The present invention provides a connection between a terminal body, a box body provided with an opening at the bottom through which a terminal from the outside can be inserted, and a terminal section that is fixed to the box body and can be conducted by contacting the terminal. The pressing portion that can be switched between a contact state for holding the terminal between the terminal portion and the terminal portion and the terminal portion and a separated state separated from the terminal portion, and holding the pressing portion integrally and the distance of the pressing portion with respect to the terminal portion The present invention relates to a terminal box provided with a holding part formed so as to be slidable on the box body along a direction and a slide mechanism capable of forming a contact state by sliding the holding part.

Conventionally, as this type of terminal box, as shown in FIG. 14, a rectangular metal vertical cylinder member 20 formed integrally with the box body 1 and an inner space of the vertical cylinder member 20 are inserted from above. Some of them are configured to include an insertion member (corresponding to a holding portion) 21 (for example, see Patent Document 1).
Of the four peripheral surfaces of the vertical cylindrical member 20, one peripheral surface portion 20a is configured as a terminal portion 22, and the two peripheral surface portions 20b and 20c adjacent to the terminal portion 22 connect the insertion member 21 to the terminal portion. It is comprised as the side wall part 23 provided with the function (slide mechanism) guided to 22 side.
The insertion member 21 is configured by a vertically-arranged groove-shaped member. The bottom surface portion 21a corresponding to the groove bottom among the three peripheral surfaces is bent in a state of being folded back from the lower end edge to the groove inner space side. An inclined surface portion 21b is provided. The inclined surface portion 21b is configured to be elastically swingable in the groove depth direction, and functions as a pressing portion 24 that conducts with the terminal 4 interposed between the terminal portion 22 and the vertical cylindrical member 20. .
The slide mechanism S includes a pair of upper and lower elongated holes 25 formed in an inclined state on both side wall portions 23 of the vertical cylinder member 20 and a pair of upper and lower rod members 21d provided in a penetrating manner across both side surface portions 21c of the insertion member 21. And is configured.
The long hole 25 is formed so as to be inclined in a direction that becomes lower as it approaches the terminal portion 22.
The rod member 21 d is provided in a state in which the end portion protrudes from both side surface portions 21 c of the insertion member 21, and the protruding end portion 26 is configured to be fitted in the elongated hole 25 of the vertical cylindrical member 20.
Therefore, the insertion member 21 is operated to be pushed into the lower end of the inner hollow portion of the vertical cylinder member 20 in a state where the insertion member 21 is attached to the vertical cylinder member 20 so that the protruding end portion 26 is fitted into the elongated hole 25. Then, the protruding end portion 26 that makes point contact with the inner peripheral portion 25 a of the elongated hole 25 is guided obliquely downward along the longitudinal direction of the elongated hole 25.
Therefore, by the insertion operation of the insertion member 21, the pressing portion 24 moves to the terminal portion 22 side to apply an elastic biasing force, and the terminal 4 is clamped between the terminal portion 22 and the terminal portion 22 and the terminal 4. Can be established.

21)Japanese Patent Laying-Open No. 2011-14466 (FIG. 21)

According to the above-described conventional terminal box, the guiding action by the slide mechanism is exhibited as the insertion member is inserted into the vertical cylindrical member, and the terminal portion and the terminal are electrically connected by the pressing portion. As described above, since the slide mechanism is composed of the elongated hole formed in the side wall portion of the vertical cylindrical member and the rod member of the insertion member, the insertion force transmitted from the rod member is brought into contact with the inner periphery of the elongated hole. It will act on a single point, and there is a risk of stress concentration.
As a result, for example, the contacted portion of the inner periphery of the elongated hole may be deformed, and there is a problem that the operation of the insertion member cannot be performed smoothly.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a terminal box that can solve the above-described problems and can smoothly perform a terminal connection operation.

The first characteristic configuration of the present invention is a box body provided with an opening at the bottom thereof through which a terminal from the outside can be inserted, and a terminal part that is fixed to the box body and can be conducted by contacting the terminal. , A pressing portion that can be switched between a contact state for holding the terminal between the terminal portion and conducting the conduction between the terminal portion and the terminal, and a separated state separated from the terminal portion; A holding part formed to be slidable on the box body along the perspective direction of the pressing part with respect to the part, and a slide mechanism capable of forming a contact state by sliding the holding part. A wedge-shaped member that guides and operates the holding portion in a contact state by securing the reaction force and sliding the inclined wedge surface against the holding portion, and is formed in the holding portion and receives the inclined wedge surface in a face-to-face state. Pressure-receiving surface Ete in the place you have configured.

According to the first characteristic configuration of the present invention, as the slide mechanism, a wedge shape that secures a reaction force to the box body and guides the holding portion into a contact state by causing the inclined wedge surface to enter the sliding portion while being in sliding contact with the holding portion. Since the member and the pressure receiving surface that is formed on the holding portion and receives the inclined wedge surface in a state of contact with the surface, the contact state between the inclined wedge surface of the wedge-shaped member and the pressure receiving surface of the holding portion is determined. The terminal can be connected by sliding the wedge-shaped member while maintaining it.
Therefore, since the operation of the slide mechanism can be transmitted in a state in which the operating force is distributed over the entire wide contact surface as compared with the conventional one in which the operation of the slide mechanism is performed only by point contact between the rod member and the inner periphery of the elongated hole, The holding portion can be slid smoothly.
As a result, the terminal connection operation can be carried out smoothly.

The 2nd characteristic structure of this invention exists in the place in which the maintenance mechanism which maintains the contact state by a press part is provided.

According to the second characteristic configuration of the present invention, it is possible to press the pressing portion against the contact portion by the slide mechanism, but in that state, the reaction force against the pressing of the pressing portion acts on the wedge-shaped member. There is a possibility that the wedge-shaped member is pulled out, and the provision of the maintenance mechanism can prevent the wedge-shaped member from being pulled out.
Therefore, the contact state which presses a terminal to a terminal part with a press part can be maintained.

According to a third characteristic configuration of the present invention, the maintaining mechanism includes a first vertical wall portion formed at the end portion of the inclined wedge surface of the wedge-shaped member and a first vertical wall formed at the end portion of the pressure receiving surface of the holding portion. And a second vertical wall portion that contacts the surface contact state.

According to the third characteristic configuration of the present invention, when the wedge-shaped member is slid on the pressure-receiving surface of the holding portion along the inclined wedge surface, the first vertical wall portion of the wedge-shaped member is disposed after the end portions are overcome. The second vertical wall portion of the holding portion is in contact with the second vertical wall portion in the lateral direction. Therefore, the pressing reaction force by the pressing portion can be received as a drag force in the opposing direction of the two vertical wall portions, and the contact state can be maintained while having a simple structure.

According to a fourth characteristic configuration of the present invention, the maintenance mechanism is constituted by a lock mechanism for preventing the wedge-shaped member from coming off.

According to the fourth characteristic configuration of the present invention, it is possible to reliably prevent the wedge-shaped member from coming out of the contact state by the locking action of the locking mechanism.

According to a fifth characteristic configuration of the present invention, the maintenance mechanism is constituted by a cover member attached to the box body in a state in which the wedge-shaped member is prevented from coming out.

According to the fifth characteristic configuration of the present invention, the wedge member can be pulled out by the cover member while the original function of the cover member covering and shielding the box body can be exhibited.
Therefore, even if strong vibration or impact is applied to the terminal box, the cover member can prevent the wedge-shaped member from being inadvertently pulled out.
In addition, the cost can be reduced because the cover member can perform its function without providing a maintenance mechanism having a special structure.
Furthermore, when other maintenance mechanisms are used in combination, the accuracy of preventing the wedge-shaped member from coming out can be further improved.

According to a sixth characteristic configuration of the present invention, the wedge-shaped member is fitted to a rail member standing on the box body so as to be movable along the rail longitudinal direction.

According to the sixth characteristic configuration of the present invention, when the wedge-shaped member is moved, it can be moved accurately and smoothly along the rail member, and the operability is improved.
In addition, since the moving posture is stable, the contact state between the inclined wedge surface of the wedge-shaped member by the slide mechanism and the pressure receiving surface of the holding portion can be more accurately maintained, and the holding portion can be slid and moved without difficulty. Connection with the terminal portion can be carried out smoothly.

A seventh characteristic configuration of the present invention is that a lift prevention mechanism for preventing the holding portion from floating from the box body is provided.

According to the seventh characteristic configuration of the present invention, when the holding portion slides with respect to the box body, it is possible to prevent the holding portion from being lifted by the rising prevention mechanism, and it is possible to slide the holding portion in a more stable posture.
Accordingly, since the movement posture of the holding portion is stabilized, the holding portion can be slid accurately and easily, and the connection between the terminal and the terminal portion can be smoothly performed.

According to an eighth characteristic configuration of the present invention, a support wall portion that supports sliding movement of the holding portion in a sliding contact state is provided integrally with the box body, and the levitation prevention mechanism includes a sliding wall between the support wall portion and the holding portion. A guide recess that is long in the sliding direction formed on one side of the contact surface and a fitting convex portion that is formed on the other side of the sliding contact surface and can be fitted into the guide recess. The protruding peripheral surface portion of the portion is formed by a shear fracture surface formed by punching.

According to the eighth characteristic configuration of the present invention, the holding portion can slide on the box body because the fitting convex portion is fitted in the guide concave portion and can be relatively moved along the longitudinal direction of the guide concave portion. It is acceptable to move. On the other hand, in the width direction of the guide concave portion, the movement is restricted by the fitting action of the guide concave portion and the fitting convex portion, so that the holding portion can be prevented from floating on the box body.
In addition, since the protruding peripheral surface portion of the fitting convex portion is constituted by a shear fracture surface formed by punching, the corner portion of the convex portion is in a sharp state, and it is possible to ensure strong engagement with the guide concave portion. Thus, it is possible to prevent the holding portion from rising more reliably.

A ninth characteristic configuration of the present invention is that an urging mechanism for applying an urging force in a direction in which the holding portion is separated is provided.

According to the ninth characteristic configuration of the present invention, when the pressing portion is not reliably in a contact state, the holding portion is pushed back to the separated state by the biasing mechanism, so that the separated state can be easily confirmed visually. .
Therefore, it can be used as a barometer indicating a normal connection state, and a more reliable connection state can be formed.

According to a tenth characteristic configuration of the present invention, the holding portion includes a pair of side wall portions along both side portions of the wedge-shaped member, a pair of inclined grooves respectively provided on the side wall portions, A pair of protrusions provided on both sides are provided.

According to the tenth feature of the present invention, since the inclined groove on the side wall and the projection of the wedge-shaped member are provided, the projection is held while abutting on the peripheral edge of the inclined groove when the wedge-shaped member is pulled out. The part can be slid on the box body so as to be in the separated state and returned to the original position.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the holding unit 5 is made of sheet metal, has four peripheral walls, has an end surface opening formed in a rectangular cylindrical shape, and the end surface is placed on the upper surface of the box body 1. Yes. On the box main body 1, it is slidably provided along the long side direction of a rectangle.
Of the four peripheral walls, one short-side peripheral surface portion h1 is provided with a pressing portion 5a formed of a bent surface portion bent in a state of being folded back from the lower edge portion toward the inner space portion. The pressing portion 5a has elasticity and is configured to be able to elastically swing back and forth with the lower edge portion as a swing center. The entire holding part 5 is slid to bring the pressing part 5a closer to the terminal part 3 side, and further sliding with the terminal 4 interposed, the pressing part 5a can be pressed against the terminal part 3. The terminal portion 3 can be electrically connected (see FIG. 5).
As described above, the movement of the pressing portion 5 a switches between a contact state in which the terminal 1 is sandwiched between the terminal portion 3 and conduction between the terminal portion 3 and the terminal 1 and a separated state separated from the terminal portion 3. be able to.

The other short side peripheral surface portion h3 is formed with a pressure receiving surface 5b formed of an inclined surface portion inclined in the diameter increasing direction at the upper edge (see FIG. 2). The pressure receiving surface 5b can receive the inclined wedge surface 6a of the wedge-shaped member 6 in a surface contact state.
In the embodiment, a pair of pressure receiving surfaces 5b are provided on the left and right.
Further, a second vertical wall portion 5d made of a vertical surface is provided below the lower end portion of the pressure receiving surface 5b.

In a pair of opposed long side peripheral surface portions (corresponding to side wall portions) h2, long holes (corresponding to guide concave portions) 5c along the long side direction are respectively provided in the upper and lower intermediate portions.
The elongated hole 5c is configured so that a fitting convex portion 3a (described later) provided in the terminal portion 3 can be fitted, and allows the fitting convex portion 3a to slide along the elongated hole 5c. Thus, in the vertical direction, the movement is restricted by the engaging action of the elongated hole 5c and the fitting convex part 3a, and the holding part 5 is prevented from floating from the box body 1.
The long hole 5c and the fitting convex portion 3a constitute a floating prevention mechanism U.
A cut-and-raised portion 5e that protrudes toward the in-cylinder empty side is provided on the other short-side peripheral surface portion h3 side of the upper edge portion of the long-side peripheral surface portion h2, and a protruding edge portion of the wedge-shaped member 6 to be described later 6d is received by this cut-and-raised portion 5e to prevent the wedge-shaped member 6 from coming out.

As shown in FIG. 3, the terminal portion 3 is made of sheet metal and includes three peripheral surface portions that cover the holding portion 5.
The peripheral surface portion is a ceiling connected between a pair of peripheral wall portions (corresponding to support wall portions) w1 that can be slidably contacted with each other along the pair of long side peripheral surface portions h2 of the holding portion 5 and the upper edge portions of both peripheral wall portions w1. Part w2.

A fitting convex portion 3 a that can be fitted into the elongated hole 5 c of the holding portion 5 is formed on the peripheral wall portion w1.
This fitting convex part 3a is formed by pressing the relevant part of the peripheral wall part w1 from the outside with a punching die and stopping before punching. According to this method, the protruding corner portion of the fitting convex portion 3a is sharply finished. For example, it can be made difficult to come off from the elongated hole 5c as compared with a case where the protruding corner portion is rounded. According to this punching method, the outer peripheral portion of the fitting convex portion is constituted by a shear fracture surface.

The ceiling part w2 is not provided in the one end part of the surrounding wall part w1.
Further, an output contact portion w3 having a U-shaped cross section for connecting the output cable C and the bypass diode D is provided at the other end portion of the peripheral wall portion w1. The output contact portion w3 is attached with a holding body 7 that is elastically held from above and below, and the output cable C and the bypass diode D can be clamped to the output contact portion w3 using the holding body 7. , Each other can be conductively connected.

The ceiling part w2 has a central part configured as an opening through which the wedge-shaped member 6 can pass vertically.
Moreover, the drooping surface part w4 bent downward is formed in the one end part of the ceiling part w2.
The hanging lower surface portion w4 is arranged in a state of facing the pressing portion 5a, and the role of a connecting terminal for electrically connecting the interposed terminal 1 and the terminal portion 3 by the pressing portion 5a approaching and abutting. Take charge (see FIG. 5).

The wedge-shaped member 6 is made of a synthetic resin, and is formed in a shape in which the lower end portion of one circumferential surface of the rectangular parallelepiped block is chamfered obliquely as shown in FIG.
This chamfered portion becomes the inclined wedge surface 6 a, and can transmit the pressing force to the holding portion 5 while being in contact with the pressure receiving surface 5 b of the holding portion 5.
In addition, the wedge-shaped member 6 is formed with a rail groove 6b that is externally fitted to the rail portion 1c of the box body 1. The inclined wedge surface is formed by pushing the rail groove 6b downward while fitting the rail groove 6b into the rail portion 1c. A force is transmitted from 6a to the pressure receiving surface 5b of the holding portion 5, and the entire holding portion 5 can be slid to the other end side.
The wedge-shaped member 6 and the pressure receiving surface 5b constitute a slide mechanism S.

A first vertical wall portion 6c made of a vertical surface is provided above the upper end portion of the inclined wedge surface 6a.
As shown in FIG. 5, the first vertical wall portion 6 c is formed in the second vertical direction of the holding portion 5 after the inclined wedge surface 6 a and the pressure receiving surface 5 b are in contact with each other in the process of pushing the wedge-shaped member 6 downward. It will contact | abut with the wall part 5d in the surface contact state. In this state, since the action of the slide mechanism S is finished, even if the wedge-shaped member 6 is further pushed, the holding portion 5 does not slide sideways, and the contact state between the pressing portion 5a and the terminal portion 3 is maintained. Can do. This contact state can be maintained as long as the wedge-shaped member 6 is not pulled out.
The first vertical wall portion 6c and the second vertical wall portion 5d constitute a maintenance mechanism K.

Further, on both side portions of the wedge-shaped member 6, protruding edge portions 6 d are formed across the corners of the first vertical wall portion 6 c, the corners of the inclined wedge surface 6 a, and the corners of the lower surface. The protruding edge portion 6d comes into contact with the cut-and-raised portion 5e of the portion 5 from the lower side, so that the wedge-shaped member 6 can be prevented from coming off.

As described above, the wedge-shaped member 6 is pushed downward, the holding portion 5 is slid, and the pressing portion 5a is pressed against the hanging lower surface portion w4 of the terminal portion 3, so that there is no need to use solder or the like. The connected terminal 4 can be conductively connected to the terminal portion 3.
Further, by attaching the lid 2 to the box body 1, the back surface of the lid 2 is positioned with almost no gap on the upper surface of the wedge-shaped member 6, so that the wedge-shaped member 6 is prevented from coming out by the lid 2. Can do. The maintenance mechanism K is also configured by the lid 2.

[Second Embodiment]
Hereinafter, an embodiment having a different configuration from the previous embodiment will be described mainly with a different configuration. The description of the same configuration as the previous embodiment is omitted.

As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the levitation prevention mechanism U is replaced with the configuration of the elongated hole 5 c formed in the holding portion 5 of the previous embodiment and the fitting convex portion 3 a formed in the terminal portion 3. A cut-and-raised claw (corresponding to a fitting convex part) 5f formed on the lower edge part of the long side peripheral surface part h2 of the holding part 5 and a notch part (corresponding to a guide concave part) 3b formed on the lower edge part of the terminal part 3 And is configured.

The cut-and-raised claw 5f is formed by cutting and raising the lower edge portion of the long side peripheral surface portion h2 outward at two front and rear positions in the sliding direction.
The notch portions 3b are provided at two positions, front and rear, corresponding to the cut and raised claws 5f to be engaged. The notch length of the notch 3b is set in consideration of the slide width of the cut and raised claw 5f.

Moreover, the output contact part w3 formed in the edge part of the terminal part 3 is comprised as a vertical wall.
The sandwiching body 7 is configured to be able to sandwich the output cable C and the bypass diode D from the front and back of the output contact portion w3.

[Third Embodiment]
As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the terminal box B of the third embodiment has a long side peripheral surface portion (corresponding to a side wall portion) h2 of the holding portion 5 separately from the slide mechanism S described in the previous embodiment. Also, a slide mechanism Sa is provided between the both sides of the wedge-shaped member 6.

The long side peripheral surface portion h2 is formed with an inclined groove 8 that opens to the lower edge portion.
The inclination angle of the inclined groove 8 is set to the same angle as the inclination of the pressure receiving surface 5b.
Further, the lower end portion side of the inclined groove 8 is not inclined and is formed in the vertical direction similarly to the second vertical wall portion 5d, and constitutes the vertical groove 8a.

The wedge-shaped member 6 is formed with a protrusion 6e that is slidable along the inclined groove 8 while being fitted in the inclined groove 8 at the lower ends of both sides.

By pulling up the wedge-shaped member 6 upward from the state in which the protrusion 6e is fitted in the lower end of the inclined groove 8, force is transmitted from the protrusion 6e to the peripheral edge of the inclined groove 8, and the holding part 5 It slides by the component force of the component and is brought into a non-contact state.
The inclined groove 8 and the protrusion 6e constitute a slide mechanism Sa.
When the projection 6e is in the vertical groove 8a, the holding portion 5 is not slid and the contact state is maintained.
A maintenance mechanism K is constituted by the projection 6e and the vertical groove 8a.

Further, the wedge-shaped member 6 is provided with a protruding portion 9 that protrudes from the upper edge portion of the main body portion to the side opposite to the pressing portion 5a, and both corner portions of the protruding portion 9 are elastically protruding downward. A deformation piece 9a is formed. The elastic deformation piece 9a can be elastically deformed back and forth with the base end portion at the upper end as a center, and an engagement convex portion 9b that can be elastically engaged with the engagement concave portion 1d of the box body 1 at the lower end portion. It is formed. Therefore, when the wedge-shaped member 6 is pushed down to the lower end portion, the engagement convex portion 9b can be engaged with the engagement concave portion 1d of the box body 1, and the wedge-shaped member 6 can be prevented from being accidentally pulled out. .
The engagement convex portion 9b and the engagement concave portion 1d constitute a lock mechanism R.
When a pulling force larger than a predetermined force is applied to the wedge-shaped member 6, the engagement of the lock mechanism R can be released by the elastic oscillation of the elastic deformation piece 9a, and the wedge-shaped member 6 can be pulled out.

[Fourth Embodiment]
As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the terminal box B of the present embodiment is different in the configuration of the terminal portion 3 in the third embodiment.
The terminal portion 3 is fixed to the box body 1 in a state of being positioned in the inner space of the holding portion 5 and is formed in a rectangular tube shape.
Further, the sliding mechanism of the holding part 5 accompanying the pushing operation of the wedge-shaped member 6 is the same as in the case of the third embodiment.
Further, the floating prevention mechanism U is constituted by a protruding portion 10 formed on the outer surface of the standing portion of the box body 1.
Since this protrusion part 10 is projected on the upper edge part of the holding | maintenance part 5, it can prevent that the holding | maintenance part 5 floats. Of course, it does not prevent the holding part 5 from sliding on the box body 1 in the lateral direction.

[Another embodiment]
Other embodiments will be described below.

<1> The terminal box B is not limited to the shape, material, and structure described in the previous embodiment, and can be changed as appropriate. For example, the number of terminal assemblies T can be set as appropriate.
Moreover, the box-shaped structure which does not provide the cover body 2 may be sufficient.
<2> In the previous embodiment, the locking mechanism R of the wedge-shaped member 6 has been described. However, apart from the mechanism in which the position of the wedge-shaped member 6 is locked at the fitting lower limit position, as shown in FIG. May be provided with a retaining mechanism N that is locked in a state where the position is at the upper limit position of fitting.
The retaining mechanism N includes an engaging convex portion 9b of the wedge-shaped member 6 and an engaging concave portion 1e with which the engaging convex portion 9b can engage. The engaging recess 1e is formed at a position higher than the position of the engaging recess 1d of the previous embodiment. This retaining mechanism may be provided together with the lock mechanism R in the previous embodiment, in addition to the one provided alone.
<3> The terminal box B may be provided with a biasing mechanism 11 that applies a biasing force in a direction in which the terminal box B is separated from the holding unit 5.
As an example, as illustrated in FIG. 13, a configuration in which a leaf spring material 11 a is provided at one end of the holding portion 5 and a receiving portion 1 f that receives the leaf spring material 11 a is provided in the box body 1.
According to this configuration, when the wedge-shaped member 6 is pushed in and the holding portion 5 is slid in the contact state, if the pushing is not performed until the maintenance mechanism K is actuated, the wedge-shaped member 6 is pushed back by the elastic restoring force of the leaf spring material 11a. Therefore, a separated state is entered, and a reliable operation is urged. Therefore, more reliable conduction connection of the terminal 4 is possible.

In addition, as mentioned above, although the code | symbol was written in order to make contrast with drawing convenient, this invention is not limited to the structure of an accompanying drawing by this entry. In addition, it goes without saying that the present invention can be carried out in various modes without departing from the gist of the present invention.
