Description
− 少なくとも二つのドライ電極が螺旋形である;
− 少なくとも一つのドライ電極が螺旋形であり、かつ少なくとも一つのドライ電極が直線状である;
− 少なくとも二つのドライ電極が同心的態様で配置されている;
− 穴の形状及び寸法が対応するドライ電極の形状及び寸法に対応する;
− 穴の直径が電極の直径の10%を越えない;
− 双極高周波手術器具がRF電流発生器、配置手段、制御手段、位置選定手段及び画像形成手段を含む。
− 挿入穴が螺旋形であり、かつ前記主本体の近位端に同心的態様で配置されている;
− 本体が少なくとも一つの螺旋形挿入穴及び一つの直線状の挿入穴を含み、前記穴が前記本体の近位端に同心的態様で配置されている;
− 挿入穴の直径が電極の直径の10%を越えない;
− 主本体が主本体の遠位端に少なくとも一つの補足穴をさらに含み、前記補足穴は直線状である;
− 主本体は円形であり、かつ第一の補足穴が前記主本体の周囲に接線態様で配置されている;
− 主本体は第一の補足穴に対して接線態様で配置された第二の補足穴をさらに含む;
− 少なくとも一つの螺旋形挿入穴がねじ付き棒を主本体の円形開口中に係合することにより形成されている;
− 案内装置が、案内装置を腹腔鏡手術器具のヘッドにまたは経皮手術器具の配置手段に固定するための固定部を含む。
Claims (11)
- 以下のものを含むことを特徴とする経皮手術器具:
経皮挿入のために構成されかつ同心的態様で配置されている少なくとも二つの硬いドライ電極(3,4,5)を含み、それらの電極の少なくとも一つ(3,4)が螺旋形である双極高周波手術器具、及び
主本体(7)を含む電極案内装置(6)、ただし、主本体(7)が近位端(73)と遠位端(74)、及び主本体(7)を通して延びる少なくとも二つの挿入穴(8,81,82)を持ち、それらの挿入穴が同心的態様で配置され、各挿入穴(8,81,82)が、対応する電極(3,4,5)が挿入穴を通って挿入穴によって案内されることができるように前記対応する電極(3,4,5)の形状及び寸法に実質的に対応する形状及び寸法を持ち、螺旋形電極(3,4)のための挿入穴(8,81)が実質的に螺旋形であり、電極が挿入穴中に除去可能に係合され、電極案内装置(6)が、電極が経皮手術処置を行なうことができるように人間の皮膚に対して電極案内装置(6)を配置するための配置手段(12)に前記電極案内装置(6)を固定するために配置された固定部(9)を含む。 - 螺旋形挿入穴(8,81)が、螺旋形電極(3,4)のピッチに実質的に対応するピッチを持つことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の手術器具。
- 前記ドライ電極の少なくとも二つが螺旋形であること、及び電極案内装置(6)が、対応する実質的に螺旋形の挿入穴(8,81)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の手術器具。
- 前記ドライ電極の一つが直線状であり、電極案内装置(6)が、対応する実質的に直線状の挿入穴(82)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の手術器具。
- RF電流発生器、配置手段、制御手段、位置選定手段、及び画像形成手段をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の手術器具。
- 双極高周波手術器具の少なくとも二つの同心的態様で配置された経皮高周波電極を案内するための電極案内装置(6)であって、高周波電極の少なくとも一つが螺旋形であり、前記電極案内装置(6)が主本体(7)を含み、主本体(7)が近位端(73)と遠位端(74)、及び主本体(7)を通して延びる少なくとも二つの同心的態様で配置された挿入穴(8,81,82)を持ち、各挿入穴(8,81,82)が、対応する電極(3,4,5)が挿入穴を通って挿入穴によって案内されることができかつ挿入穴中に除去可能に係合されるように前記対応する電極(3,4,5)の形状及び寸法に実質的に対応する形状及び寸法を持ち、少なくとも一つの挿入穴(8,81)が実質的に螺旋形であり、螺旋形電極(3,4)を案内するために配置され、電極案内装置(6)が、電極が経皮手術処置を行なうことができるように人間の皮膚に対して電極案内装置(6)を配置するための配置手段(12)に前記電極案内装置(6)を固定するために配置された固定部(9)をさらに含むことを特徴とする装置。
- 主本体(7)が主本体(7)の遠位端(74)に少なくとも一つの補足穴(10)をさらに含み、前記補足穴(10)が直線状であり、直線状の電極、固定部材、または針を案内するために配置されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。
- 第一の前記補足穴(10)が前記主本体(7)の周囲に接線態様で配置されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 主本体(7)が第一の補足穴(10)に対して接線態様で配置された第二の前記補足穴(11)をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- 主本体(7)が円形開口(13)を含み、ねじ付き棒(14)が円形開口(13)中に入れられ、それにより螺旋形挿入穴(8,81)が形成されることを特徴とする請求項6〜9のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 請求項6〜10のいずれかに記載の電極案内装置(6)、及び少なくとも二つの硬いドライ高周波電極(3,4,5)を含み、それらの少なくとも一つ(3,4)が螺旋形であることを特徴とする部品キット。
