Claims (8)
- 胎児心臓のモニタリングに応答してAECG/PCG信号(30)を生成するように構成されたAECG/PCGセンサ(12)と、
前記胎児心臓のモニタリングに応答してUS信号(32)を生成するように構成されたUSトランスデューサ(14)と、
信号対雑音比計算に基づいて、前記AECG/PCG信号(30)の品質を評価し、
前記AECG/PCG信号(30)の評価された品質を選択可能なしきい値と比較し、
前記AECG/PCG信号(30)の評価された品質が前記選択可能なしきい値を超えている限り、前記USトランスデューサ(14)を動作不能にし、胎児心拍数推定値を提供するために前記AECG/PCG信号(30)を処理し、
前記AECG/PCG信号(30)の評価された品質が前記選択可能なしきい値以下である場合だけ、前記USトランスデューサ(14)を動作可能にし、胎児心拍数推定値を提供するために前記US信号(32)を処理する
ように構成されたコンピュータ(40)と
を含む胎児心拍数モニタリングシステム(10)。 - 前記AECG/PCGセンサ(12)が、AECGセンサまたはPCGセンサを含む、請求項1記載の胎児心拍数モニタリングシステム(10)。
- 前記AECG/PCGセンサ(12)が、AECGセンサおよびPCGセンサを含む、請求項1または2に記載の胎児心拍数モニタリングシステム(10)。
- 前記AECG/PCGセンサ(12)および前記USトランスデューサ(14)に電力を供給するように構成されたバッテリ(24)をさらに含む、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の胎児心拍数モニタリングシステム(10)。
- 前記コンピュータに接続されたユーザインターフェース(22)をさらに含む、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の胎児心拍数モニタリングシステム(10)。
- 前記コンピュータ(40)が、品質信号(34)を生成するように構成された信号品質検出装置(16)を含む、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の胎児心拍数モニタリングシステム(10)。
- 前記コンピュータ(40)が、前記信号品質検出装置(16)に接続された信号選択装置(18)を含み、前記信号選択装置(18)が、前記品質信号(34)の解析に基づいて、前記AECG/PCG信号(30)および前記US信号(32)のうちの1つを選択するように構成された、請求項6記載の胎児心拍数モニタリングシステム(10)。
- 前記コンピュータ(40)が、前記信号選択装置(18)に接続された信号プロセッサ(20)を含み、前記信号プロセッサ(20)が、前記AECG/PCG信号(30)および前記US信号(32)のうちの1つに基づいて、前記胎児心拍数推定値を生成するように構成された、請求項7記載の胎児心拍数モニタリングシステム(10)。
