Description

The present invention relates to a fireproof joint structure in a roof of a house such as a house.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, fireproof roofs have been adopted for houses such as houses, and in the event of a fire, it has been practiced to prevent the spread of fires and fires to nearby houses with fireproof roofs. And as such a fireproof roof, what is described, for example in patent document 1 is known. Specifically, this refractory roof is formed by placing a refractory field material in close contact with a joint cover material, and then rolling the roof material on the refractory field material.

However, in the conventional fireproof roof, since the fireproof base material and the joint cover material are not fixed, when a fire occurs indoors, the fireproof base material is displaced from the joint cover material due to drying shrinkage. And if the joint between adjacent fireproof base materials spreads, the opening which cannot be obstruct | occluded with a joint cover material will be formed in the bottom part of a joint. As a result, there is a problem that an indoor flame goes out through this joint, and the progress of the fire is accelerated or the scale of the fire is increased.

The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and when a fire occurs indoors, it is possible to suppress the flame from being exposed to the outside through joints between adjacent field boards, and the field boards fall off. It aims at providing the fireproof joint structure of the roof which can also be suppressed.

The fireproof joint structure of the roof according to the present invention is:
A plurality of support members that extend due to thermal expansion are juxtaposed,
A jointer that is formed in a long flat plate shape and extends due to thermal expansion is installed on the support member,
A plurality of field boards that dry and shrink are placed next to each other so that the end faces face each other on the upper surface of the joint joiner,
The field plate, the joint joiner, and the support member are fixed by a fixture.

In the fireproof joint structure of the roof, it is preferable that the jointer is provided with ribs in the longitudinal direction.

In the fireproof joint structure of the roof, it is preferable that end faces of the field plate are abutted so as to sandwich the rib.

According to the fireproof joint structure of the roof according to the present invention, when a fire occurs indoors, even if the joint between adjacent field boards spreads due to drying shrinkage, the bottom of this joint is blocked by the joint joiner As a result, it is possible to suppress the flame from going outside through the joint, and also to prevent the fall of the field plate.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS It shows an example of embodiment of this invention, (a) is a perspective view of a joint jointer, (b) is a schematic sectional drawing of the fireproof joint structure formed using the jointer of (a), (c ) Is a schematic cross-sectional view of the fireproof joint structure of FIG. 本発明の実施の形態の他の一例を示すものであり、(a)は目地ジョイナーの斜視図、(b)は(a)の目地ジョイナーを用いて形成された耐火目地構造の概略断面図、(c)は(b)の耐火目地構造の火災時における概略断面図である。It shows another example of the embodiment of the present invention, (a) is a perspective view of a joint jointer, (b) is a schematic cross-sectional view of a fireproof joint structure formed using the jointer of (a), (C) is a schematic sectional drawing at the time of the fire of the fireproof joint structure of (b). FIG. 3 shows still another example of the embodiment of the present invention, where (a) is a perspective view of a joint jointer, and (b) is a schematic cross-sectional view of a fireproof joint structure formed using the jointer of (a). (C) is a schematic sectional drawing at the time of the fire of the fireproof joint structure of (b). It is a disassembled perspective view which shows an example of the fireproof roof provided with the fireproof joint structure. It is a perspective view (partially broken) which shows another example of the fireproof roof provided with the fireproof joint structure.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below.

FIG. 4 shows an example of a refractory roof having a refractory joint structure according to the present invention, and this refractory roof can be formed as follows.

First, a plurality of support members 1 are juxtaposed at predetermined intervals in the eave building direction, and then a plurality of support members 1 different from these support members 1 are placed on these support members 1 in a direction orthogonal to the eave building direction. Overlaid at predetermined intervals. Below, the supporting member 1 arranged in parallel in the eaves building direction will be described as a rafter 6, and the supporting member 1 arranged in a direction orthogonal to the eaves building direction will be described as a horizontal member 1 (including a roof komai). .

That is, after arranging a plurality of rafters 6 in the eaves ridge direction at a predetermined interval, the plurality of horizontal members 1 are arranged in parallel across the plurality of rafters 6 at a predetermined interval in a direction orthogonal to the eaves ridge direction. At this time, as the horizontal member 1, for example, H-section steel 1a, groove-shaped steel 1b, or the like can be used. It is preferable to use the H-section steel 1a as the horizontal member 1 at a place where the joints 7b are formed in a direction orthogonal to the eave building direction by adjoining the plurality of field boards 3 (described later) in the eave building direction. .

Next, a plurality of jointers 2 are installed on the plurality of horizontal members 1 in the direction of the eaves. At this time, it is preferable that the jointer 2 is installed in advance at approximately the same interval as the dimension of the field board 3 in the direction orthogonal to the eaves ridge direction (width dimension of the field board 3).

Here, as the joint joiner 2, a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet or stainless steel formed into a long flat plate shape as shown in FIG. 1A can be used. In order to reduce the cost, the jointer 2 is preferably formed of a hot dip galvanized steel sheet. Further, in order to prevent the joint joiner 2 from being bent carelessly and to facilitate the handling of the joint joiner 2, both side edges of the joint joiner 2 are folded back as shown in FIG. May be. When the folded piece 8 is provided, the joint joiner 2 is installed on the horizontal member 1 so that the folded piece 8 faces upward.

Next, as shown in FIG. 4, a plurality of field boards 3 are installed next to each other in the eaves ridge direction and the direction orthogonal to the eaves ridge direction on the plurality of horizontal members 1. At this time, as shown in FIG. 1 (b), the end surfaces of the adjacent base plates 3 are butted together on the upper surface of the joint joiner 2 to form a joint 7 a in the eaves-ridge direction. In addition, the joint 7b of the direction orthogonal to the eaves-ridge direction is formed in the upper surface of the horizontal member 1 (especially H-section steel 1a) like FIG.

Here, as the field board 3, woody boards such as plywood, OSB (Oriented StrandBoard), particle board, hard wood cement board, wood wool cement board, hard wood cement board, wood chip cement board, etc. A board etc. can be used.

Then, as shown in FIG. 1 (b), using a fixture 4 such as a screw, bolt, or nail, the fixture 4 extends from the upper surface of the end portion of the field plate 3 to the horizontal member 1 through the joint joiner 2. Screw or drive in. Then, the fireproof joint structure can be formed by fixing the base plate 3, joint jointer 2, and horizontal member 1 by the fixture 4 and integrating them.

Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 4, waterproofing material 9 (roofing) is laid on the upper surfaces of the plurality of field boards 3. When laying a plurality of waterproofing materials 9 as shown in FIG. 4, the waterproofing material 9 is formed by superimposing the eaves-side end portion of the waterproofing material 9 on the ridge side on the upper surface of the ridgeside end portion of the waterproofing material 9 on the eaves side. It prevents rainwater from entering the indoor space. Further, a plurality of piers 10 are arranged on the top surface of the waterproof material 9 in a direction orthogonal to the eaves-ridge direction. At this time, the piers 10 are previously arranged in parallel at substantially the same distance as the length of the roof legs 11 in the eaves ridge direction. And the ridge side edge part of the roof anchoring material 11 is fastened to the pier 10 with the fastening material 12, and the fireproof roof as shown in FIG. 4 is formed by sequentially laying the roof anchoring material 11 from the eaves side to the ridge side. can do. For the eave building direction, the eaves side end of the ridge side roofing material 11 is overlapped on the upper surface of the ridge side end of the eaves side roofing material 11, and for the direction orthogonal to the eaves building direction, the right side roofing material is used. 11 by overlapping the right end of the left roof covering 11 on the upper surface of the left end of the roof 11 or by overlapping the left end of the right roof covering 11 on the upper surface of the right end of the left roof covering 11. Perform the installation.

The fireproof roof formed as described above has a fireproof joint structure as shown in FIG. 1B. However, when a fire occurs indoors as shown in FIG. If the material 1 is made of metal, the horizontal member 1 extends mainly in the longitudinal direction due to thermal expansion, and the base plate 3 dries and shrinks, so that the joint 7a between the adjacent base plates 3 tends to spread. However, in the present invention, the joint joiner 2 is fixed not only to the horizontal member 1 but also to the base plate 3, so that the joint joiner 2 resists the spread of the joint 7a between the adjacent base plates 3. It will work to suppress. In this way, the bottom of the joint 7a can be kept closed by the joint joiner 2, so that the indoor flame 13 can be prevented from going outside through the joint 7a, and the field plate 3 can be prevented from falling off. It is something that can be done. In particular, if the joint joiner 2 is made of metal, the joint joiner 2 extends in the short direction (width direction) due to thermal expansion. Therefore, even if the joint 7 a between adjacent field boards 3 further expands, the bottom of the joint 7 a It can continue to block. The joint 7b in the direction orthogonal to the eaves-ridge direction is formed on the upper surface of the horizontal member 1 (particularly the H-section steel 1a). It can continue to block.

Here, as the joint joiner 2, a hot dip galvanized steel plate or stainless steel formed in a long flat plate shape as shown in FIG. 2A and further provided with ribs 5 in the longitudinal direction can be used. . In the case shown in FIG. 2 (a), the rib 5 has an inverted U-shaped cross section and is provided to protrude upward, but is not limited thereto, and the number of ribs 5 is also limited to two. is not. Then, when the joint joiner 2 shown in FIG. 2 (a) is used, a fireproof joint structure as shown in FIG. 2 (b) can be formed, but in this case as well, indoors as shown in FIG. 2 (c). Even if a fire occurs, the joint joiner 2 can continue to block the bottom of the joint 7a, so that the indoor flame 13 can be prevented from going outside through the joint 7a, and the field plate 3 can be removed. It can be suppressed. Further, since the joint joiner 2 shown in FIG. 2A is provided with the rib 5, the strength of the joint joiner 2 can be increased by the rib 5. In this case as well, the joint joiner 2 is preferably formed of a hot dip galvanized steel sheet, and the folded edges 8 may be provided by folding both side edges of the joint joiner 2.

Further, as the joint joiner 2, a hot dip galvanized steel plate or stainless steel is formed in a long flat plate shape as shown in FIG. 3A, and ribs 5 are formed in the longitudinal direction at a substantially central portion in the short direction (width direction). It is also possible to use those formed by providing. In particular, the rib 5 is folded back at approximately 180 ° and protrudes upward, and the joint joiner 2 is formed in an inverted T-shaped cross section. And in forming a fireproof joint structure using the joint joiner 2 provided with such a rib 5, as shown in FIG.3 (b), as shown in FIG. Match the end faces. When the fireproof joint structure is formed in this way, when a fire occurs indoors as shown in FIG. 3 (c), the joint joiner 2 can be horizontally mounted even if the horizontal member 1 extends in the longitudinal direction due to thermal expansion. It can follow the elongation of the material 1. That is, the rib 5 sandwiched between the adjacent base plates 3 is normally folded back at about 180 ° as shown in FIG. 3 (b), but as shown in FIG. 3 (c) when a fire occurs. From the above state, the cross section is opened and deformed in an inverted V shape. As described above, the rib 5 functions as an extension allowance, so that the joint 7a between the adjacent joint boards 3 can be expanded without relying only on the thermal expansion of the joint joiner 2 itself. The bottom can be kept closed with the joint joiner 2. According to the joint joiner 2 shown in FIG. 3 (a), the effect of blocking the bottom of the joint 7a can be further increased, and the strength of the joint joiner 2 can be increased by the rib 5. In this case as well, the joint joiner 2 is preferably formed of a hot dip galvanized steel sheet, and the folded edges 8 may be provided by folding both side edges of the joint joiner 2.

FIG. 5 shows another example of a fireproof roof provided with a fireproof joint structure according to the present invention. In the fireproof roof shown in FIG. 4 described above, the joint joiner 2 is used to close the bottom of the joint 7a in the eaves-ridge direction to form a fireproof joint structure, but in the fireproof roof shown in FIG. The jointer 2 is used to close the bottom of the joint 7b in the direction orthogonal to the eaves-ridge direction to form a fireproof joint structure. As described above, the joint joiner 2 can be used not only in the eaves direction but also in a direction perpendicular to the eaves direction. FIG. 5 shows a state in which the field board 3 is installed. Thereafter, the waterproof material 9 is laid in the same manner as that shown in FIG. Can be formed.
