Description
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a technique for producing paper from recycled pulp obtained by breaking up used paper, a used paper pulp manufacturing apparatus, a used paper recycling processing apparatus provided with a used paper pulp manufacturing apparatus, and a method for operating the used paper pulp manufacturing apparatus. About.
Conventionally, as a used paper recycling apparatus equipped with a used paper pulp manufacturing apparatus, for example, as shown in FIGS. 13 and 14, a
According to this, when disassembling waste paper, as shown in the solid line of FIG. 13 and FIG. Recycled pulp-containing liquid is generated in the
However, in the above conventional format, the recycled pulp-containing liquid in the stirring
The present invention can reliably prevent the recycled pulp-containing liquid in the agitation tank from leaking downstream from the distribution pipe when the used paper is disaggregated, whereby the fibers in the agitation tank An object of the present invention is to provide a used paper pulp manufacturing apparatus, a used paper recycling apparatus, and a method for operating the used paper pulp manufacturing apparatus capable of stabilizing the concentration.
In order to achieve the above object, the first invention is a used paper pulp production apparatus for producing recycled pulp by stirring and deaggregating used paper with water,
A stirring tank that stirs waste paper and water, and a distribution pipe that takes out the recycled pulp-containing liquid in the stirring tank to the outside of the stirring tank,
In the middle of the distribution pipe, a tube pump for forcibly transferring the recycled pulp-containing liquid in the distribution pipe is provided,
Switch to the transfer state by driving the tube pump,
The tube pump is switched to a transfer stop state by stopping driving,
In the transfer state, the tube pump transfers the recycled pulp-containing liquid in the distribution pipe from the upstream side to the downstream side in a state where it is divided into the upstream side and the downstream side . and transfer of the recycled pulp containing liquid is stopped, and, in which between the circulation pipe upstream of the tube pump and a downstream side of the flow in the pipe is blocked by the tube pump.
According to this, when the used paper is disaggregated, the used paper and water are put into the stirring tank and stirred to produce a recycled pulp-containing liquid in the stirring tank. At this time, by stopping the tube pump and switching the regenerated pulp-containing liquid in the distribution pipe to the transfer stop state, the transfer of the regenerated pulp-containing liquid in the distribution pipe is stopped, and the upstream side of the transfer device is distributed. The tube pump blocks the space between the piping and the downstream distribution piping. For this reason, the regenerated pulp containing liquid in a stirring tank stays in a stirring tank, without flowing out to the downstream of a tube pump .
Further, since the tube pump is provided in the middle of the circulation pipe, also there is recycled pulp containing liquid on the downstream side of the tube pump, thereby, even when the fibers of the recycled pulp containing liquid adheres to the tube pump, The fibers adhering to the tube pump are always confined in the distribution pipe and are not exposed to the outside air exposed to the external space of the distribution pipe, and thus are difficult to dry. Therefore, the fibers adhering to the tube pump can be easily peeled off, and the fibers can be prevented from drying to form a sticky fiber layer on the tube pump , and maintenance can be easily performed.
As a result, when the tube pump blocks between the upstream distribution pipe and the downstream distribution pipe of the tube pump , the recycled pulp-containing liquid in the stirring tank leaks from the distribution pipe to the downstream side of the tube pump. Can be surely prevented, whereby the fiber concentration in the stirring vessel can be stabilized.
Thereafter, by driving the tube pump to switch the recycled pulp-containing liquid in the distribution pipe from the transfer stop state to the transfer state, the recycled pulp-containing liquid in the distribution pipe is transferred from the upstream side to the downstream side, The recycled pulp-containing liquid flows through the distribution pipe and is taken out of the stirring tank.
At this time, the recycled pulp-containing liquid in the distribution pipe is transferred from the upstream side to the downstream side in a state of being divided into the upstream side and the downstream side by the tube pump . In comparison, the fiber and liquid content (moisture) in the recycled pulp-containing liquid are difficult to separate, and the fiber concentration of the recycled pulp-containing liquid is stabilized.
There is also an advantage that the fibers in the recycled pulp-containing liquid are less likely to get entangled with the constituent members of the tube pump .
In the used paper pulp manufacturing apparatus according to the second aspect of the invention, the tube pump can reversely drive the recycled pulp-containing liquid from the flow pipe into the stirring tank.
According to this, by reversing the tube pump , the recycled pulp-containing liquid flows backward from the distribution pipe into the stirring tank. For this reason, waste paper, recycled pulp, and the like that are staying in the flow pipe between the agitation tank and the tube pump are returned to the agitation tank by the reverse flow and further disaggregated in the agitation tank. As a result, disaggregation is sufficiently promoted, and undisaggregated paper fragments are unlikely to remain in the distribution pipe, thereby improving the quality of recycled paper.
In the used paper pulp manufacturing apparatus according to the third aspect of the present invention, the distribution pipe is connected to the lower part of the stirring tank with the upstream end opened.
According to this, when the tube pump is driven and the recycled pulp-containing liquid in the stirring tank is taken out from the circulation pipe to the outside of the stirring tank, the recycled pulp-containing liquid can be prevented from remaining in the lower part in the stirring tank. All of the recycled pulp-containing liquid in the stirring tank can be taken out.
In addition, when waste paper or recycled pulp, etc. in the middle of disaggregation in the stirring tank enters and stays in the distribution pipe from the upstream end of the distribution pipe, the disaggregation that remains in the distribution pipe by reverse driving the tube pump. Intermediate waste paper, recycled pulp, and the like are easily returned from the upstream end of the distribution pipe to the stirring tank.
The used paper pulp manufacturing apparatus according to the fourth invention is a used paper pulp manufacturing apparatus for producing recycled pulp by stirring and disaggregating used paper with water,
A stirring tank that stirs waste paper and water, and a distribution pipe that takes out the recycled pulp-containing liquid in the stirring tank to the outside of the stirring tank,
In the middle of the distribution pipe, a flow path opening / closing device capable of switching the regenerated pulp-containing liquid in the distribution pipe between a transfer state and a transfer stop state is provided,
The flow path opening / closing device has a tube that forms at least a part of the distribution pipe, and an opening / closing member provided outside the tube,
The tube is elastically deformable in the radial direction,
The opening and closing member opens and closes the flow path in the tube by deforming the tube in the radial direction from the outside,
It is switched to the transfer state by opening the flow path in the tube,
It is switched to the transfer stop state by closing the flow path in the tube ,
In the transfer state, the recycled pulp-containing liquid in the distribution pipe is transferred from the upstream side to the downstream side,
In the transfer stop state, the transfer of the recycled pulp-containing liquid in the distribution pipe is stopped, and the flow path opening / closing device blocks off the flow distribution switch upstream and the flow distribution downstream. it is those that.
According to this, when the used paper is disaggregated, the recycled pulp-containing liquid in the distribution pipe is switched to the transfer stopped state by closing the flow path in the tube with the opening / closing member of the flow path opening / closing device, and in this state, the stirring tank Stir in waste paper and water. As a result, the transfer of the recycled pulp-containing liquid in the distribution pipe is stopped, and the flow path opening / closing device blocks the upstream side of the flow path opening / closing apparatus and the downstream side distribution pipe. The regenerated pulp-containing liquid generated in the tank stays in the stirring tank without flowing out of the stirring tank from the distribution pipe.
Moreover, since the flow path opening / closing device is provided in the middle of the distribution pipe, even if the fibers in the recycled pulp-containing liquid adhere to the tube of the flow path opening / closing apparatus, the fibers attached in the tube are always distributed. Since it is confined inside and not exposed to the outside space of the distribution piping and exposed to the outside air, it is difficult to dry. Therefore, the fibers adhering to the inside of the tube can be easily peeled off, and the fibers can be prevented from drying and forming a layer of stuck fibers in the tube.
After that, by opening the flow path in the tube, the recycled pulp-containing liquid in the distribution pipe is switched to the transfer state, whereby the recycled pulp-containing liquid in the distribution pipe is transferred from the upstream side to the downstream side, The recycled pulp-containing liquid flows through the distribution pipe and is taken out of the stirring tank.
Moreover, since the opening / closing member is provided outside the tube and opens and closes the flow path in the tube by deforming the tube in the radial direction from the outside, the opening / closing member does not directly contact the recycled pulp-containing liquid in the tube. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the fibers in the recycled pulp-containing liquid in the tube from adhering to the opening / closing member, and furthermore, even if the fibers in the recycled pulp-containing liquid adhere to the inner wall of the tube, Peel off.
The used paper recycling apparatus in the fifth invention makes paper at least from the used paper pulp manufacturing apparatus according to any one of the first to fourth inventions and the recycled pulp-containing liquid obtained by the used paper pulp manufacturing apparatus. And a papermaking apparatus.
According to this, it is possible to reliably prevent the recycled pulp-containing liquid in the stirring tank from leaking from the distribution pipe to the downstream side of the tube pump or the channel opening / closing device , and to stabilize the fiber concentration in the stirring tank. It is possible to improve the quality of recycled paper.
Further, after transferring to the paper machine in the subsequent step the recycled pulp containing liquid from the used paper pulp manufacturing device, a tube pump between the tube pump or channels opening upstream of the flow in the piping of the apparatus and the downstream side of the flow in the pipe or By blocking with the flow path opening / closing device , the empty agitation tank of the used paper pulp manufacturing apparatus can be washed.
The sixth invention is an operation method of the used paper pulp manufacturing apparatus according to the first invention,
Stir used paper and water in a stirring tank to produce a recycled pulp-containing liquid,
By positively driving a tube pump provided in the middle of the distribution pipe connected to the stirring tank, the recycled pulp-containing liquid in the stirring tank flows from the upstream side to the downstream side of the distribution pipe and is taken out of the stirring tank. Execute post-processing,
By reversing the tube pump , the recycled pulp-containing liquid is caused to flow backward from the distribution pipe into the stirring tank.
As described above, according to the present invention, when the used paper is disaggregated, it is possible to prevent the recycled pulp-containing liquid in the stirring tank from leaking from the distribution pipe to the downstream side. It is possible to stabilize the inner fiber concentration.

The storage tank 18 (an example of a storage unit) temporarily stores the recycled pulp-containing
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, at the bottom of the stirring
A tube pump 43 (an example of a switching unit and a transfer device) that forcibly transfers the regenerated pulp-containing
The
By driving the
この際、第1流通配管41a(すなわち切換手段の上流側の流通配管)内と第2流通配管41b(すなわち切換手段の下流側の流通配管41)内との間がチューブ46を押し潰しているローラー47によって遮断される。
In addition, by stopping the driving of the
Furthermore, the
(Deinking device 3)
Next, the configuration of the deinking device 3 will be described. As shown in FIG. 1, the deinking device 3 is provided on the downstream side (rear side) of the used paper
As shown in FIG. 4, the
A
As shown in FIG. 1, the
The rinsing
(Paper making machine 4)
Next, the configuration of the paper making apparatus 4 will be described. The paper making device 4 is provided on the downstream side (rear side) of the deinking device 3 and makes the paper containing the deinked pulp-containing liquid that has been rinsed by the rinsing
The
The
(Finishing device 5)
Next, the configuration of the finishing device 5 will be described. As shown in FIG. 1, the finishing device 5 is provided on the downstream side (back side) of the paper making device 4 and includes a
(Drainage treatment device 6)
Next, the configuration of the
(Operation of the first embodiment)
Hereinafter, the operation of the above configuration will be described.
First, as shown in FIG. 2, when the used paper 7 is fed into the
Next, the
In the
In such a state, the cutting
When the cutting
In addition, since the
After the agitating
In addition, if the above disaggregation processing is performed, the cutting
If the regenerated pulp-containing
Moreover, the inside of the stirring
Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 1, the recycled pulp-containing
The deinked pulp-containing liquid that has been rinsed by the rinsing
Thereafter, the
(Second Embodiment)
In the second embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7, the discharge port 42 (see FIG. 5) is not formed at the bottom of the stirring
(Third embodiment)
In the third embodiment, as shown in FIG. 8, a
According to this, by opening the on-off
Further, by closing the on-off
(Fourth embodiment)
In the first to third embodiments, the
Similarly, a Mono pump 88 may be used as shown in FIG. 9 instead of the tube pump 65 (see FIG. 4) shown in the first to third embodiments.
In the first to fourth embodiments, the
(Fifth embodiment)
In the fifth embodiment, as shown in FIG. 10, the
As an example of the switching means, a flow path opening /
The
Both the opening and
Hereinafter, the operation of the above configuration will be described.
When the cutting
Further, since the flow path opening /
After the agitating
Further, the open /
In the above embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, both the opening and
In each of the above-described embodiments, the small waste paper recycling apparatus 1 for general companies has been described, but the present invention can also be applied to a large waste paper recycling apparatus installed in a paper mill.
