Abstract
23[PROBLEMS] To further improve the flexibility of the traditional Japanese obstacles such as folding screens that began in ancient Japan, and the so-called shoji and shoji that have evolved from them, to improve the versatility of furniture and furniture. When it is necessary to change the house or change work due to changes in the life stage due to changes in the family or family structure, etc., it has adaptive pluripotency for various living rooms, and "improves the comfort of living (amenity)." And “reducing the environmental burden” and providing a portable partition that is easy to cope with today's life. SOLUTION: Carrying partitions are based on the principle of "all-purpose fittings and furniture", and by adopting "detachable paper hinge device" and "seismic isolation tension mechanism" as the basic technology, And “basic three items” consisting of “base-isolated struts” and “base-isolated strut furniture”. By combining or rearranging the three basic items in various ways, we aim to make all types of furniture and furniture universal. [Selection] Figure 23
Description
The present invention is composed of three basic items: folding screen-type fittings, seismic isolation strut mechanism mounting posts (hereinafter referred to as seismic isolation struts) and seismic isolation strut mechanism mounting furniture (hereinafter referred to as seismic isolation strut furniture).
When a partition is formed by combining or recombining the above three basic items in various ways, and it becomes necessary to relocate and change work, it becomes easy to divert, add, or replace parts of the partition. The present invention relates to a post equipped with a seismic isolation strut mechanism and a furniture connection type, folding screen type portable partition (hereinafter referred to as a portable partition) that can be used continuously for a long time with adaptive versatility.
Currently, the most commonly used house type is an nLDK type house (1LDK, 2LDK..., “N” is an abbreviation of number), and the partition of the nLDK type house is basically a fixed partition. The fixed partition is "fronted" by fixing the partition wall and joinery frame to the building frame such as pillars, studs, streaks, and lintels before interior work. Therefore, since it is fixed integrally with the building, it lacks flexibility, thereby causing the following problems. It is difficult to switch between rooms, the floor plan is formulated, and the private room is closed.
There is a partition that is “retrofitted” with respect to the above “fronting”. It is attached after interior work, and such a retrofit partition is generally used as a partition for office buildings.
Among the retrofit partitions, those that block the line of sight of standing people can be broadly divided into two types. The partition height is up to the ceiling height, the ceiling height type where the partition is fixed to the ceiling, and the Kamoi height type where the partition height is lower than that and the ceiling is not fixed.
The ceiling height type partition is installed by fixing the ceiling rail and floor rail to the ceiling and floor with screws, anchor bolts, etc., and fixing the pillars to the ceiling rail and floor rail with fixed hardware. And fix the panel to the four-sided frame with floor rails and columns with fixing brackets. Therefore, the earthquake countermeasures for the ceiling height type partitions are ceiling fixing and floor fixing of the ceiling rail and floor rail. The fixed angles of the support column and the panel are 90 ° and 180 °, and other orders are generally produced on order (for example, see Non-Patent Document 1).
Kamoi high-type panels are not fixed to the ceiling. Therefore, even if the ceiling is not fixed, the panel itself has a thickness and strength that is difficult to bend, and when the angle between the panels is 180 °, the panels are connected to each other by a built-in connection fitting. When the panels are connected at an angle other than that, they are connected to the corner post via the corner post having the same height as the panel. The corner post fixing angles are generally 90 °, 120 °, and 135 °. In addition, there is a free joint that allows the angle between adjacent panels to be freely set from 180 ° to 90 ° to the left and right. It is easy to set freely. The earthquake countermeasures for Kamoi high-type partitions are not fixed on the ceiling, so it is necessary to use both floor fixing with stabilizing legs or fixing brackets and the layout of L, T, K, and H, and linear layout is also impossible. Therefore, the layout and shape are limited (for example, see Non-Patent Document 2).
There is a folding screen that has been used to block people's eyes and wind with traditional Japanese obstacles. The folding panels are connected with traditional paper hinges, which can rotate the
Traditional folding paper hinges are composed of “feathers” and “walnuts”. Traditional paper hinges can rotate the
First, the blade will be described. FIGS. 1A, 1B and 1C show the structure and operation of a blade bonded between
Next, as shown in FIG. 1B, the
FIG. 1C is a plan view of FIG. With the above-described mechanism of the blades, the
(非特許文献3、P193〜197を参照)FIG. 2 shows how to apply the walnut and the structure. Because traditional paper hinges were made of Japanese paper, the hinge function was only weak. Therefore, in order to reinforce the blade, the paper was stretched so that the front side and the back side of the blade portion were wrapped. That is walnut.
FIG. 2A shows a state in which the
When rotated 360 °, the rear side of the blade, that is, 310a ′ to 310d ′ appears as shown in FIG. Again, as shown in FIG. 2 (f), as in the case of the front side of the blades, the other sheet of wrapping 311b is bonded so as to wrap the
Thus, the traditional paper hinge is composed of “feather” and two “walnuts” for convenience, so the paper layer has a three-layer structure. And traditional paper hinges are stretched directly on the panel.
Incidentally, the configuration of the above-mentioned traditional paper hinge is the same as the method of making the folding “hinge” described in
The structure of the folding screen is basically the same as that of the folding panel, and is described in
“The screens, folding screens, screens and shoji are all building barriers, commonly referred to as handicrafts. They are made of wood and framed with a frame, and paper on both sides or one side. The ones that are stretched, edged and finished so that they can stand upright are the screens and folding screens, and the ones that are fitted between the sill and the duck are designed to move left and right. The structure is exactly the same ”(see
That is, the structure of the folding screen and the folding panel is basically the same, with a paper frame and a frame attached to the frame of the lattice.
Next, the history of the folding screen and the history and current status of the flexibility of Japanese houses will be briefly described below.
“Folding screen” is described in Non-Patent Document 5 “Architecture Dictionary” as follows.
“One of the arrangements to block the wind and the eyes. It is said that in 687 Shiragi has contributed to Emperor Emperor Tenmu” (see Non-Patent Document 5, P1301).
And in the previous
“Nippon Shoki, 29, Tenbu, and Aki Tokugi (6866), the name of the gift from Silla is written, and there is a folding screen in it. In contact with Horiji, there are things that are presumed to be the relics, and there are also some that are presumed to be imitated. It is different from what is called folding screen and is similar to what is called a screen (see
In addition, “It is reported that there is something called“ Tei Fengfeng ”in the folding screen made in Han Dynasty. Tei is the meaning of thick silk. The first screen sent to our country is probably this kind of screen, and it is none other than today's screen, but the one at that time is a hard screen and the current is a soft screen. ”( (Refer
In the above description, the folding screen presented by Silla in the 7th century is a Chinese style folding screen, and the structure of the panel is a wooden board cloth. As mentioned above, a structure in which paper is attached to a frame of a lattice-made tree and a frame is attached to it, so that it can be folded using the panel. And the structure of the folding screen is different.
“The oldest folding screen that exists is the Kamoge screen, which is listed in the“ Todaiji Temple Book, ”which includes the date of October and the date of Sept. 75. Assuming that the gift was given by Tei Shiofu, a soft folding screen was used after 65 years, so this method was presumed to have been completed in Yoro, Jinkame (71-17-25). (Refer to
Also,
The present folding screen that made it possible to fold with paper or silk by making a skeleton with wood is the creation of our country. Article in the "old Yes two hard folding screen one of the bright of the row Akira" NanaOsamuruiwara "winding forty-five Wa products而無two軟屏style one ... everyone cause Gini our country Ichi Inn two Eastern Barbarians Arumitsugi Alden one Thus Ariya ”is written, but since this morning refers to the Mincho, it is thought that soft breezes were transmitted from Japan to China at the same time. ... This hard folding screen is a traditional Chinese folding screen made of copper plate, wood, etc., and the soft folding screen refers to paper made in Japan. (See
The above quotes the records of the Ming (14th to 17th centuries) period, and is a record much later than the 7th century when the screen was transmitted from Silla to Japan, but the panel of the Chinese style screen uses wood board. On the other hand, the Japanese style folding screen panel puts paper on the frame of the lattice-making tree, and the folding screen presented by Silla is a Chinese style folding screen that hits the Japanese screen. It is common with “paper folk equipment”.
Further,
“It is not known in detail from what era the folding folding screen like today began, but it was later after importing a Chinese-style folding screen in the Emperor Tenmu period. The oldest one is the relic of Emperor Seibu and the folding screen that is stored in Todaiji Temple. The production date is detailed .... (omitted)
… The most different from the present is the hinge. As shown in the archaeological score on the right, each of the six-fold folding screen fans is separated into one piece, and there is a presser (edge) on each side of the sheet. I have just two feet. The hinge has holes in the top and bottom of the presser and are tied with a binding string called a close-up fan ”(see
It is also in common with
As mentioned above, the folding screen panels at that time were connected by piercing the panels with holes through holes in a vertical frame called Oshiki. In
Since such loops and metal fittings protrude from the folding screen frame, there was a so-called Zenigata folding screen that was devised when folded. “Because the string and hardware are on the surface, they come into direct contact when folded. So, there is a device to prevent this by putting a circular leather on the pressed wood, which is a Zenigata screen” (
And in
And the folding screen was "developed as an interior element indispensable for the construction of the palace as a partition for courts and aristocratic residences, rituals and decorations in the Heian period" (see
Also, in Non-Patent Document 7 “Course of Japanese Art History Vol. 5“ Kazakari ”and“ Tsukuri ”,“ Bedding space was an open space with pillars, so that as a place of ceremonies, Even if it was a place of residence, it was necessary to create a space in accordance with the function by arranging obstacles, seating fixtures, and furniture. ”(See Non-Patent Document 7, P36)
In the Heian period (8th to 12th centuries), a noble house, a ceremonial space and a living space are used together in a single space. The folding screen was an indispensable obstacle for partitioning a small space for daily life. Therefore, the large space and the small space were changed by the folding screen, and the flexibility by the folding screen was already obtained.

In general, Japanese houses are said to be flexible. This is used in opposition to nLDK type houses with fixed partitions that lack flexibility, and in this case the Japanese house usually refers to a house type that uses a fence or shoji fittings. The flexibility of Japanese houses tends to be generally attributed to bags and shoji. However, Non-Patent Document 7 “Lecture of Japanese Art History Vol. 5“ Kazakari ”and“ Tsukuri ”territory describes that a folding screen was established from the folding screen inside the Heian period.
“When the place to divide is fixed, it is incorporated into the building and a new joinery is established” (see Non-Patent Document 7, P45).
As mentioned above, the folding screen panel and the folding panel are basically the same structure, and paper is applied to the frame of a tree made of lattice and a frame is attached to it. The folding screen at that time was connected with a string through the panels. On the other hand, the fence moves each panel on a rail made of a duck and a sill without connecting the panels. From the fitting type fittings in which this panel was fitted between the pillars, a pulling-in kite was finally formed.
“A silk screen panel shoji was inserted between the pillars. These built-in shoji screens were also found on the border between the main building and the northern foot of the Higashi-Sanjo shrine ... ... It is probably the 10th century that the construction of the draw join was established ”(see Non-Patent Document 7, P46).
By the way, according to Non-Patent Document 5 “Architecture Dictionary”, Shoji is a collective term for shoji tools that appeared in the Heian period .... Shoji shoji, Kara paper shoji ... There are screen shoji, light shoji, etc. Is called shoji ”(see Non-Patent Document 5, P719 to 720). Therefore, the above “panel shoji” refers to a panel, and “saddle shoji” refers to a spear.
“Invention and popularization of differential fittings in the building of a sleeping house has greatly changed the building of the sleeping house” (see Non-Patent Document 5, P46).
In addition, “In the building of the shrine, a system that encloses the space with a retractable joinery that can be removed, such as a coffin, was devised. (See Non-Patent Document 5, P36).
In the Kamakura period, samurai emerged instead of public houses. The economic power of the public house has declined, and the scale of the palace has been reduced and simplified.
In Nedenzo, the ceiling board was not stretched, the pillar was a round pillar, and because it was a large space, the tatami was a `` placement '' placed on the board floor, but in the middle ages the ceiling board became popular, Along with a fence that can be divided into a hall or a small room, a light shoji has been developed as an exterior fitting, the pillar has become a prism, and the tatami has become a “laying tatami mat” because it has been partitioned into small rooms. And this house type was finally completed in the Momoyama period as a “Shoin-zukuri” featuring a floor space, a difference shelf, a supplementary school, and a table stand between the upper floors of the back of the room. Established as a representative housing type.
A folding screen was established in ancient Japan, and a folding screen was created from a folding screen in the middle of the country. In the Middle Ages, a partition with a wall was developed along with a shoji, which is an outer joiner, and developed into a housing style that represents a Japanese house.
Therefore, the source of flexibility in Japanese houses tends to be thought of as cocoons and shoji, but it is not the case.
According to Non-Patent Document 5 “Architecture Great Dictionary”, the traditional paper hinge of folding screen is assumed to be from the Kamakura period to the Muromachi period (see Non-Patent Document 5, P1301-1302).
Prior to the use of traditional paper hinges, folding screen panels were fitted with frames on all four sides, so there was a vertical frame between each adjacent panel between the folding screen panels. In the folding screen used, there is no vertical frame between the panels.
The latter connects the panels with traditional paper hinges, and then puts the finished paper on both sides of the folding screen. At the stage where traditional paper hinges are applied, the edge of each walnut appears on both sides of the panel. However, since the finished paper is stretched over both the front and back sides of each panel, the edge of the wrapping is hidden and cannot be seen. Therefore, the walnuts appear only on the side surface of the panel between adjacent panels. Then, after applying the finished paper, frames are attached to the top and bottom of each panel. As a result, folding screens using traditional paper hinges can now draw through.
In
The same book also mentions the effect of folding the folding screen in both directions for the function that the paper hinge rotates 360 °. “There is no inconvenience, but it is convenient to accumulate both sides if possible. It is convenient because the sheet number accumulates in both directions” (see
In 1401, Yoshimitsu Ashikaga gave a gold screen using paper hinges to China. In
Twenty-one gold screens were given to the Korean kingdom by the Tokugawa Shogunate in 17th year of Shotoku. there were. There are six folding screens. When giving to Korea, every 20 ships were regular. (See
In
By the way, in the quotation of the above
In the Edo period, the Edo back tenement house had only a doma and a room.
It is said that folding screens were used daily by ordinary people during the Edo period. And when paper hinges are used, there is no gap between the panels, so the effect of preventing crevice winds in winter is thought to be higher than conventional folding screens.
As mentioned above, the flexibility of Japanese houses was brought about by folding screens established in ancient Japan, and the folding and shoji that developed from them. Therefore, the source of flexibility for Japanese houses is the folding screen.
However, modernization has changed the style of housing. When nLDK type houses with fixed partitions were spread along with aluminum sashes in order to ensure privacy, which was difficult in conventional Japanese houses, folding screens for blocking people's eyes and wind were generally not used. On the other hand, even if it becomes an nLDK type house, the Japanese-style room remains, and the screen and shoji are still in common use, in contrast to the folding screen. For craftsmen, there is a demand for bags and shoji, but for folding screens, the main task was to follow traditional techniques in a limited demand such as restoration, and mass production and remarkable development have not been carried out. However, the folding screen is in an obstructive situation.
The front craftsman knows in the course of the work that the paper hinge rotates 360 °, which allows the folding screen to be freely shaped. However, ordinary people often see folding screens and gold folding screens with calligraphy, but there are images that are placed in a zigzag shape, so there is no opportunity to rotate the panel by touching the screen directly. There is little, I do not know that the folding screen panel rotates 360 °, and the folding screen is really clever, as mentioned above, there is no bulge between the panels, and it seems as if there is nothing, so the paper on which the drawing was drawn It is hard to imagine that there will be a mechanism of walnut and feathers underneath. The situation is that ordinary people do not know paper hinges, mass production and remarkable development are not carried out, and traditional paper hinges are truly “buried traditional techniques”.
The above explains the history of folding screens and the history and current status of Japanese house flexibility.
Next, the effect of traditional paper hinges will be described. As described above, the effects of the traditional folding screen before the establishment of traditional paper hinges can be drawn through, folding the folding screen in both directions, and preventing crevice. The same effect can be found in Noshirobe. “Paper butterflies are different from leather, string, and metal butterflies. They can be folded on both front and back sides, and there are no gaps between them. See).
Since traditional paper hinges rotate 360 °, the overall shape becomes flexible when panels are used together. For this reason, folding screens using traditional paper hinges can be freely shaped. However, the effect is not mentioned, but regarding the function of rotating 360 °, only folding the folding screen in both directions as mentioned above is mentioned. Traditionally, folding screens using traditional paper hinges have not been able to take advantage of the characteristic of being freely shaped.
There are two possible reasons for this.
For one thing, folding screens cannot be fixed indoors. As seen in the illustration of “Inside the Sleeper” published in
Second, it was difficult to use a large number of panels. The process of linking panels with traditional paper hinges is precise and takes a lot of work, so increasing the number of panels can be expensive, and increasing the number can be heavy when moving the screen.
Prior art documents using paper hinges include
The invention described in
It is a folding screen connecting sheet, and aims to connect the folding screen more easily and speedily. The inner sheet is divided into an outer sheet and an inner surface of the outer sheet, and the inner sheet and the inner sheet are alternately pasted on the edge of the inner surface of the other folding screen and the inner surface of the other folding screen. , Composed of slits cut into the outer sheet.
When the folding screen connecting sheet is compared with the traditional paper hinge described above, the “outer sheet” corresponds to the crease, the “slit” corresponds to the cut, and the “inner sheet” corresponds to the blade. The folding screen connecting sheet is directly stretched on the panel.
In traditional paper hinges, there are two walnuts on the front and back, but in the folding screen connecting sheet, there is one outer sheet. Therefore, the folding screen connecting sheet has the same structure as a traditional paper hinge, except that one walnut is omitted.
The invention described in
It is a foldable panel connector, and it is light and highly safe, has little gap between panel members, and rotates
In the folding panel connector, “paper hinge” and “aggregate of divided paper hinges” are regarded as synonymous. The collapsible panel assembly is collated with the traditional paper hinges described above. The “paper hinges” and “aggregates of divided paper hinges” are feathers, “decorative paper” is wrapping, and “cuts” are cuts. It corresponds to each. The aggregate of paper hinges and split paper hinges and decorative paper are directly stretched on the panel. Two sheets of decorative paper are used on the front side and the back side. Therefore, the “aggregate of paper hinges and split paper hinges and decorative paper” in the folding panel connector has the same structure and structure as the traditional paper hinges.
By the way, even if you do not use decorative paper and fix only a paper hinge or a group of divided paper hinges to the panel, that is, without using wrapping, only the blades are glued to the panel, but it is attached directly to the panel The traditional paper hinge is structurally identical.
On the other hand, in the foldable panel connector, the panel members are rotated 360 ° so that a plurality of panel members are connected in a foldable manner. However, there is no disclosure of a method for fixing the foldable panel coupling body in the room, and there is disclosed a method of using a self-supporting assisting tool that is a stable leg when using a plurality of panel members arranged in a straight line. There is only. In addition, a method for smoothly moving the panel is not disclosed.
The invention described in

At present, the most commonly used house type is an nLDK type house, but the partition is basically a fixed partition. However, there is a problem that fixed partitioning is “difficult to switch between steps”.
The fixed partition is fixed together with the building because the partition wall and joinery frame are fixed to the building's frame, such as pillars, studs, streaks, and lintels, before the interior work. Therefore, when the partition wall and the joinery frame are removed by inter-finishing switching, the finish and the base of the surrounding floor wall and ceiling in contact therewith are damaged. When switching between housekeeping due to changes in the family structure, for example, if the partition wall between two rooms with different interior finishes is removed, it will be necessary to change the interior of the two rooms, and waste will be generated accordingly. . As described above, the fixed partition has a large burden of construction and waste disposal and the associated costs when switching between operations. For this reason, there is a problem of “a four-choice vicious circle” involving reordering.
A 4-cycle vicious circle will be briefly explained.
When it is necessary to switch between parts, generally select from the following four. The four options and their respective problems are listed below.
1. Don't switch between work as it is-endure with some inconvenience.
2. Switching between housework-The burden is large including the environmental burden such as the removal work of existing partitions, new construction work and waste disposal, and the costs associated with them.
3. Relocation – finding a property, moving, and adapting to the new environment are heavy.
4). Rebuilding before the life of a house—In Japan, the life of a house is short, so there is a strong tendency to rebuild before the life of a house without switching over. In addition to dismantling and new construction and waste disposal of existing houses, relocation and moving work during construction, and the costs associated with them, rebuilding before the lifetime promotes a substantial reduction in the life of the house, including environmental impact. The burden is even greater.
Even if any one of the above four is selected, if it becomes necessary to switch over again, the same four selections are made again, and a vicious cycle of four choices continues.
In the nLDK type house with fixed partitions, this four-choice vicious cycle of switching between work places forced the patience and burden as described above, and in terms of “home comfort (amenity)”, also before the lifetime There is also a problem with the “environmental burden” of “waste disposal” that accompanies rebuilding and housekeeping switching due to “reducing the life of houses” due to rebuilding.
Fixed partitioning itself is a problem that it is difficult to switch between work, but the “four-choice vicious circle” surrounding this changeover process has a large impact on the overall comfort of living and the environmental load, and is a bigger issue. Therefore, it is necessary to solve the problem that it is difficult to switch between fixed partitions to break this “four-choice vicious circle”.
Next, the reasons why it is difficult to switch between fixed partitions are listed.
(1) Since the finishing wall and joinery frame are placed in front of the building, it is difficult to divert them.
(2) Since the door is subdivided, it is difficult to divert it.
(3) The furniture is independent from the partition.
(4) Installation requires hardware such as nails and screws.
The causes of (1) to (4) will be described below, and the direction of coping with them will be described.
(1) Since partition walls and joinery frames are placed in front of the building, it is difficult to divert them.
Fixed partitions "priorize" partition walls and joinery frames to building structures such as columns, studs, streaks, and lintels. Therefore, since it is fixed integrally with the building, it is difficult to divert when switching between work.
On the other hand, the “retrofit” partition that is generally used in office construction is easy to divert.
However, in the case of the ceiling height type of the retrofitting partition, the ceiling rail and the floor rail are fixed to the ceiling and the floor with screws or anchor bolts, respectively, and the columns are attached to them, so there are restrictions in the height direction and the width direction. Therefore, it is difficult to divert to a room with a different ceiling height in the height direction. When diverting to a room whose ceiling height is lower than the existing ceiling height, it is necessary to cut the members in the vertical direction. Conversely, when diverting to a room with a high ceiling height, to compensate for the shortage in the vertical direction. It is necessary to replace the parts. If the width direction is different from the existing one, it is necessary to cut or replace the ceiling rail and the floor rail in addition to the panel adjustment.
In the case of the Kamoi Height type with a retrofitting partition, the ceiling is not fixed, so earthquake countermeasures require the use of floor fixing with stable legs or fixed hardware and L / T / C / H layout. And you can't do a straight line layout. This limits the layout and shape.
In order to cope with the above-mentioned problem of the retrofitting partition, it is necessary to take an earthquake countermeasure that fixes the ceiling and the floor other than the ceiling rail and the floor rail. And as the means, there is a method of fixing the space between the ceiling and the floor with a bracing material.
Therefore, because the partition wall and joinery frame mentioned above are placed in front of the building, it is difficult to divert them. The use of materials.
(2) Since the door is subdivided, it is difficult to divert it.
Next, how the door is subdivided will be briefly described.
1. Doors have different uses. Specifically, it is divided into an indoor door, a storage door, and a movable partition.
2. There are different types of doors for different purposes. Specifically, the indoor door is divided into an open / sliding door / folding door, the storage door is divided into an opening / sliding door / folding door, and the movable partition is divided into a sliding door / folding door.
3. There are separate joiners for doors and joinery frames for each type of door. Specifically, the opening door is divided into a hinge / pipot hinge, and the sliding door is divided into a roller specification that combines only a rail like a coffin and a rail and a roller, but the latter is further divided into an upper suspension type and a lower load type, The folding door has a roller specification that combines a rail and a roller, and it is divided into an upper suspension type and a lower load type.
4). The frame of the 3 doors is divided. Specifically, the upper frame and the vertical frame are divided into a three-way frame, an upper frame only, and no frame.
5. In the ceiling height type and Kamoi height type of the retrofitting partition, the door is an industrial product, but in the fixed partition, the door is divided into an industrial product and a piece made by joinery. Therefore, the above classification is further divided in the fixed partition.
6). In the case of joinery production, unlike industrial products, production is custom-made rather than mass production.
If the door is subdivided, it is difficult to apply when diverting. If the door can be made universal for subdivision of the door, the applicability will be expanded and it will be easy to divert.
Although the partition wall is retrofitted as a direction for coping with the cause of the above (1), the retrofit of the partition wall is to be a “partition panel” of the retrofitting partition. And, in both the ceiling height type and the Kamoi height type of the retrofit partition, the method of attaching the partition panel and the method of attaching the door are different.
In the case of the ceiling height type, the partition panel is attached to the four-round frame by the ceiling rail, the floor rail, and the support column.
On the other hand, when attaching a sliding door or a folding door, the ceiling rail which becomes an upper frame is processed so that a roller can run, and becomes a ceiling rail different from a partition panel. In addition, when installing an open door, a three-way frame composed of an upper frame and a vertical frame is attached to the ceiling rail and the column, respectively, and one vertical frame and the door are joined by a hinge.
In the case of the Kamoi height type, when the angle between the adjacent panels is 180 °, the partition panels are joined by pressing each other, and at other angles, the panels are joined via a corner post having the same height as the panel.
The Kamoi high type is not fixed on the ceiling, so when installing a door, the door should be installed at the corner or edge to maintain strength. When the sliding door is attached, one of the three-way frames for the sliding door is coupled to the corner post, and the other vertical frame is directly coupled to the end of the adjacent panel after the door is attached. And as for the upper frame, the rail is processed for the sliding door. By the way, the Kamoi type is thought to be because it is difficult to install large doors due to its strength, but no folding doors are found. In addition, when installing an open door, the three-way frame for the hinged door is connected to the corner post in the same way as the sliding door, and the other vertical frame is attached to the adjacent panel after the door is attached. Connect directly to the end and connect one vertical frame and door with hinges.
As described above, the mechanism for attaching the partition panel and the door is different between the ceiling height type and the Kamoi height type of the retrofit partition. However, if it can be attached with the same mechanism instead of different mechanisms, the applicability will be high. In other words, not only “door” can be made universal, but “door” and “partition panel” can be made universal by the same mechanism, and “door” and “partition panel” can be used in two ways. The applicability becomes high, and it becomes easy to change over.
Treating a combination of a “door” and a “partition panel” as a “joint” will “make the joiner versatile”.
Therefore, the direction of coping with the cause of the above (2) that the door is subdivided and thus difficult to divert is to “make the fittings universal”.
(3) The furniture is independent from the partition.
In the fixed partition, the furniture is generally independent from the partition, and generally, the standing furniture, the wall surface furniture, and the partition furniture are used. However, there are the following problems.
The standing furniture is the most commonly used furniture, and the furniture protrudes from the wall in order to place the back of the furniture in contact with the wall. Therefore, the presence of furniture is strong and it is difficult to match the interior. Even if the interiors are matched, it will be difficult to switch between the housework or to change the house again.
Wall furniture is a type that is embedded in the wall surface so that the back of the wall furniture is fixed to the building with single-sided use, and the upper and both sides of the furniture are installed so that there are no gaps between the building and the building. For this reason, the interior is clean but difficult to divert. In addition, since the back surface is fixed to the wall, it is not possible to place it without contacting the wall surface, and the layout is limited.
The partition furniture can be used as a partition by fixing the side wall with double-sided use. However, since the partition furniture cannot be connected to a fitting such as an open door, when an entrance is provided on the side of the partition furniture, the entrance / exit cannot be closed by the joinery only by securing a space that allows entry / exit. Therefore, it is difficult to maintain privacy and the layout is limited.
As mentioned above, although the problem by the furniture being independent from the partition was mentioned, the furniture is independent of the partition not only in the fixed partition but also in the retrofit partition.
In order to deal with the above-mentioned problems of stationary furniture / wall furniture / partition furniture due to the fact that the furniture is independent from the partition, the furniture is built into the partition system, and the built-in furniture is embedded in the wall. It is necessary to be furniture, easy to divert, have a free layout, and be able to connect furniture and fittings.
In order to incorporate furniture that satisfies these conditions into a partitioning system, it is necessary not only to make “joint furniture” universal, but also to make both “joint furniture” and “furniture” universal.
Therefore, the direction of coping with the cause of the above-mentioned (3) that the furniture is independent from the partition is to make the “joint” and “furniture” universal with one mechanism.
(4) Installation requires hardware such as nails and screws.
Installation of fixed partitions requires hardware such as nails and screws, so a specialized contractor is required, and it is difficult to install in rental properties with restrictions on the use of hardware. If you use a brace for earthquake countermeasures, it becomes a non-screw type.
Therefore, as a countermeasure for dealing with the cause of the above (4) that a hardware such as a nail or a screw is required for installation, an earthquake countermeasure is to use a bracing material.
The reasons why it is difficult to switch between fixed partitions and the direction of coping with them have been described above, and these are summarized as follows.
“The partition is retrofitted, and the earthquake countermeasures will be made of struts and the fixtures and furniture will be made universal by one mechanism.”
Therefore, the problem is to make it easier to switch between work by retrofitting a partition and adopting a strut material for earthquake countermeasures and making the joinery and furniture universal with one mechanism.
As mentioned above, it has been pointed out that it is difficult to switch between fixed partitions. However, since fixed partitions lack flexibility, there are other problems as follows.
The floor plan is formulated.
Since the nLDK type houses with fixed partitions are 1LDK, 2LDK, etc., when they change their homes, they will look for a property with a floor plan that is close to their hopes.
The private room is closed.
The partition wall of the fixed partition is high in sound insulation because it is a high ceiling type with no gap from the floor to the ceiling. For this reason, private rooms with fixed partitions have the advantage of respecting privacy among family members, but on the other hand, they also have the disadvantage of being closed and tending to fall apart in a private room.
In the above, the problem of the fixed partition was mentioned.
The fixed partition is used by fixing the partition to the building. Fixed telephones of telephones are also used with the telephone fixed to the building.
On the other hand, mobile phones have the advantage that they can be used anywhere, compared to landlines. Mobile phones are now shifting to smartphones with even higher functionality. However, nLDK type houses with fixed partitions started to spread during the period of high economic growth like fixed telephones. However, while telephones have evolved in this way, residential partitions still have fixed partitions. Basic.
Fixed partitions lack flexibility. On the other hand, traditional Japanese obstacles such as folding screens and tsuji and shoji screens developed from them have the characteristic of flexibility. The challenge is to develop the flexibility, which is a characteristic of folding screens and the screens and shoji screens developed from that, to address the above problems of fixed partitions lacking flexibility, and to make the partitions easy to handle today's life .
One of the directions for coping with the problem that it is difficult to switch between fixed partitions is to “make universal fittings”. As one condition for making joinery versatile, it is necessary to be able to shape freely. For this purpose, it is necessary to use a hinge that rotates 360 °.
The hinge that rotates 360 ° has a traditional paper hinge that is used for folding screens. Traditional paper hinges have the feature that they can be rotated 360 ° without creating gaps or protrusions between panels. Traditional paper hinges consist of "feathers" and "walnuts". The function of rotating 360 ° without creating gaps or protrusions is realized by the blades. In the past, paper hinges were made of Japanese paper, so the blades alone were weak in strength as hinges, so the front and back sides of the blades had to be compensated by wrapping.
However, today there are materials that are strong and flexible, such as chemical fibers such as aramid fibers. It can be made into a “modern paper hinge” made of only “feathers” using a material that is stronger and more flexible than Japanese paper. As a result, the material and labor required for walnuts can be saved, and the structure as a hinge is extremely simple. Costs can be reduced by saving material and labor. Then, the number of panels becomes easy to use.
Traditional paper hinges are stretched directly on adjacent panels, but modern paper hinges are bonded to a pair of channel members to form a removable paper hinge device, which is a removable hinge device.
The removable paper hinge device comprises a pair of channel members and a modern paper hinge,
The groove portion of each channel-shaped member has a web and a pair of flanges provided on both sides of the web, which are detachably connected by fitting the vertical ends of the panels.
The modern paper hinge is alternately bonded to the pair of groove members, and connects the pair of groove members so that the other panel can be rotated 360 degrees between adjacent panels. A folding screen type joinery in which a plurality of panels are connected in series by the detachable paper hinge device.
Hooks are provided at regular intervals in the height direction in the grooves of the groove-shaped member constituting the detachable paper hinge device, and hooks are provided at positions corresponding to the hooks at the vertical end of the panel. A receiving part is provided,
The detachable paper hinge device and the panel are coupled by hooking the hook portion of the groove-shaped member to the hook receiving portion of the panel.
By using a detachable paper hinge device, it becomes easy to connect and remove panels that are necessary to make the joinery versatile. As a result, the number of panels can be easily increased and decreased, and partial replacement can be easily performed.
A lower frame material with casters is attached to the lower end of the panel,
The lower frame member is composed of an upward U-shaped groove member, hook portions are provided in the groove of the groove member at regular intervals in the horizontal direction, and casters are attached to the outer surface of the web. And
A hook receiving portion is provided at a position corresponding to the hook portion at a lower end portion of the panel, and the hook portion of the groove-shaped member is hooked on the hook receiving portion of the panel so that the lower frame member is attached to the panel. It is attached.
Thus, the folding screen-type joinery moves smoothly by the caster.
However, since it cannot be fixed indoors with only folding screen type fittings, a fixing method is required. As a countermeasure against earthquakes, the struts are used as described above, so the struts connecting the folding screen-type fittings will be in the form of the struts.
And the seismic isolation strut mechanism is adopted as the form of the strut material.
The base-isolated tension mechanism is composed of the base-isolated tension mechanism superstructure and the base-isolated tension mechanism substructure.
The upper structure of the seismic isolation stretch mechanism is composed of a hollow outer cylinder, a hollow inner cylinder capable of sliding in the vertical direction, and a seismic isolation member provided at the upper end of the inner cylinder. ,
The upper structure of the seismic isolation striking mechanism is a ball support provided at the upper end of the inner cylinder and a ball support provided at the inner end of the inner cylinder and provided at the upper end of the inner cylinder. It is composed of an elastic body that comes into contact, a shaft member that abuts against the elastic body, and a holder that holds the ball material of the ball support,
For shaking such as an earthquake, it is easy to displace horizontally and stretch while absorbing the shaking.
The seismic isolation strut mechanism lower structure is composed of a seismic isolation member provided at the lower end,
The seismic isolation strut mechanism lower structure is equipped with either a ball bearing or a holder for holding the ball material of the ball bearing, a caster with spring, a caster with laminated rubber, a spring bearing, a laminated rubber bearing, a rolling bearing, or a sliding bearing. Configured
In response to shaking such as an earthquake, the upper body is easily displaced in the horizontal direction to enhance the effect of absorbing the shaking.
Therefore, the column is a column with a seismic isolation strut mechanism, that is, a seismic isolation strut.
The seismic isolation strut is equipped with a seismic isolation strut mechanism,
The base isolation strut is composed of the base isolation tension mechanism upper structure and the base isolation tension mechanism lower structure,
The upper structure of the seismic isolation stretch mechanism is composed of a hollow outer cylinder, a hollow inner cylinder that can slide in the vertical direction, and a seismic isolation member provided at the upper end of the inner cylinder. The seismic isolation stretching mechanism lower structure is composed of a seismic isolation member provided at the lower end of the outer cylinder,
The upper structure of the seismic isolation striking mechanism is a ball support provided at the upper end of the inner cylinder and a ball support provided at the inner end of the inner cylinder and provided at the upper end of the inner cylinder. It is composed of an elastic body that comes into contact, a shaft member that abuts against the elastic body, and a holder that holds the ball material of the ball support,
The seismic isolation striking mechanism lower structure includes a ball support and a holder for holding the ball material of the ball support.
As for the connection between the folding screen-type fitting and the seismic isolation strut, if a removable paper hinge device is used in the same manner as between the panels of the folding screen-type fitting, the applicability is widened because only one type of joiner is required.
By connecting the folding screen-type fitting and the seismic isolation strut with a removable paper hinge device, the folding screen-type fitting is fixed indoors.
On the other hand, to universalize the “joint” consisting of doors and partition panels, it is necessary to be able to use the doors and partition panels in two ways. When connecting folding screen-type fittings and seismic isolation struts with a removable paper hinge device, there are two ways to connect one end of the folding screen-type fittings to the seismic isolation struts and two ways to connect both ends to the seismic isolation struts. Can do. When one end is fixed, it can be folded or stretched to the desired shape. It can be used as an indoor door, storage door, or movable partition, and these shapes can be freely used. Become. When both ends are fixed, it becomes a “both-end-fixable partition panel”, which can be used as a partition panel and its shape can be freely set. Therefore, there is only one type of folding screen type joinery, and it can be shaped freely, and can be used for four purposes: indoor doors, storage doors, movable partitions, and partition panels. Can do.
In addition, there is a problem of “making joinery and furniture all-in-one with one mechanism”. For this reason, the seismic isolation mechanism is also used for furniture earthquake countermeasures. Therefore, the furniture is the furniture with the seismic isolation tension mechanism, that is, the seismic isolation tension furniture.
The seismic isolation strut furniture is equipped with a seismic isolation strut mechanism,
The seismic isolation stretch furniture is composed of the seismic isolation stretch mechanism upper structure and the furniture material and the seismic isolation stretch mechanism lower structure,
The upper structure of the seismic isolation strut mechanism is provided on the upper surface of the furniture material, and is provided at the outer cylindrical body having a hollow structure, the inner cylindrical body having a hollow structure capable of sliding in the vertical direction, and the upper end portion of the inner cylindrical body. Made of seismic isolation members,
The seismic isolation strut mechanism lower structure is composed of a seismic isolation member provided on the lower surface of the furniture material,
The seismic isolation stretch mechanism upper structure is fixed to the upper surface of the furniture material by fixing the lower end of the outer cylinder to the upper surface of the furniture material,
The upper structure of the seismic isolation striking mechanism is a ball support provided at the upper end of the inner cylinder and a ball support provided at the inner end of the inner cylinder and provided at the upper end of the inner cylinder. It is composed of an elastic body that comes into contact, a shaft member that abuts against the elastic body, and a holder that holds the ball material of the ball support,
The seismic isolation strut mechanism lower structure is configured by attaching any of a caster with a spring, a caster with a laminated rubber, a spring bearing, a laminated rubber bearing, a rolling bearing, a sliding bearing, and the like. The furniture is provided with the upper structure of the seismic tension mechanism at two locations on the upper surface of the furniture material, and the lower part of the seismic isolation mechanism below the panel that supports the upper structure of the seismic isolation mechanism among the panels constituting the furniture material. Install structure as appropriate.
The same detachable paper hinge device is used to connect the folding screen fixture to the seismic isolation struts, but the detachable paper hinge device is also used to connect the folding screen fixture and the seismic isolation furniture. If used, only one type of joiner is required, so the applicability is widened, and "joint and furniture can be made universal with one mechanism".
The seismic isolation thrust mechanism is a mechanism that allows the seismic isolation member to stretch while absorbing vibrations such as earthquakes. The bracing material equipped with the seismic isolation bracing mechanism is seismic isolation type. Since it absorbs shaking, it becomes more stable against shaking and the stigma can be made smaller. In other words, even if the stigma is downsized, it is difficult to fall down due to shaking. The base (holder) of the seismic isolation strut mechanism is small and has no directionality because it can be a cylinder with a diameter that is the same as or slightly smaller than the diameter of the column (outer cylinder).
On the other hand, seismic-type bracing materials such as commercially available furnishing prevention materials are difficult to cope with shaking unless the stigma is made larger than the pillar. If the capital is large, it is annoying. In addition, when the plane of the stigma is not circular but has a directional shape, it is troublesome because it is necessary to care about the direction of the installation, and if the direction is shifted due to shaking or the like, it becomes more annoying. When there are a plurality of the same type of bracing material in one room, the above-mentioned trouble is amplified. And it is difficult to install the pillars whose heads are larger than the pillars, because there are gaps when they are installed in the corners of the room.
As described above, in order to solve the problem that it is difficult to switch between fixed partitions, the problem of “removing partitions and adopting struts for earthquake countermeasures to make fixtures and furniture universal with one mechanism” Is
“Removable paper hinge device” and “Seismic isolation tension mechanism” are adopted as the core technology, and based on the fundamental technology, it is composed of “Folding style joinery”, “Seismic isolation tension strut” and “Seismic isolation tension furniture”. Can be dealt with by a carrying partition characterized in that it is possible to make all types of furniture and furniture universal by combining or rearranging the three basic items in various ways. . The carrying partition is a partition that carries a partition and corresponds to relocation in addition to the changeover.
The carrying partition of the present invention is based on the principle of `` universal use of furniture and furniture '' and adopting `` detachable paper hinge device '' and `` seismic isolation tension mechanism '' as the fundamental technology for realizing it, It consists of “basic 3 items” composed of “Folding screen fittings”, “Seismic isolation struts” and “Seismic isolation strut furniture”. And by the following six effects of the basic three items, it becomes possible to achieve universality of fittings and furniture by combining or recombining the basic three items.
(1) Connection and removal are facilitated by a removable paper hinge device.
The joiner needs only one type of detachable paper hinge device, and it is easy to connect and remove the panels and panels, panels and seismic isolation struts, and panels and seismic isolation furniture. Therefore, diversion, addition, and partial replacement can be easily performed.
(2) There are two ways to use the folding screen-type fittings: “one-end-fixable folding door” and “both-end-fixable partition panel” by connecting to a base-isolated strut or base-isolated strut furniture.
The “one-end-fixable folding door” can be used for indoor doors, storage doors, movable partitions, and can be freely shaped. The “both-end-fixable partition panel” can be used as a partition panel and its shape can be freely set. Accordingly, one type of folding screen-type fitting is compatible with the door and the partition panel, can be shaped freely, and can be used for four purposes: indoor door, storage door, movable partition, and partition panel. In other words, it becomes versatile as joinery.
(3) A rich variety of partitioning is possible with the three basic items.
As mentioned above, the folding screen-type fittings can be freely shaped and can be used for four purposes. However, there are two items, the seismic isolation struts and the seismic isolation stretching furniture, for fixing the folding screen-type fittings in the room. Because of this, there are a wide variety of combinations. In addition, the seismic isolation furniture can be manufactured in various uses and designs such as shelves, desks, and closets. Therefore, a wide variety of partitions can be configured by combining them in various ways with only three basic items: folding screen-type fittings, seismic isolation struts and seismic isolation strut furniture.
(4) The layout is freed by the removable paper hinge device and the seismic isolation mechanism.
The removable paper hinge device has a modern paper hinge that rotates 360 ° so that it can be shaped freely. In addition, the room is fixed by a seismic isolation seismic extension mechanism, so the position is free during layout.
(5) The height can be adjusted by the adjuster of the seismic isolation mechanism.
Therefore, it is easy to cope with reshuffling and changing to a living room with a different ceiling height.
(6) The seismic isolation mechanism makes it possible to fix indoors with a non-screw type.
Therefore, it is easy to install and remove the partition, and it is easy to install even a rental property where it is difficult to use screws.
Due to the effects of the above three basic items, it is possible to achieve universality of joinery and furniture by combining or rearranging the three basic items. Moreover, the carrying partition of this invention has the following three performances by said effect.
A. Divertability is high.
Therefore, the applicability is wide, and it is easy to cope even if the work is changed or changed.
B. Furniture and joinery can be connected.
Since the folding screen-type fittings can be used for storage doors, indoor doors, and movable partitions, the folding screen-type fittings can be used as the above-mentioned applications by connecting the seismic isolation stretch furniture and the folding screen-type fittings.
For example, FIGS. 16A, 16 </ b> B, and 16 </ b> C are shown as examples in which a storage door or an indoor door is connected to the seismic isolation furniture. The folding screen-

In addition, the
In addition to the above example, it is also possible to use a folding screen-type fitting connected to the seismic isolation furniture as a movable partition. Usually, the movable partition is folded on the side of the seismic isolation furniture and stretched when necessary to partition it into a desired shape.
In this way, when the seismic isolation furniture and the folding screen-type fitting can be connected, the interior property is excellent, the applicability of the layout is widened, and the needs can be easily met.
C. Combinations are possible from single to complex applications.
FIGS. 7A, 7B, and 7C are shown as examples of single use combinations.
The
As an example of the combination of composite uses, FIG. 19 (A1), (A2), (B), and FIG. 20 (A1), (A2) are shown.
The folding
On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 19A1 and 20A1, the folding screen fitting 10 ′ is usually folded to the right side of the
When the space in front of the seismic
As in the above example, the carrying partition of the present invention can be combined from a single use to a composite one. In order to carry and use the partition with the change of residence that I have experienced several times in my life since I left my parents, I have to live with a family who has grown from a younger life with little furniture. As the floor area of the room increases, the number of closets and furniture required increases, and it may be necessary to be able to handle temporary partitions such as bedroom corners and blindfolds in cluttered spaces. Since the portable partition according to the present invention can be easily adapted from diversion to addition to partial use from these single uses to complex uses, it is easy to lay out the partition according to the needs for each work change or relocation.
The three performances of the carrying partition according to the present invention have been described above. If you change your homework or change your home, long-term continuous use is difficult if it is difficult to meet your needs or the interior is not calm. Since the carrying partition according to the present invention facilitates layout of the partition according to needs while balancing the interior, it can be used continuously for a long time.
Therefore, the overall characteristics of the carrying partition according to the present invention include diversion / addition / partial replacement when it is necessary to change work or change home due to changes in life stage due to changes in academic work, livelihood, family structure, etc. It can be said that it is a partition that can be easily used, has a versatile adaptability to various living rooms, and can be used continuously for a long time.
The fixed partition puts the partition wall and joinery frame in front of the building frame, so it takes a lot of work to install and tear down, and it cannot be switched or transferred to another place. And since furniture is independent from a partition, furniture and joinery cannot be connected.
Of the retrofit partitions, the ceiling height type is retrofitted with a partition, so installation and removal are easier than fixed partitions, and it is possible to cope with reworking or diverting at a new location, but the ceiling height is particularly vertical. It is difficult to transfer to different living rooms. Also, in the width direction, it is necessary to adjust the ceiling rail and floor rail in addition to the panel. In the case of a new installation, the angle between the panels can be made as desired if it is made to order, but when diverted, the angle cannot be adjusted, so the shape and layout are limited. In addition, since furniture is not incorporated in the partition system, furniture and joinery cannot be connected.
Of the retrofit partitions, the Kamoi high type is not fixed to the ceiling, so it is easy to install and remove the partition, and it is possible to respond to changeover and diversion at the new location, but layout and Because the shape is limited, it is difficult to meet the needs. And since furniture is not built in the partition system, furniture cannot be connected to joinery.
On the other hand, the carrying partition according to the present invention employs a seismic isolation tension mechanism as an indoor fixing method, that is, as an earthquake countermeasure, so that the partition can be easily installed and removed, and combined with a removable paper hinge device, It is easy to be diverted at a change or relocation destination. In addition, the shape can be freely changed and the layout can be freely set. This is the same in the case of new installation and diversion destination. The furniture is incorporated into the partition system, and the furniture and the joinery can be connected. Even when newly installed and at a diversion destination, a single combination of partitions can be combined to a combined combination including furniture.
Therefore, the carrying partition of the present invention can be easily transferred, added, or partially exchanged when it is necessary to change work or change of house due to changes in life stage due to changes in academic work, livelihood, family composition, etc. The feature of the partition that can adapt to various living rooms and can be used continuously for a long period of time is that there is no fixed partition or retrofit partition ceiling height type or Kamoi height type. It can be said that this is a characteristic unique to the.
As described above, the fixed partition has problems that it is difficult to change the interval, the floor plan is formulated, and the private room is closed. The effects of the carrying partition of the present invention against these will be described below.
Since it is difficult to switch between fixed partitions, the “four-choice vicious circle” continues when it is necessary to switch between the partitions, which greatly affects the comfort (amenity) of the house and the environmental load. It is a problem that fixed partitioning is difficult to switch between work, but it was a bigger problem to break the “four-choice vicious circle” surrounding this switching. The four options and their problems were as follows.
1. Don't switch between work as it is-endure with some inconvenience.
2. Reworking—There is a heavy burden including environmental burdens such as the removal of existing partitions, new construction and waste disposal, and the costs associated with them.
3. Relocation – finding a property, moving, and adapting to the new environment are heavy.
4). Rebuilding before the life of a house-In Japan, the life of a house is short, so there is a strong tendency to rebuild before the life of a house without switching between houses. Along with dismantling and new construction and waste disposal of existing houses, relocation and moving work during construction, and the costs associated with them, rebuilding before the lifetime promotes a substantial reduction in the life of the house, including environmental impact. The burden is even greater.
However, since the carrying partition according to the present invention can be easily switched, it is possible to break the above four-choice vicious circle. And since the necessity of rebuilding a house before a lifetime becomes small, it becomes easy to prolong the life of a house. Moreover, since the partition is independent from the building and can be continuously used for a long time, the waste during the changeover and the dismantling of the house is reduced.
Since the nLDK type house with fixed partitions is formulated, it is necessary to search for a property with a floor plan close to hope when moving to a new house and to build it with a custom house in order to make the floor plan as desired. However, when the carrying partition according to the present invention is used, it is possible to easily install and partition the partition, so that the room portion of the house can be made free space. If it is a free space type house which uses the carrying partition of the present invention by making the living room part a free space, it is easy to make a desired floor plan.
The fixed partition is highly sound-insulating, so the private room has the advantage of respecting the privacy of the family. However, on the other hand, it has the disadvantage that it is closed and the family tends to stay in a private room and fall apart. On the other hand, since the carrying partition of the present invention is a Kamoi high type, there is a disadvantage that sound insulation is low. However, for example, it is possible to deal with the layout by dividing the bedrooms of the parent and child into upper and lower sides through a colonnade. And the portable partition of this invention can be used as a folding folding door with one end of folding screen type fittings. In this method, one end of the folding screen-type fitting can be connected to a base-isolated strut or a base-isolated strut furniture so that it can be folded and stretched, and the shape can be freely set. Therefore, a folding screen type fitting can be installed on the side of each bedroom facing the atrium to open and close the entire surface as a one-end-fixable folding door. It can be closed at night to sleep and fully open during the day to “balance between family privacy and openness”.
As described above, the effects of the carrying partition according to the present invention are summarized as follows. “Improving living comfort (amenity)” and “Reducing environmental impact”.
The carrying partition of the present invention has both sides of modernity and history.
The mobile phone of a telephone has the advantage that it can be used "anywhere" over a fixed telephone. The carrying partition of the present invention has the same advantage that it can be used everywhere as compared to the fixed partition, and the carrying partition and the mobile phone have the common feature that they can be used anywhere for fixing. Has a modernity comparable to a telephone.
However, on the other hand, the performance that can be used anywhere for fixing, which is common to this mobile phone, is made possible by the versatility that can be adapted to various living rooms by the versatility of fittings and furniture in the case of carrying partitions. The universality in this case includes the meaning of flexibility. And the history of flexibility of Japanese houses is getting old.
Since we have already explained the history of Japanese house flexibility, here is a summary.
The folding screen established in ancient Japan was an indispensable obstacle for partitioning daily living spaces in the ceremonial space, which is a large open space, in the building of the sleeping house, a noble residence of the Heian period. . At that time, the change of large space and small space was done by folding screen, and flexibility by folding screen was already obtained. And when the place to divide was fixed, the eaves developed from the folding screen, and the eaves were established in the bedding structure.
In the Kamakura period, samurai emerged instead of public houses. The economic power of public houses has declined, the size of the sleeping houses has been reduced and simplified, and the houses of samurai have also been in the same series.
Since folding screen hinges were stringed and slashed leather, traditional paper hinges were established from the Kamakura period to the Muromachi period. The folding screen using traditional paper hinges can draw through and can be folded on both the front and back sides, and the effect of preventing crevice wind has increased compared to the traditional folding screen. In addition to the gorgeous wall-barrier paintings that make use of these effects, there are simple wind-towers that surround the tea-seat wind-furnace and pillow folding screens that conceal the torn futons of the poor tenement.
Gold screens and screens depicting barriers were given to China and Korea as gifts of the Shogunate since the Muromachi period, and also to Portugal as exports of the shogunate during the Momoyama period.
On the other hand, in the Ura Nagaya, where there was no closet in the Edo period, a pillow screen was used to hide the bedding folded in the corner of the room during the day, and to hide the sleeping figure from visitors at night and to prevent crevice winds. A folding screen was used on a daily basis.
In this way, the flexibility of Japanese houses was brought about by traditional obstacles such as folding screens that began in ancient Japan, and the development of cocoons and shoji. Therefore, the source of flexibility in Japanese houses was the folding screen that became the basis for the draw joiners such as 襖 and shoji.
However, modernization has changed the style of housing. In order to ensure privacy, which was difficult in conventional Japanese houses, when nLDK type houses with fixed partitions spread along with aluminum sashes, folding screens for blocking people's eyes and wind were generally not used. On the other hand, even if it becomes an nLDK type house, the Japanese-style room remains, and the screen and shoji are still in common use, in contrast to the folding screen. In such a situation, the folding screen has entered an obstructive situation without mass production or significant development, and the general public knows the folding screen, but only has the image of being placed in a zigzag shape. There are few opportunities to rotate the panel by touching the hand, and there is a situation that the folding screen panel rotates 360 ° and the traditional paper hinge does not know, and the traditional paper hinge becomes a “buried traditional technique” It has become.
The obstructive situation of the folding screen can be read from the patent document of the previous application.

Difference 3: In the invention described in
Next, when the present invention and the invention described in
Difference 1: In the present invention, a modern paper hinge composed only of blades is attached to a pair of channel members to form a removable paper hinge device. Since the walnut is omitted, material and labor can be saved, so that the cost can be easily reduced and the number of panels can be easily used. On the other hand, in the invention described in
Difference 2: In the present invention, a seismic isolation strut mechanism is adopted as a fixing method in the room. The folding screen type fitting is fixed in the room by connecting the folding screen type fitting to the base isolation stretching column or the base isolation stretching furniture, which is equipped with the above-mentioned isolation mechanism. Therefore, it is easy to install because it is a non-bis type, and it is easy to install even in rental properties where the use of screws is restricted. In addition, since the height of the seismic isolation mechanism can be adjusted by the function of the adjuster, it can be easily installed in rooms with different ceiling heights.
On the other hand, in the invention described in
Difference 3: According to the present invention, the folding screen type joiner has two usages: one-end-fixable folding doors and both-end-fixable partition panels. The one-end-fixable folding door can be used for indoor doors, storage doors, movable partitions, and can be freely shaped. The both-end-fixable partition panel can be used as a partition panel, and its shape can be freely set. Therefore, one type of folding screen-type fittings can be used for doors and partition panels, and it can be used for four purposes: indoor doors, storage doors, movable partitions, and partition panels while being flexible. I can plan.
On the other hand, in the invention described in
Difference 4: In the present invention, a folding screen type fitting, a base-isolated strut and a base-isolating strut furniture are used as three basic items, and the above three basic items are combined to achieve universal use of the fitting and furniture. As a result, it is possible to connect three types of applications, from single use to multiple use, which can be connected to furniture and furniture. If it is necessary to change work or change house due to changes in the life stage, etc., it can be easily transferred, added, or partially replaced, and it can be used in a variety of rooms for a long period of continuous use. It has the overall feature of being a possible partition.

The filing years of
The invention described in
As mentioned above, the flexibility of Japanese houses is brought about by folding screens that began in ancient Japan and the obstacles that have been developed since then, such as folding screens and shoji screens. Clarified the situation of “traditional technology”.
Now, the relationship between the carrying partition of the present invention, folding screen, folding screen and shoji will be clarified next.
As shoji is the same draw join tool as the kite, it should be included in the kite for comparison. Therefore, the comparison is performed for the carrying partition, folding screen, and kite of the present invention. However, the carrying partition consists of three basic items: folding screen fittings, seismic isolation struts and seismic isolation furniture. Therefore, in contrast with folding screens and folding screens, it is necessary to compare these with the folding screen type fittings in the carrying partition, and to clarify the seismic isolation struts and seismic isolation stretching furniture in relation to the folding screen type fixtures. For clarity, the comparison is made for folding screen-type fittings, folding screens, and folding screens. In this case, the “folding screen” refers to a folding screen in which traditional paper hinges are stretched directly on the panel.
[Fixing indoors, shape, length, position] Regarding “Fixing indoors”, folding screen type fittings can be fixed indoors by connecting to seismic isolation struts. In contrast, folding screens cannot be fixed indoors. And the fence can be fixed indoors by the duck and the threshold.
As for “shape”, the folding screen-type joinery is connected to the seismic isolation strut, so that it can be used in two ways: one-end-fixable folding doors and both-end-fixable partition panels. On the other hand, folding screens can be freely shaped because they are connected with traditional paper hinges, but they cannot be fixed indoors, so they are basically placed in a zigzag shape as a shape that is difficult to collapse. And the kite is basically used in a straight line.
Regarding the “length”, the folding screen-type fittings are connected by a detachable paper hinge device, so that the number of panels can be easily increased or decreased. On the other hand, the folding screen is difficult to increase or decrease because the traditional paper hinges are stretched directly on the panel. The length of the frog is limited by the duck and the threshold.
With regard to “position”, folding screen type fittings can move freely. Similarly, folding screens can move freely. In contrast, the trap is limited by the duck and threshold.
As described above, the folding screen-type joinery is more flexible than the folding screen and the folding screen in terms of indoor fixation, shape, length, and position.
[Connection with furniture] The folding screen type fittings can be connected with seismic isolation furniture. Since the folding screen-type fittings can be used for storage doors, indoor doors, and movable partitions, the folding screen-type fittings can be used as the above-mentioned applications by connecting the folding screen-type fittings and seismic isolation furniture.
If you install seismic isolation furniture on the wall and connect it with a folding screen-type fitting to use it as a closet storage door, you can turn the seismic isolation furniture into embedded wall furniture and only adjust the panel width. This makes it easy to adjust the overall width to the room width, so the interior is clean. In addition, seismic isolation furniture is placed in the middle and used as partition furniture, and a folding screen-type fitting is connected to it as an indoor door, so that it is possible to keep privacy. And it is also possible to use the folding screen type joiner connected to the seismic isolation stretch furniture as a movable partition. Usually, a movable partition is folded beside the seismic isolation furniture and stretched when necessary to partition it into the desired shape. As described above, when the folding screen type fitting and the seismic isolation furniture can be connected, the interior property is excellent, the applicability of the layout is widened, and the needs can be easily met.
In contrast, folding screens and screens cannot be connected to furniture.
As described above, folding screen-type fittings are more flexible than the folding screen and folding screen in connection with furniture.
[Diversion] The folding screen-type fitting can be fixed indoors and is easy to divert as follows.
・ With a removable paper hinge device, only one type of joiner is required, and it is easy to connect and remove panels and panels, panels and seismic isolation struts, and panels and seismic isolation struts. Since it becomes easy to perform partial replacement, various partitions can be reconfigured.
・ A modern paper hinge that rotates 360 ° is attached to the removable paper hinge device, so it can be shaped freely.
・ By connecting to seismic isolation struts or seismic isolation furniture, there are two ways of using one-end-fixable folding doors and both-ends-fixable partition panels. It can be used for four purposes: storage doors, movable partitions, and partition panels, making it a universal tool.
・ It is fixed in the room by connecting with the base isolation struts and base isolation furniture with the base isolation tension mechanism, but the height of the base isolation tension mechanism can be adjusted by the adjuster, so the ceiling height is It can be easily adapted to different living rooms, and the layout can be freely positioned, and it can be fixed with a non-screw type. Therefore, it is easy to install and remove, and it is easy to install even rental properties where it is difficult to use screws.
On the other hand, folding screens cannot be fixed indoors and are difficult to divert because traditional paper hinges are directly attached to the panels. Moreover, even if it is diverted, the number of panels remains the same, or the panel finish is changed by increasing or decreasing.
And although a coffin can be fixed indoors, it is hard to divert. Since the heel panel is manufactured in accordance with the height between the stag and the sill and the site dimensions of the sword and the sill, the height and width of the panel are regulated. In order to divert the firewood, it is necessary to adjust the height and width of the panel according to the diversion destination and the threshold.
As described above, folding screen-type joinery becomes even more flexible in terms of diversion as compared to folding screens and folding screens.
In this way, the folding screen type joinery becomes even more flexible with respect to folding screens and screens by combining with the base isolation struts and the base isolation support furniture. And since the folding screen-type fittings and the seismic isolation struts and the seismic isolation stretching furniture are carrying partitions, the carrying partition of the present invention is much more flexible than folding screens and screens. It can be said that the carrying partition of the present invention is a form that further develops the flexibility characteristic of Japanese traditional obstacles such as folding screens and kites.
The carrying partition of the present invention is
By further developing the characteristic of flexibility that Japanese traditional obstacles, such as folding screens that began in ancient Japan and those developed from them, shoji and shoji,
To make all kinds of joinery and furniture versatile,
Addressing the problems of fixed partitions that lack flexibility, such as difficult to switch between floors, formulated floor plans, and closed private rooms,
When it is necessary to move or change housework due to changes in the life stage due to changes in academic work, livelihood, family composition, etc., diversion, addition, and partial replacement can be easily performed, and it is versatile to adapt to various living rooms Have long-term continuous use,
Two effects, "Improving the comfort of living (amenity)" and "Reducing environmental impact"
It is a partition that makes it easy to cope with today's life.
If the carrying partition according to the present invention is used, it is possible to easily install and partition the partition, so that it is possible to make a free space type house where the room portion of the house is a free space.
Therefore, the free space type housing that uses a portable partition is a type of housing that further expands the flexibility of Japanese houses, addressing the above-mentioned problems of nLDK type housing with fixed partitions that lack flexibility. , “Improvement of living comfort (amenity)” and “Reduction of environmental burden” are brought about.
NLDK type houses with fixed partitions are popular especially in developed countries. In Japan, the life of a house is short and the house is a “scrap and build type”, while in Europe, the life is long and is a “stock type”. For this reason, when it is necessary to switch between houses, in Europe it is rare to rebuild before the life of a house, but it is difficult to switch between houses in the same way as Japan. There are three options out of the four options for interworking switching: “Putting in interworking without incurring interworking”, “Several inconvenience”, “Interim switching with a heavy burden”, or “Restoring with a large burden” The vicious circle continues, and there is a problem of fixed partitioning, which is a three-choice vicious circle involving interworking switching.
Areas where free-space houses using carrying partitions are effective are widespread both in Japan and overseas. Due to modernization, folding screens have not been progressively developed, and there is no tradition of flexibility in housing in Japan, where nLDK homes are prevalent, and nLDK homes are prevalent. Countries and regions such as Europe and the United States, and countries and regions that aim to achieve both “improving living comfort (amenity)” and “reducing environmental impact” for further development.
Therefore, the carrying partition of the present invention has a great versatility effect.
The portable partition of the present invention has a historical value of developing a traditional culture folding screen, which is not generally used due to modernization, and is in an obstructive situation, and modernization that is now widely spread throughout the world It combines the two new values of addressing the problem of style housing and creating a partition that is easy to handle today's life.
Therefore, the carrying partition of the present invention has an effect on both the development of traditional Japanese culture and the development of the world culture due to the above historical value and novelty.
In terms of the development of folding screens, folding screens were established in the Heian period and traditional paper hinges were established in the Kamakura period and the Muromachi period, but the carrying partition of the present invention is a progressive invention since then. .

First, the detachable

As shown in FIG. 10, a

A U-shaped cutout hole is formed at the left end of the
As shown in FIG. 10, a plurality of

As shown in FIG. 7B, the

The length adjustment of the seismic isolation strut 5 is the same as the length adjustment of the seismic isolation strut mechanism upper structure 4a. Since the seismic isolation strut 5 absorbs the shaking by the seismic
As shown in FIG. 8, the right end portion of the

When the carrying
In the seismic
The

In this way, when the seismic isolation furniture and the folding screen-type fitting can be connected, the interior property is excellent, the applicability of the layout is widened, and the needs can be easily met.
In addition, the seismic
FIGS. 19A1 and 19A2 are plan views of the third embodiment, FIG. 19B is a front view, and FIGS. 20A1 and 20A2 are perspective views. The folding

When it is desired to temporarily divide the space in front of the seismic isolation stretch furniture 6 'from the space in front of the seismic
The
