Claims (12)
- 刺激反応材料を通じて切除エネルギーを物質へ供給する供給ユニットと、前記刺激反応材料を有する容器とを有し、前記刺激反応材料は、前記物質の温度が前記切除エネルギーのために上限温度を超えて増大する場合、その光学特性を第1の状態の透明から第2の状態の散乱及び/又は吸収へ変化して、供給ユニットにより供給される切除エネルギーが前記刺激反応材料を通ることにより前記物質に到達するエネルギーが減少して、前記物質の温度が温度限界を超えないようにし、
前記刺激反応材料は、前記物質の温度が下限温度を下回って減少する場合、第2の状態から第1の状態へその状態を戻すように変化する、装置。 - 前記刺激反応材料は、温度感応ゲルである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置を冷却するための冷却システムを有し、前記刺激反応材料は、前記冷却システムを制御するために、その幾何的特性を変化する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記冷却システムは、少なくとも一つの流入パイプ及び少なくとも一つの流出パイプを有し、前記容器は、前記物質の温度が前記上限温度以下である場合、前記少なくとも一つの流入パイプと前記少なくとも一つの流出パイプとの間の接続を少なくとも部分的に不能にし、前記物質の前記温度が前記上限温度を超えて増大する場合、前記接続を可能にする、少なくとも一つのフレキシブル部分を有する、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記冷却システムは、前記供給ユニットの周りに延在する少なくとも一部分を有する、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記供給ユニットはファイバであり、前記切除エネルギーはレーザーエネルギーである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 流体を供給する及び/又は流すための洗浄システムを有し、前記刺激反応材料は、前記洗浄システムを制御するためその幾何特性を変化する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記物質を照明するための少なくとも一つの照明ユニットと、前記物質の状態についての情報を得るために、反射光を受けるための少なくとも一つの受光ユニットとを有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つの受光ユニットの第1の受光ユニットが前記刺激反応材料を通る反射光を受け、前記少なくとも一つの受光ユニットの第2の受光ユニットが前記刺激反応材料を通らない反射光を受ける、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも一つの照明ユニットが前記刺激反応材料を通じて前記物質を照明する、請求項9に記載の装置。
- カテーテル又は針である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 請求項8に記載の装置と、前記切除エネルギーを前記装置へ供給する少なくとも一つのエネルギー源と、前記得られた情報に基づいて、前記少なくとも一つのエネルギー源を調整するための制御ユニットとを有する、システム。
