Description

The present invention relates to a pointer-type display device mounted on a vehicle such as an automobile, and more particularly to a so-called centerless pointer-type display device in which the center of rotation of the pointer is eliminated to form an opening and only the pointer moves on an arc. About.

As a centerless pointer type display device in which the rotation center of the pointer is an opening and only the pointer moves on an arc, a centerless pointer type display device described in, for example, Patent Document 1 is known.

<Invention of Patent Document 1>
The invention described in Patent Document 1 is a centerless pointer-type display device that does not use a flexible member in which teeth are arranged, and includes a flexible member that is connected to a pointer mounting body, a moving mechanism that moves the pointer, and one end of the flexible member. A first pulley wound around the side, a second pulley wound around the other end of the flexible member, a spiral spring that urges the first pulley so that the first pulley rotates in the direction of winding the flexible member, By rotating the two pulleys according to the measured amount, the motor is configured to move the flexible member along the longitudinal direction thereof, and a plurality of guide pulleys that define the movement locus of the flexible member. According to this, a centerless pointer type display device in which the frictional resistance between the pointer portion and the transport portion is reduced can be obtained.
However, since the pointer is directly attached to the attachment body of the moving mechanism, it is not suitable for running the pointer stably.

Also, a centerless pointer type display device is known in which the frictional resistance between the pointer portion and the transport portion is reduced and the pointer can travel stably (see Patent Document 2).

<Guideline part 210>
<< Attachment of Pointer 210C to First Support Member 210A >>
As shown in the exploded perspective view of FIG. 10 and the longitudinal sectional view of FIG. 11, the pointer unit 210 that moves on the transport unit 220 (FIG. 8) includes a first support member 210A and a second support member 210B that are coil springs. The support member 210Z is integrally fitted with 210S interposed therebetween, and the pointer 210C is fitted to the first support member 210A. That is, a cantilever arm-shaped pointer fixing portion 210K is formed on the upper end surface of the first support member 210A, and the thickness gradually increases from the lower end in the longitudinal direction to the upper end of the vertically elongated pointer 210C. The fixing opening 210L is formed in the wide upper end portion formed in the shape of the cone, and the pointer fixing portion 210K is fitted into the fixing opening 210L, so that the pointer 210C is attached to the first support member 210A, and therefore also It is attached to the support member 210Z. Further, a wire fixing groove 210W (FIG. 11) is formed at the upper center of the first support member 210A, and the wire 210 fixed to a fixing portion (described later) of the pointer portion 210 is passed through the wire fixing groove 210W. Yes.
Accordingly, the wire 220 </ b> W is pulled out or rewound by the transport unit 220, so that the first support member 210 </ b> A, and thus the pointer unit 210, moves along the scale extending direction of the scale plate 320 (FIG. 7). become.

<< Attaching the pointer section 210 to the guide rail 220R >>
10 is an exploded perspective view of the pointer portion, and FIG. 11 is a longitudinal sectional view of the pointer moving device of FIG.
As can be seen from FIGS. 10 and 11, upper pulleys 210P1 and 201P1 are respectively provided on the upper portion of the first support member 210A via the respective pulley shaft support portions 210Q1 sandwiching the axial direction of the pointer fixing portion 210K. A lower pulley 210P2 is provided at the lower end of the second support member 210B in the axial direction of the pointer fixing portion 210K of the first support member 210A via a pulley shaft support portion 210Q2.
The first support member 210A is formed with an accommodation groove 210Ma that partially accommodates the side surface of the coil spring 210S and an abutting portion 210Ta that holds down the lower portion of the coil spring 210S, and the second support member 210B has a coil spring 210S. A housing groove 210Mb that partially accommodates the side surface opposite to the side surface and a contact portion 210Tb that presses the upper portion of the coil spring 210S are formed.
Accordingly, the coil spring 210S is accommodated between the accommodation groove 210Ma of the first support member 210A and the accommodation groove 210Mb of the second support member 210B, and the contact portion 210Ta of the first support member 210A and the contact of the second support member 210B. By accommodating the lower portion and the upper portion of the coil spring 210S between the portion 210Tb, a repulsive force is generated in the coil spring 210S, and this repulsive force pushes the first support member 210A downward and the second support member 210B upward. As a result, the upper pulley 210P1 and the lower pulley 210P2 are always urged in a direction approaching each other.
Accordingly, by sandwiching the upper and lower convex portions 220T1 and 220T2 of the guide rail 220R between the concave portion of the two upper pulleys 210P1 and the concave portion of the one lower pulley 210P2, the support member 21Z, that is, the pointer portion 210 is the guide rail. Thus, the pointer unit 210 is securely conveyed by the conveyance unit 220.

The wire 220W to be handed over, a tension component 220S that is provided at one end in the length direction (left side in FIG. 9) of the substantially semicircular arc or elliptical guide rail 220R and constantly applies tension in the anti-arc direction, and the guide rail 220R A rewinding pulley 220P provided at the other end (right side in FIG. 9), a motor 220M for rotating the rewinding pulley 220P forward and backward, and a substantially semicircular arc or an elliptical shape for supplying power to the illumination LED in the pointer portion 210 And a conductive component cover 220K for covering the conductive component 220L.

<< Shape of guide rail 220R >>
The guide rail 220R has a substantially semicircular arc or elliptical shape in the length direction, and the cross section thereof is a long and narrow rectangle (FIG. 11), and includes convex portions 220T1 and 220T2 at the center of the upper and lower short sides, respectively. ing.
<< Moving principle of wire 220W >>
Also, one end (the left side in FIG. 9) of the wire 220W is coupled to the tension component 220S, and the wire 220W is constantly urged in the anti-arc direction, and the other end (the right side in FIG. 9) is coupled to the rewinding pulley 220P. Then, the wire 220W is pulled out from the tension component 220S side by a desired length by forward rotation of the motor 220M, and the wire 220W is rewound from the tension component 220S side by the tension component 220S by a desired length by reverse rotation of the motor 220M. To be able to.

<Attaching the pointer unit 210 to the transport unit 220>
In order to attach the pointer unit 210 to the transport unit 220, as described in FIG. 11, the concave portions of the two upper pulleys 210P1 of the pointer unit 210 and the one lower pulley 210P2 above and below the guide rail 220R of the transport unit 220, respectively. By sandwiching the upper and lower convex portions 220T of the guide rail 220R between the concave portions, the support member 210Z is securely attached to the guide rail 220R.

<Problems of the invention described in Patent Document 2>
In the invention described in Patent Document 2, there is a problem that the pointer is misaligned or the sliding friction between the upper pulley / lower pulley and the guide rail is increased. When the cause was investigated, it was found that the force generated in the downward direction in the wire fixing groove of the pointer portion and the portion where the pointer portion is supported are shifted. The cause of the above-mentioned problem of the prior invention will be described with reference to FIG.
FIG. 12 is an enlarged perspective view for explaining the force applied to the pointer portion of FIG.
By winding the wire 220W by the motor 220M, a force is generated in the wire fixing groove 210W of the pointer portion 210 in the Fa direction immediately below. However, the portion where the pointer portion 210 is supported by the guide rail 220R is a portion that is held by the guide rail 220R via the upper pulley 210P1 and the lower pulley 210P2 by the tension Fb1 of the coil spring 210S. Therefore, the position of the wire 220W that applies the force in the Fa direction to the pointer portion 210 is not on the same line as the force Fb2 acting on the guide rail 220R and the upper pulley 210P1 and the lower pulley 210P2, and thus the pointer 210C of the pointer portion 210 is positioned on the guide rail 220R. A rotational force is generated around the gripping portion by the upper pulley 210P1 and the lower pulley 210P2, and it tilts in the direction of Fc. This is an indication displacement of the pointer 210C and sliding friction between the upper pulley 210P1 / lower pulley 210P2 and the guide rail 220R. It was found to cause an increase.

<Prior Invention>
Therefore, the present inventor first invented in order to solve the problems of the invention described in Patent Document 2 (hereinafter referred to as “prior invention”). The prior invention will be described together in the description of the present invention. According to this prior invention, the problems of the invention described in Patent Document 2 can be solved, and the indication displacement of the pointer and the sliding friction between the upper pulley / lower pulley and the guide rail are greatly reduced.

As described above, in the method of binding the wire 220W to the fixing boss B, even if the wire is tied to the fixing boss and securely fixed at the time of assembly, there is a possibility that the needle looses while driving the pointer. I understood.

<< Wire holder according to the present invention >>
FIG. 5 is a diagram for explaining a fixing method according to the present invention made to solve the problems of the wire fixing method of FIG. 4, and FIG. 5 (A) is a perspective view of the vicinity of the wire holder formed on the pointer portion. 5 (B) is a front view of the wire holder. The wire holder is a general term consisting of a wire support member 21H, a hooking claw 21N, and a wire loop branching member 21D.
Hereinafter, the wire support member 21H, the hooking claw 21N, and the wire loop branching member 21D will be sequentially described.

<< Wire support member 21H >>
5 (A) and 5 (B), on the side surface facing the conveying portion 22 (FIG. 1) of the first supporting member 21A (FIG. 1) constituting the supporting member 21Z (FIG. 1) of the pointer portion 21, Wire support members 21H are projected at two locations at intervals in the wire conveyance direction. Each of the wire support members 21H extends horizontally from the fixed side and then suddenly descends toward the tip, and the tip faces upward to form a cantilever-supported hook 21F. The concave portion of the hook 21F is a fixing groove 21W (FIG. 3).

《Hook 21N》
A hook claw 21N for hooking the wire loop (FIG. 6C) projects upward from the center upper portion between the two wire support members 21H.

<< Wire loop branch member 21D >>
Furthermore, wire loop branching members 21D and 21D are formed between the two wire support members 21H on the line connecting the two wire support members 21H on the left and right below the hooking claws 21N. The wire loop branching members 21D and 21D are for separating both the wires extending from the wire loop hooked by the hooking claws 21N to the left and right, and are symmetrical to each other. The wire loop branching members 21D and 21D are Two standing members D1 and D1, which are two thick plate-like members, are spaced from the fixed side toward the conveying unit side, and face each other at the upper end portions of the standing members D1 and D1. The first extending members D2 and D2 are extended with a gap S1 in the direction, and the second extending members D3 and D3 extend with an interval in the direction in which the lower sides of the standing members D1 and D1 face each other. It is set up.

<< Functions of Wire Loop Dividing Member 21D, 21D >>
Both wires extending from the wire loop (FIG. 6 (c)) hooked on the hooking claws 21N are passed through the internal space T1 of the wire loop branching members 21D and 21D from the gap S1 between the left and right first extending members D2 and D2. Then, the lower part is bent outward by the second extending members D3 and D3, and then passed through the fixing groove 21W (FIG. 3) of the wire support member 21H.

《Wire fixing》
6A and 6B are diagrams for explaining a wire loop for fixing the wire 22W and its hooking claw. FIG. 6A is a perspective view of a hook formed at the tip of the wire support member 21H, and FIG. FIG. 6C is a side view of the hook, and FIG. 6C is a plan view of the loop formed on the wire 22W. As shown in FIG. 6C, a loop 22L is formed at a predetermined portion in the length direction of the wire 22W, and a caulking metal 22K is attached to a portion where the loop contacts.
The loop 22L is hooked on the hooking claw 21N (FIG. 5A), and the wires extending from both ends of the loop 22L are gathered and passed through the lower wire loop branching members 21D and 21D, and then separated into left and right. Is passed through a fixing groove 21W in a hook at the tip of the wire support member 21H, and one side passes through a plurality of guide pulleys 220G provided at a predetermined interval on a guide rail 220R (see FIG. 8), and a tension component accommodation case On the other hand, the other end of the wire 22W reaches a rewinding pulley 220P provided at the other end of the guide rail 220R through a plurality of guide pulleys 220G provided at predetermined intervals on the guide rail 220R. Yes.

<< Contrivance of the fixing groove 21W of the wire support member 21H >>
As shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B, the fixed groove 21W is tapered so that the width of the groove gradually decreases downward. Therefore, when the pointer portion 21 (Fig. 1) is driven and the force acts downward in the direction of the arrow in Fig. 6 (B), the wire 22W digs into the narrower side of the fixed groove 21W while being crushed into an ellipse. Fixing is certain.

<< Attaching the pointer 21 to the guide rail 22R >>
As can be seen from FIGS. 1 to 3, upper pulleys 21P1 and 21P1 are respectively provided on the upper portion of the first support member 21A via the respective pulley shaft support portions 21Q1 sandwiching the axial direction of the pointer fixing portion 21K. A lower pulley 21P2 is provided at the lower end of the second support member 21B in the axial direction of the pointer fixing portion 21K of the first support member 21A via a pulley shaft support portion 21Q2.
The first support member 21A is formed with an accommodation groove 21Ma that partially accommodates the side surface of the coil spring 21S and an abutting portion 21Ta that holds the lower part of the coil spring 21S, and the second support member 21B has a coil spring 21S. An accommodation groove 21Mb for partially accommodating a side surface opposite to the side surface and a contact portion 21Tb for pressing the upper portion of the coil spring 21S are formed.
Therefore, the coil spring 21S is accommodated between the accommodation groove 21Ma of the first support member 21A and the accommodation groove 21Mb of the second support member 21B, and the contact portion 21Ta of the first support member 21A and the second support member 21B are in contact with each other. By accommodating the lower part and the upper part of the coil spring 21S between the part 21Tb, a repulsive force is generated in the coil spring 21S, and this repulsive force pushes the first support member 21A downward and the second support member 21B upward. As a result, the upper pulley 21P1 and the lower pulley 21P2 are always urged in a direction in which they approach each other.
Therefore, by sandwiching the upper and lower convex portions 22T1 and 22T2 of the guide rail 22R between the concave portions of the two upper pulleys 21P1 and the concave portion of the one lower pulley 21P2, the support member 21Z, that is, the pointer portion 21 is the guide rail. 22R is securely gripped, so that the pointer portion 21 is transported on the transport portion 22.

<Attaching the pointer portion 21 to the conveying portion 22>
In order to attach the pointer part 21 to the transport part 22, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, two guide parts 21 are provided on the upper convex part 22T1 and the lower convex part 22T2 of the guide rail 22R of the transport part 22, respectively. The support member 21Z is securely attached to the guide rail 22R by fitting and sandwiching the recess of the upper pulley 21P1 and the recess of the one lower pulley 21P2.
Then, since the wire 22W is bite and fixed in the wire fixing groove 21W (FIGS. 2 and 3) formed in the first support member 21A, forward / reverse rotation of the rewinding pulley (same as 220P in FIG. 7) by the motor Each time the wire 22W is pulled out or pulled back from the tension component housing case (same as 220C in FIG. 7) by a desired length, the pointer portion 21 has a scale plate scale (same as 320 in FIG. 7). It moves along the extending direction.

<Solution of problems of invention described in Patent Document 2>
As described above, according to the present invention, as in the preceding invention, the pointer portion 21 includes the pulley 22P1, the three points of the upper surface and the lower surface of the vertical U-shaped guide rail 22R, as shown in FIG. The wire fixing groove 21 </ b> W of the wire 22 </ b> W that is installed so as to sandwich the guide rail 22 </ b> R via 22 </ b> P <b> 1 and 22 </ b> P <b> 2 and that pulls the pointer portion 21 is located on the line connecting the upper surface and the lower surface of the vertical U-shaped guide rail 22 </ Therefore, in FIG. 3, the force in the Fa ′ direction acting on the wire fixing groove 21W of the wire 22W by the repulsive force Fb1 ′ generated by the coil spring 21S is the force Fb2 ′ acting on the guide rail 22R, the upper pulley 21P, and the lower pulley 21P2. Since they are on the same line, no rotational force is generated in the pointer 21C of the pointer portion 21. Therefore, according to the present invention, the rotational force Fc (FIG. 12) in the pointer portion 10C generated from the fact that the force Fa acting on the operating point with respect to the fulcrum in the prior invention is not in a straight line is not generated according to the present invention. There was no displacement, and sliding friction between the upper pulley 21P1 and lower pulley 21P2 and the guide rail 22R was not increased.

<Solving the problems of the prior invention>
In the present invention, the pointer portion 21 that moves along the guide rail 22R has a loop 22L formed at a predetermined portion of the wire 22W, as shown in FIG.
