射出面に対応する、前記鋳型の表面の所定の構造上の不規則部により形成され、これにより、前記構造上の不規則部が、前記鋳造工程により形成された前記光学基板に意図的に導入されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記構造上の不規則部は、前記光学基板の前記鋳造工程および/または次のハンドリング工程における本来の構造上の欠陥から予想される、前記鋳型の表面の所定の構造上の不規則部であることを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記構造上の欠陥は、底部が平坦な谷部および上部が平坦な頂部の内の少なくとも一方の形状を有する構造を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- フラットパネルディスプレイの製造方法において、
画像にしたがって発光するディスプレイモジュールを製造し、
請求項1〜8記載のいずれかの方法により輝度増加基板を製造することを特徴とするフラットパネルディスプレイの製造方法。 - 電子デバイスの製造方法であって、
請求項9記載の方法によりフラットパネルディスプレイを製造し、
該フラットパネルディスプレイが画像データにしたがって画像を描画するよう、前記画像データを送信する制御電子機器を供給することを特徴とする電子デバイスの製造方法。
