各セル室(10)の下側縁部に、すなわちロータ(3)のジャケット面内で軸受溝(4)の間でロータ幅全体にわたり延在し、ベーンプレート(5)の軸受溝(4)に対して平行に設けられ、軸受溝(4)から支承ウェブ(11)だけ間隔をおいて設けられた横方向溝(12)を備えたスライディングベーンポンプにおいて、
この横方向溝(12)が非対称の断面輪郭(13)を備えており、この断面輪郭が各セル室(10)内において最深点(14)を備えており、この最深点は回転方向で見て必ずセル室の中心軸線(15)の後方に配置されていることにより解決される。

Claims (10)
- ポンプハウジング(1)内で支承され、軸(2)により駆動されるロータ(3)と、ロータ(3)の軸受溝(4)内で支承された複数のベーンプレート(5)と、ロータ(3)とベーンプレート(5)を取囲む外側リング(6)を備え、
ポンプハウジング(1)内に設けられた吸入ポケット(8)とこの吸入ポケットに対して180°だけずれてポンプハウジング(1)内に設けられた圧力ポケット(9)を備えており、
各セル室(10)の下側縁部に、すなわちロータ(3)のジャケット面内で軸受溝(4)の間でロータ幅全体にわたり延在し、ベーンプレート(5)の軸受溝(4)に対して平行に設けられ、軸受溝(4)から支承ウェブ(11)だけ間隔をおいて設けられた横方向溝(12)を備えたスライディングベーンポンプにおいて、
この横方向溝(12)が非対称の断面輪郭(13)を備えており、この断面輪郭が各セル室(10)内において、ロータ(3)の最小半径を有する最深点(14)を備えており、この最深点が回転方向で見て必ずセル室の中心軸線(15)の後方に配置されていることを特徴とするスライディングベーンポンプ。 - 最深点(14)が外径の約1〜8%分だけ、支承ウェブ(11)を互いに接続している仮想の外径の下方にあることを特徴とする請求項1記載のスライディングベーンポンプ。
- ベーンプレート(5)がロータ回転軸に対して垂直な面で見て、その両端面(16)において丸みを付されて、すなわち円弧状に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスライディングベーンポンプ。
- ベーンプレート(5)がその両端面(16)において丸みを備えていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のスライディングベーンポンプ。
- ベーンプレート(5)の前記端面(16)に設けられた丸みが、ロータの半径方向で見て、両端面16の半径方向の長さの半分に相当していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のスライディングベーンポンプ。
- ロータ(3)内に設けられたベーンプレート(5)の軸受溝(4)の壁部(17)にはグリスポケット(18)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスライディングベーンポンプ。
- 外側リング(6)が、回転可能に支承され、調節レバー(20)を備えた調節スライダ(7)内に設けられており、調節レバー(20)の一方の側には、ポンプハウジング(1)内に支承された圧縮バネ(21)が当接しており、そして
調節レバー(20)の対向する側には、流入開口部(22)を介して通路の制御圧力が作用する制御圧力室(23)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスライディングベーンポンプ。 - 制御圧力室(23)が各々シール片24により両側でシールされ、このシール片が各々割当てられ、圧力をかけられた案内室溝(25)内で摺動可能に支承されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のスライディングベーンポンプ。
- 案内室溝(25)が接続管路(26)を介して制御圧力室(23)と接続していることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のスライディングベーンポンプ。
- シール片(24)の下方の案内室溝(25)内で板バネ(27)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のスライディングベーンポンプ。
