Description
The present invention relates to a refill container in which a solid powder cosmetic in a contained inner dish is less likely to crack even when an impact due to dropping is applied.
Conventionally, powder cosmetics such as foundations are used by filling the inner dish in a solidified state by a method such as casting or wet filling, and attaching it to a cosmetic container. In order to deal with cases where the product is sold without being used, or when the solid powder cosmetic in the medium dish mounted on the cosmetic container is used up, only the medium dish filled with the solid powder cosmetic is refilled as a so-called “refill”. It is carried out by storing in a container. And since this solid powder cosmetics, especially the cosmetics solidified by molding, are easily damaged by impact, those having a buffer property are used as refill containers.
For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a configuration in which the exposed surface of the solid powder cosmetic in the intermediate dish is attached to the intermediate dish, the lid portion protecting the exposed surface in the attached state, and the middle in the attached state. A mounting part having a holding part for holding the inner dish in a state in which the bottom surface of the dish is exposed; an engaging part that engages with the inner dish to prevent detachment; and an outer peripheral position of the holding part, A refill container comprising a folded portion formed so as to be continuously folded from a holding portion, and a refill container provided with a protruding portion protruding from the end portion at an end portion of the folded portion is disclosed. .
Further, by providing the protruding portion at the end of the folded portion, even if an external force is applied to the refill container in the direction facing the exposed surface, the mounting portion and / or the folded portion is elastic with the protruding portion as a fulcrum. It is described that the solid powder cosmetic filled in the inner dish can be reliably protected by deforming and absorbing external force.
However, recently, there is an increasing need for softer and softer solid powder cosmetics, and as described in Patent Document 1, it is difficult to prevent breakage of the solid powder cosmetics with conventional refill containers. It has become.
In particular, in the conventional refill containers including those described in Patent Document 1, in order to easily and reliably perform the operation of bending the refill container and taking out the intermediate dish from the refill container, An easy-bending part is formed by providing a side wall defect part in which a part of the side walls of two parallel sides is lost, but due to the structure of the side wall in the vicinity of the side wall defect part, an external force is generated by elastic deformation. Because it is difficult to absorb, when an impact is applied from the side of the side wall where the side wall defect portion is provided, the impact is easily transmitted to the inner plate, and the solid powder cosmetic material collapses from the site where the impact is applied. easy. And when the solid powder cosmetic is soft and soft, the frequency increases.
The present invention has a large shock-absorbing effect against the impact caused by dropping, and even when an impact is applied, particularly when an impact is applied from the side wall direction where the side wall defect portion is provided, the inner dish containing the solid powder cosmetic is stored. It is an object of the present invention to provide a refill container in which impact is not easily transmitted and, therefore, solid powder cosmetics do not easily collapse.
The present inventor has solved the above-mentioned problem by attaching a flange having a specific shape to the peripheral edges of the lower ends of the main body and the lid.
That is, the present invention comprises a main body having a main body side wall that rises from the peripheral edge and hangs down on the peripheral edge of the square bottom surface, and a lid body that has a lid side wall depending on the peripheral edge of the square lid surface. An easy-bending part is formed in the main body by providing a side wall defect part in which a part of the center part of each of the main body side walls of 2 to 4 sides including at least one set of two parallel sides out of the four sides is missing. In the refill container, a flange extending outwardly to each of the lower end periphery of the outer side wall of the main body and the lower end periphery of the lid side wall is attached to the outer side, and attached to the side of the flange provided with the side wall missing portion. The main body and the lid in a direction perpendicular to the bottom surface of the main body and the lid surface of the lid body, and the shape of the flange is a corrugated shape in which the valley portion is close to the side wall defect portion and has two or more peak portions. Refill with almost the same projected external shape It is a vessel.
The square means a rounded corner at the four corners as in the case of the conventional product.
According to the present invention, the solid powder cosmetic has a very simple structure and has a large buffering effect against an impact caused by dropping, and even when an impact is applied, especially when an impact is applied from the side wall direction provided with the side wall defect portion. Thus, it is possible to provide a refill container in which impact is not transmitted to the inner dish in which the solid powder cosmetics are stored, and thus the solid powder cosmetic is not easily broken.
Hereinafter, the refill container of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

In the refill container of the present invention, even if an external force is applied from the side surface due to dropping or the like, the main body flange and the lid flange are elastically deformed to absorb the external force and buffer the shock transmitted to the inner tray. By providing a corrugated flange having a valley portion close to the sidewall defect portion and having apexes of two or more peaks on the side where the
Moreover, even if the
In addition, the refill container of this invention provided the side wall defect | deletion part in each of the main body side wall of 2-4 sides including at least 1 set of 2 parallel sides of 4 sides of a main body, FIGS. As shown in the example shown in Fig. 1, not only is a mode in which side wall defects are provided on a pair of two parallel sides, but a mode in which side wall defects are provided on three of the four sides, or side wall defects on all four sides. The aspect which provided this is also included.
Thus, the flange attached to the side where the side wall defect portion is provided has a corrugated shape.
On the other hand, the shape of the flange attached to the side in the case of having a side where the side wall missing portion is not provided is the shape of the main
FIG. 8 is a plan view of the main body in a mode in which side wall defects are provided on all four sides, and therefore all flanges have a corrugated shape. Side

Then, the mixture was mixed again until uniform, and the resulting mixture was placed in a hot air dryer, dried at 50 ° C. for 4 hours, filled in a pan and press-molded.
A refill container having a shape shown in FIGS. 1 to 7 obtained by thermoforming a polyethylene terephthalate sheet having a thickness of 0.3 mm by vacuum forming, and made of aluminum filled with the solid powder cosmetic obtained above. An intermediate dish (mass 9.5 g) was housed and a drop test was performed.
1 to 3, the outer diameter of the portion excluding the flange is 57.8 mm in the vertical direction and 51.3 mm in the horizontal direction, and the inner diameter of the outer wall of the main body, that is, the inner diameter of the portion storing the inner dish is The vertical direction is 52.3 mm and the horizontal direction is 45.8 mm. The

The drop test was performed for each of five samples by the following method. P-tile (vinylidene chloride) was used as the flooring to receive the sample.
Longitudinal direction: Repeating dropping from a height of 20 cm with either one of the two sides not provided with a side wall defect until a crack occurs (however, up to 40 times) And recorded the number of drops until cracking occurred.
Lateral side direction: Repeating dropping from a height of 20 cm with one of the two sides provided with a side wall defect part down until cracks occur (however, the limit is 40 times) And recorded the number of drops until cracking occurred.
Erecting direction: In a horizontal state, dropping from a height of 40 cm was repeated until a crack occurred (however, up to 20 times), and the number of drops until the crack occurred was recorded. .
The results are as described in Table 2. For example, “40+” indicates that no cracking occurred even when dropped 40 times.
Comparative Example 1
A comparative refill container having a shape shown in FIGS. 10 to 16 obtained by thermoforming a polyethylene terephthalate sheet having a thickness of 0.3 mm by a vacuum forming method (in general use in the past) is described in Example 1. A drop test similar to the method performed was performed.
10 to 16, the shape of the
The test results are as described in Table 2.
As is clear from Table 2, the shape of the flange is the same for the fall in the vertical side direction, so the results of Example 1 and Comparative Example 1 are almost the same, but the drop in the horizontal side direction. On the other hand, in Comparative Example 1, the number of occurrences of cracks was 11 on average, and cracks occurred early, whereas in Example 1, there were three samples that did not crack even after 40 drops. The average value was 35 times or more, and the buffering effect was 3 times or more. In addition, a difference in effect is exhibited even when falling in an upright direction.
The refill container of the present invention has a large buffering effect against impact caused by dropping, and even when an impact is applied, even when an impact from the side wall direction provided with an easily bent portion is applied, the solid powder cosmetic is accommodated. Suitable for use as a refill container for powder cosmetics such as foundations, where impact is not transmitted to the inner dish, and therefore, solid powder cosmetics are less likely to collapse and tend to be softer and softer. It is done.
