Description

The present invention relates to a lighting apparatus installed outdoors where rainwater or the like is applied.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there has been known a lighting fixture in which a drainage portion is provided on a wall surface side of a bottom plate having an inclined surface so as to cover a lower portion of a frame that covers a light source (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
The lighting fixture of patent document 1 can drain the water which flowed along the baseplate from the drain part to the exterior of a frame.

1)JP2009-129757A (FIG. 2, claim 1)

The lighting fixture described in Patent Document 1 described above can be reduced in cost by reducing the number of parts by waterproofing without requiring a waterproof member such as a water shielding plate or packing.
By the way, in the same manner as the lighting apparatus described in Patent Document 1 described above, by narrowing down the mounting surface of the electronic component that is weak against rainwater that is mounted on the device main body, between the mounting surface of the electronic component and the other surface of the device main body. There has been proposed a lighting fixture that is provided with a stepped portion so that the mounting surface of the electronic component is higher than the other surface of the fixture body so that rainwater is not applied.
However, as shown in FIG. 5, such a conventional lighting device 100 can prevent rainwater from being applied to an electronic component (not shown) on a mounting surface (not shown) of the device body 101, but is not shown. The wiring 103 routed from the ballast or glow socket to the socket 102 is directly drawn obliquely with respect to the socket 102 from the side of the socket 102.
Therefore, in such a conventional lighting apparatus 100, rainwater that has entered the inside passes through the wiring 103 and enters the socket 102 to cause an electrical failure.

The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a lighting apparatus capable of improving quality by preventing rainwater that has entered inside from splashing on electronic components and sockets.

Hereinafter, a lighting apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, a lighting fixture 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a fixture main body 11 and a ballast 13 that is an electronic component attached to an electronic component attachment portion 12 disposed in the center of the fixture main body 11. And a glow socket 15 to which the glow tube 14 is attached, a straight tube lamp 16 attached to the front surface of the instrument body 11, and a pair of caps 17 at both ends of the straight tube lamp 16 are electrically and mechanically connected. A pair of sockets 18, a pair of socket bases 19 that support the socket 18 on the instrument body 11, a draining plate 20 that is attached to the outside above the socket 18 that is disposed above during installation, and the instrument body 11 The instrument body 11 includes a pair of cover brackets 21 attached to the outside of the socket 18 on the front surface and a thumbscrew 22 screwed into the cover bracket 21. A cover 23 made of a resin such as milky white attached on the axis of the straight tube lamp 16 on the front surface, and rainwater that has been placed around the electronic component mounting portion 12 and has entered through the thumbscrews 22 are guided in a predetermined direction. And is installed on the wall surface 1 by vertical attachment having a length above and below the wall surface 1.

As shown in FIG. 2, the instrument main body 11 is formed in a rectangular shape using a thin metal plate member, and one cover is formed on the electronic component mounting portion 12 from the upper side to the lower side in FIG. 2. Bracket 21, draining plate 20, one socket base 19 to which one socket 18 is attached, one wall mounting screw hole 25, glow socket 15 to which glow tube 14 is attached, ballast 13, and the other The wall mounting screw hole 25, the other socket base 19 to which the other socket 18 is attached, and the other cover bracket 21 are sequentially arranged. The ballast 13, glow socket 15, one socket 18, and the other socket 18 are connected to wirings 26 connected to an external power circuit.

The draining plate 20 disposed above the one socket 18 has a plate shape having a width dimension L2 smaller than the width dimension L1 in the short direction of the instrument body 11 at the upper part of the one socket 18 and has the instrument body 11. Is projecting in an eaves shape obliquely upward and is screwed to the instrument body 11. The draining plate 20 has a pair of standing walls 27 on both sides in the short direction of the instrument body 11. The pair of standing walls 27 protrudes upward from the instrument body 11.

The groove portion 24 has predetermined depth dimensions and width dimensions toward the wall surface 1 around the electronic component mounting portion 12 in the instrument main body 11. The groove portion 24 has an upper groove portion 28 arranged in parallel to the draining plate 20 at its upper end portion, a pair of side groove portions 29 connected to both ends of the upper groove portion 28, and a pair of side groove portions 29 at its lower end portion. From the lower groove part 30 connected to the lower end part of this, it is formed in the square endless shape similar to the front view shape of the instrument main body 11. FIG.

The groove portion 24 has an inner length L3 between the side groove portions 29 slightly smaller than a width L2 of the draining plate 20, and an outer length L4 of the side groove portions 29 has a width of the draining plate 20. Slightly larger than dimension L2. Therefore, the groove 24 is disposed at a position corresponding to the draining plate 20.

As shown in FIG. 3, the other socket base 19 has a plate-shaped main body 31 for attaching the other socket 18 at a position separated by a predetermined distance L5 from the instrument main body 11. A base 32 that is screwed to the instrument body 11 is provided on the instrument body 11 side. The base 32 also serves as the base of the cover bracket 21. The main body 31 is substantially perpendicular to the surface of the instrument main body 11. In the other socket base 19, a winding area 33 of the wiring 26 is set between the instrument body 11 and the other socket 18 in the main body 31, and the winding area 33 is connected to the other socket 18. A part of the wiring 26 is wound.

As shown in FIG. 4, since the wiring 26 is wound around the winding region 33 of the other socket base 19, the wiring 26 hangs down below the other socket 18 in the front stage portion drawn into the other socket 18. It has a hanging part 34 for rainwater dripping.
Therefore, even if rainwater that has entered the inside flows into the other socket 18 through the wiring 26 that is drawn into the other socket 18, the winding area 33 that the wiring 26 has in the other socket base 19. Since the rainwater drops downward from the rainwater dropping droop 34 that hangs downward from the other socket 18, the rainwater can be prevented from proceeding to the other socket 18.

Returning to FIG. 1, when the lighting fixture 10 is attached to the wall surface 1, the screw 35 inserted into one wall surface mounting screw hole 25 and the other wall surface mounting screw hole 25 is screwed into the wall surface 1. The main body 11 is attached to a predetermined position on the wall surface 1. Next, the cover 23 is put on the instrument body 11, and the cover 23 is attached to the front surface of the instrument body 11 by screwing the thumbscrew 22 into the screw hole 37 provided in the cover bracket 21 from the screw hole 36 provided in the cover 23.

Next, the effect | action of the lighting fixture 10 is demonstrated.
When rainwater is applied to the luminaire 10 installed on the outdoor wall surface 1 by mounting in the vertical direction so as to have a length above and below the wall surface 1 and the rainwater enters the inside through the thumbscrew 22 by any chance, the rainwater On the uppermost side of the instrument body 11, it is dropped on the draining plate 20 directly below the thumbscrew 22. Of the rainwater applied to the lighting device 10, rainwater that has entered the interior from between the cover 23 and the uppermost portion of the device body 11 flows from the uppermost portion of the device body 11 to the upper groove portion 28 of the groove portion 24.

The rainwater dropped on the draining plate 20 is guided from the draining plate 20 to the side groove portion 29 of the groove portion 24 because the draining plate 20 protrudes obliquely upward from the instrument body 11. Then, in the outer peripheral part of the electronic component mounting part 12, it flows through the side groove part 29 of the groove part 24 to the lower groove part 30, and is discharged from the lower groove part 30 to the outside below the instrument body 11. At this time, since the draining plate 20 has the standing walls 27 on both sides, the rainwater is gathered without dropping from both sides of the draining plate 20 after being dropped onto the draining plate 20 and actively guided to the groove portion 24.

On the other hand, rainwater that has entered inside from between the cover 23 and the uppermost part of the instrument body 11 flows from the uppermost part of the instrument body 11 to the upper groove part 28 of the groove part 24, and from the upper groove part 28 to the outer periphery of the electronic component mounting part 12. The side portion 29 flows through the side groove portion 29 to the lower groove portion 30 and is discharged from the lower groove portion 30 to the outside below the instrument body 11.

In the event that rainwater that has entered the interior flows into the other socket 18 via the wiring 26 that is drawn into the other socket 18, the rainwater drops below the other socket 18. Since the rainwater dropping drooping portion 34 is dropped downward, the rainwater can be prevented from proceeding to the other socket 18 and rainwater can be prevented from entering the other socket 18.

As described above, according to the lighting device 10 of the embodiment, the rainwater dropped on the draining plate 20 provided on the outside of the one socket 18 is guided by the groove portion 24 and is externally provided below the device body 11. Rainwater that has entered the interior from between the cover 23 and the uppermost portion of the instrument body 11 is guided by the groove portion 24 and is discharged to the outside below the instrument body 11. When rainwater that has entered the socket flows through the wiring 26 drawn into the other socket 18 toward the other socket 18, the arrangement is made so that the rainwater is wound from the upper side of the other socket base 19 toward the rear or the other front surface. The rainwater that has entered the interior of the ballast 13 and the glow socket 15 and the like is dropped by being dropped downward from the formed wiring 26 and discharged to the outside below the instrument body 11. And it can improve the quality so as not to apply to the socket 18.

Moreover, according to the lighting fixture 10 of one embodiment, even if rainwater that has entered the interior flows into the other socket 18 through the wiring 26 that is drawn into the other socket 18, the wiring 26 is Since it is wound around the winding region 33 of the other socket base 19, the rainwater drops downward from the rainwater dropping droop 34 that hangs downward from the other socket 18, thereby allowing the other rainwater to drop. The progress to the socket 18 can be prevented and the occurrence of electrical failure can be prevented.

The ballast, glow socket, glow tube, straight tube lamp and the like in the lighting fixture of the present invention are not limited to the above-described embodiments, and appropriate modifications and improvements can be made.
