Claims (3)
- 上部に溶湯の注ぎ口となる開口部を有する取鍋本体と、
前記開口部を塞いで取鍋本体を密閉する密閉蓋と、
前記密閉蓋を貫通して取鍋本体に、陽極電極と先端に陰極電極板を備えたL字型の陰極電極とを装入し、陽極電極と陰極電極板との間にアークを発生させ、発生させたアークの輻射熱を利用して取鍋本体内部を加熱するアーク加熱手段とを備え、
前記アーク加熱手段は、前記陽極電極を昇降させてアークの発生および消滅を制御するアーク制御手段を備える
ことを特徴とする取鍋予熱装置。 - 前記取鍋本体の内壁に、本体内部の温度を計測し、予め設定された目標温度に制御する温度制御手段を備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の取鍋予熱装置。 - 前記取鍋本体の内部に不活性ガスを注入する不活性ガス注入手段を備える
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の取鍋予熱装置。
