サービス情報または決済情報の少なくとも一方の情報が記録されたＩＣカードの情報の読み取り、書き込みを行うカードリーダライタ装置と、
前記カードリーダにより読み取られた前記駐車券の情報に基づいて精算金額を算出するとともに、前記ＩＣカードまたは現金により精算処理を行う制御部と、を備え、
前記制御部は、前記駐車券が前記カードリーダに挿入された場合に、前記カードリーダライタ装置を前記ＩＣカードのサービス情報のみの読み取り待機状態に制御するとともに、前記カードリーダライタ装置により前記ＩＣカードのサービス情報が読み取られた場合に、前記カードリーダライタ装置を前記ＩＣカードの決済情報の読み取り待機状態に制御することを特徴とする料金精算機。 A card reader that reads the information written on the parking ticket;
