工程(A)
Process (A)
First, 2-aminobenzoic acid (anthranilic acid) and 1-amino-8-hydroxy-3,6-naphthalenedisulfonic acid (H acid) are used in conventional methods (for example, “New dye chemistry” by Yutaka Hosoda (Showa 48) The monoazo compound is produced through diazotization and coupling reaction according to December 21, published by Gihodo) (see pages 396 to 409).
Process (B)
Next, the obtained monoazo compound is added to the cyanuric chloride suspension and reacted for several hours. At this time, the pH of the reaction solution is maintained at 4-6 and the temperature at 0 ° C-5 ° C. Following this reaction, a 2-aminobenzoic acid (anthranilic acid) aqueous solution is added to the reaction solution so that the liquid does not become alkaline at room temperature, and a condensation reaction is performed for several hours. Subsequently, a hydrolysis reaction is performed by adding a 25% aqueous sodium hydroxide solution at a reaction solution temperature of 50 ° C. to 60 ° C. to make it strongly alkaline, thereby completing the reaction.
工程(C)
