Claims (5)
- 車両のためのモータドライブシステムであって、
車両の第1のホイールを駆動するよう動作可能な第1の電気モータと、
車両の第2のホイールを駆動するよう動作可能な第2の電気モータと、
第1の端部と第2の端部とを有する回転シャフト部材であり、第1の電気モータは回転シャフト部材の第1の端部に連結され、第2の電気モータは回転シャフト部材の第2の端部に連結された回転シャフト部材とを有する、第1の電気モータおよび第2の電気モータが互いに位相を所定角度ずらして設けられることでトルクリップルを最小限にするモータドライブシステムであって、
回転シャフト部材を回転させるために回転シャフト部材に設けられた第1のギアと、
第1のギアと噛合するように配置された、回転可能な第2のギアを含む差動装置とを備え、
第1のギアは第1の電気モータと第2の電気モータとの間に配置され、第1のギアの回転軸は第2のギアの回転軸に対して直交し、
第2の電気モータは、回転シャフト部材に設けられた第1の電気モータに対して第2の電気モータが所定の機械的角度だけオフセットするように回転シャフト部材に設けられたモータドライブシステム。 - 第1の電気モータおよび第2の電気モータは互いに位相を電気角度で90度ずらして設けられることでトルクリップルを最小限にする、請求項1のモータドライブシステム。
- 第1の電気モータおよび第2の電気モータは互いに位相を電気角度で180度ずらして設けられることでトルクリップルを最小限にする、請求項1のモータドライブシステム。
- 第1の電気モータおよび第2の電気モータは12極の機械である、請求項1のモータドライブシステム。
- 第2の電気モータは、回転シャフト部材に設けられた第1の電気モータに対して第2の電気モータが機械的角度で15度オフセットするように回転シャフト部材に設けられる、請求項3のモータドライブシステム。
