Next, with reference to fig. 1 to 11, a card tray assembly 100 and an electronic apparatus 1000 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure are described.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the card tray assembly 100 according to the embodiment of the disclosure is suitable for the electronic device 1000, and the type of the electronic device 1000 is not limited as long as the card tray slot 200 of the pluggable card tray assembly 100 is provided and the card (such as a SIM card, an SD card, etc.) information carried on the card tray assembly 100 can be identified. For example, the electronic device 1000 may be a mobile phone, a computer, a sound box, a wearable device, and the like. Moreover, when the type of the electronic device 1000 according to the embodiment of the present disclosure is selected, other configurations and operations of the electronic device 1000 of the corresponding type are known to those of ordinary skill in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the card holder assembly 100 according to the embodiment of the disclosure is in plug-in fit with the card holder slot 200 on the electronic device 1000 along the first direction F1. Specifically, the card holder assembly 100 may include a tray 1 and a door plate 2, the tray 1 is used for carrying a card, the door plate 2 is installed at one end of the tray 1 in the first direction F1, that is, the door plate 2 is installed at one end of the tray 1 in the insertion direction, so that when the tray 1 is inserted into the card holder slot 200 on the electronic device 1000, the door plate 2 may close the entrance of the card holder slot 200, and thus the door plate 2 is also called a card holder cap, a card holder cover, and the like.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 2, tray 1 may have a length direction, a width direction, and a thickness direction, and when tray 1 is inserted into card slot 200 along its length direction, the length direction of tray 1 is first direction F1 and the width direction of tray 1 is second direction F2, and when tray 1 is inserted into card slot 200 along its width direction, the width direction of tray 1 is first direction F1 and the length direction of tray 1 is second direction F2. The thickness direction of the tray 1 is a third direction F3 perpendicular to the first direction F1 and the second direction F2, respectively.
As shown in fig. 2, one of the tray 1 and the door panel 2 is a first structural member 101, and the other is a second structural member 102, the first structural member 101 has a first mating member 11 thereon, and the second structural member 102 has a second mating member 21 thereon. That is, when the tray 1 has the first fitting member 11, the door panel 2 has the second fitting member 21, and when the tray 1 has the second fitting member 21, the door panel 2 has the first fitting member 11.
As shown in fig. 3, the first fitting member 11 extends in the direction of the second structure member 102, the second fitting member 21 extends in the direction of the first structure member 101, and both the thickness direction of the first fitting member 11 and the thickness direction of the second fitting member 21 are the thickness direction of the pallet 1, i.e., the third direction F3. Wherein, at least one of the two side surfaces of the thickness of the first fitting piece 11 has a first insertion portion 110, two second fitting pieces 21 are respectively disposed at the two sides of the thickness of the first fitting piece 11, the second fitting piece 21 facing the first insertion portion 110 of the two second fitting pieces 21 has a second insertion portion 210, and the second insertion portion 210 and the first insertion portion 110 are pressed and inserted and matched along the thickness direction of the first fitting piece 11.
That is, the first insertion portion 110 may be the first limiting groove 111 or the first limiting buckle 211, and the second insertion portion 210 may also be the first limiting groove 111 or the first limiting buckle 211, and the first limiting buckle 211 is inserted into and matched with the first limiting groove 111 along the thickness direction of the tray 1 portion through a stamping process, so that the first mating member 11 and the second mating member 21 on the corresponding side may be limited from moving relatively along the first direction F1.
Therefore, the assembly of the door panel 2 and the tray 1 can be simply and effectively completed, and since the first mating member 11 and the at least one second mating member 21 cannot move relatively along the first direction F1, it indicates that the door panel 2 and the tray 1 cannot be separated along the first direction F1, so that when a user pulls the door panel 2 along the first direction F1 to attempt to take the card holder assembly 100 out of the card holder slot 200, the tray 1 can reliably follow the door panel 2 to move out of the card holder slot 200 along the first direction F1 under the cooperation of the first mating member 11 and the second mating member 21, thereby ensuring that the card holder assembly 100 can be taken out smoothly and improving the overall quality of the electronic device 1000.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 3, the first fitting member 11 has the first insertion portion 110 on each of the two thickness side surfaces thereof, and the second fitting members 21 have the second insertion portions 210 thereon, so that the two thickness side surfaces of the first fitting member 11 can be respectively inserted and fitted with the second insertion portions 210 on the two second fitting members 21 through the first insertion portions 110, that is, the second fitting members 21 on both sides can be in limit fit with the first fitting member 11, so that the first fitting member 11 and the second fitting member 21 can be further limited from being separated along the first direction F1, and the door panel 2 and the tray 1 can be further prevented from being separated along the first direction F1.
As shown in fig. 3, the first insertion portion 110 of each side of the thickness of the first mating member 11 is a first limit groove 111, and the second insertion portion 210 of each second mating member 21 is a first limit buckle 211. Therefore, the processing is convenient, and when the first matching piece 11 and the second matching piece 21 are assembled, the opposite direction does not need to be found, that is, when the thickness direction of the first matching piece 11 is the vertical direction, the second matching piece 21 does not need to be specially selected to be arranged above the first matching piece 11 and the second matching piece 21 is arranged below the first matching piece 11, or no matter which second matching piece 21 is arranged above the first matching piece 11, the first matching piece 11 can be assembled with the two second matching pieces 21, and the assembling efficiency is improved.
In short, when the tray 1 is assembled with the door panel 2, when the front surface of the door panel 2 faces upward, the tray 1, no matter the front surface faces upward or the back surface faces upward, can be assembled with the door panel 2 facing upward in place, thereby improving the assembly efficiency. In addition, when the first fitting piece 11 with the first limiting groove 111 formed on both sides is arranged on the tray 1, and the two second fitting pieces 21 with the first limiting buckle 211 are arranged on the door panel 2, the requirement that the thickness of the tray 1 is smaller than that of the door panel 2 can be better met, the overall processing difficulty of the tray 1 is reduced, and the overall processing difficulty of the door panel 2 is reduced.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the first fitting member 11 may be configured in an axisymmetric structure with respect to the thickness center line L of the first fitting member 11, and the two second fitting members 21 are axisymmetrically disposed with respect to the thickness center line L of the first fitting member 11, so that the restraining force between the first fitting member 11 and the second fitting members 21 on both sides is uniform, thereby better dispersing the pulling force, avoiding the problem of failure of the engagement between the first fitting member 11 and one of the second fitting members 21 due to non-uniform dispersion of the pulling force, and further improving the restraining reliability of the first fitting member 11 and the two second fitting members 21, and preventing the door panel 2 and the tray 1 from being separated in the first direction F1.
For example, in the specific example shown in fig. 3, the first fitting member 11 has upper and lower surfaces on both sides of the thickness thereof, and the two second fitting members 21 are provided on both upper and lower sides of the first fitting member 11. When the first inserting-embedding part 110 on the upper surface of the first matching piece 11 is the first concave limiting groove 111, the second inserting-embedding part 210 on the second matching piece 21 above the first matching piece 11 is the first convex limiting buckle 211, and the first limiting buckle 211 can be buckled and embedded downwards in the first limiting groove 111 through a punching process such as necking, so as to limit the relative movement of the first matching piece 11 and the second matching piece 21 above along the first direction F1; when the first inserting-embedding part 110 on the lower surface of the first matching piece 11 is the concave first limiting groove 111, the second inserting-embedding part 210 on the second matching piece 21 positioned below the first matching piece 11 is the convex first limiting buckle 211, and the first limiting buckle 211 can be upwards buckled and embedded in the first limiting groove 111 through a punching process such as necking, so as to limit the relative movement of the first matching piece 11 and the second matching piece 21 above along the first direction F1.
Of course, the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments of the present disclosure, the first fitting member 11 may also have the first insertion-insertion portion 110 on only one side, and correspondingly, the second fitting member 21 on only one side has the second insertion-insertion portion 210 thereon. For example, as shown in fig. 4, the first fitting member 11 may not have the first insertion portion 110 on the lower surface, and the second fitting member 21 located below the first fitting member 11 may not have the second insertion portion 210. Thereby, the door panel 2 and the tray 1 can be restricted from being separated in the first direction F1.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 5 to 7, when the first inserting-embedding part 110 on each side of the thickness of the first mating part 11 is the first position-limiting groove 111 and the second inserting-embedding part 210 on each second mating part 21 is the first position-limiting buckle 211, in the second direction F2 perpendicular to the first direction F1, the extending length L1 of each first position-limiting groove 111 and the extending length L2 of the corresponding first position-limiting buckle 211 satisfy the relationship of 0.8L 2 being equal to or less than L1 being equal to or less than L2, thereby ensuring that the matching area of the first position-limiting groove 111 and the first position-limiting buckle 211 is sufficient, improving the inserting-matching reliability of the first position-limiting groove 111 and the first position-limiting buckle 211, and facilitating the processing of the first position-limiting groove 111 and the first position-limiting buckle 211.
In the embodiment, as shown in fig. 5-7, the first engaging element 11 is disposed on the tray 1, the second engaging element 21 is disposed on the door panel 2, and the extending length L1 of the first limiting groove 111 in the second direction F2 and the width W of the tray 1 in the second direction F2 satisfy the relationship that 0.8W is not less than L1W, and not more than W, so that the width space of the tray 1 can be fully utilized, the opening area of the first limiting groove 111 is increased as much as possible, the matching area of the first limiting groove 111 and the first limiting buckle 211 is further increased, the inserting and embedding matching reliability of the first limiting groove 111 and the first limiting buckle 211 is further increased, and the door panel 2 and the tray 1 are prevented from being separated along the first direction F1.
As shown in fig. 6-7, when the first inserting-embedding portions 110 on each side of the thickness of the first mating piece 11 are the first limiting grooves 111, the second inserting-embedding portions 210 on each second mating piece 21 are the first limiting buckles 211, and the extending lengths L1 of the first limiting grooves 111 and the extending lengths L2 of the first limiting buckles 211 in the second direction F2 perpendicular to the first direction F1 satisfy the relationship that 0.8L 2 is not less than L1 not less than L2, the two ends of the two second mating pieces 21 in the second direction F2 are respectively connected through the blocking pieces 22, so that the first mating piece 11 is located between the blocking pieces 22 on the two sides in the second direction F2, thereby preventing the first mating piece 11 and the second mating piece 21 from being separated along the second direction F2, and further improving the connection reliability of the first mating piece 11 and the second mating piece 21.
For example, in the example shown in fig. 6, two second fitting members 21 are arranged at intervals in the up-down direction, the left end of the upper second fitting member 21 is connected to the left end of the lower second fitting member 21 by one blocking member 22, the right end of the upper second fitting member 21 is connected to the right end of the lower second fitting member 21 by another blocking member 22, the first fitting member 11 is sandwiched between the two second fitting members 21 in the up-down direction, and the first fitting member 11 is sandwiched between the two blocking members 22 in the left-right direction, so that the first fitting member 11 and the second fitting member 21 are prevented from being separated in the second direction F2, and the connection reliability of the first fitting member 11 and the second fitting member 21 is further improved.
As shown in fig. 5 to 8, when two ends of the two second mating members 21 in the second direction F2 are connected to each other through the blocking members 22, respectively, so that the first mating member 11 is located between the blocking members 22 on two sides in the second direction F2, two sides of the first mating member 11 in the second direction F2 are respectively provided with the second retaining grooves 112, and the blocking members 22 on two sides are respectively provided with the second retaining buckles 221 inserted and fitted in the second retaining grooves 112 on the corresponding sides. Thereby, the first fitting member 11 can be better prevented from being separated from the second fitting member 21 in the first direction F1, thereby better avoiding the tray 1 and the door panel 2 from being separated in the first direction F1.
For example, in the example shown in fig. 5-8, the left side of the first mating member 11 has the second limiting groove 112 recessed to the right, the left side blocking piece 22 has the second limiting buckle 221 protruding to the right, and the left side second limiting buckle 221 is inserted and fitted in the left side second limiting groove 112, so that the first mating member 11 and the second mating member 21 can be further prevented from being separated along the first direction F1; the right side of the first matching piece 11 is provided with a second limiting groove 112 recessed leftwards, the right side blocking piece 22 is provided with a second limiting buckle 221 protruding leftwards, and the second limiting buckle 221 on the right side is inserted and matched in the second limiting groove 112 on the right side, so that the first matching piece 11 and the second matching piece 21 can be further prevented from being separated along the first direction F1.
Of course, the disclosure is not limited thereto, the extending length L1 of the first position-limiting groove 111 in the second direction F2 and the extending length L2 of the first position-limiting buckle 211 in the second direction F2 may not satisfy the relation of 0.8L 2 ≤ L1 ≤ L2, for example, L1 and L2 may also satisfy L2 ≤ 0.5L 1, at this time, the first position-limiting buckle 211 may include a plurality of sub-buckles distributed at intervals in the second direction F2, and the first position-limiting groove 111 is simultaneously inserted and fitted with the plurality of sub-buckles, so that different practical requirements may be satisfied.
In addition, according to the card holder assembly 100 of the embodiment of the disclosure, the first structural member 101 and the second structural member 102 may also be matched by dispensing and/or riveting. That is, the first structure 101 and the second structure 102 may be further adhesively connected by means of glue or riveted by means of riveting, in addition to the cooperation of the first fitting member 11 and the second fitting member 21. Thereby, the first fitting member 11 and the second fitting member 21 can be further prevented from being separated in the first direction F1. In addition, the cross-sectional shapes of each limit groove and each limit buckle according to the embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited, and may be, for example, a rectangle as shown in fig. 3, a semicircle as shown in fig. 9, or the like.
Next, referring to fig. 10 to 11, a method of assembling the card holder assembly 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure will be briefly described, in which the tray 1 has a first fitting member 11, both side surfaces of the first fitting member 11 in the third direction F3 have first limiting grooves 111, both side surfaces of the first fitting member 11 in the second direction F2 have second limiting grooves 112, the door panel 2 has two second fitting members 21 and two blocking members 22 (see fig. 6), the two second fitting members 21 are spaced apart in the third direction F3, the two blocking members 22 are spaced apart in the second direction F2, the two blocking members 22 are connected to both ends of the two second fitting members 21 in the second direction F2, so that the two blocking members 22 and the two second fitting members 21 are connected end to define a fitting cavity 20, wherein each second fitting member 21 has a first limiting buckle 211 at a position facing the first limiting groove 111, each blocking piece 22 is provided with a second limit buckle 221 at a position facing the second limit groove 112.
During assembly, the first mating member 11 is first dispensed into the mating cavity 20, and then inserted into the mating cavity 20 along the first direction F1, and then two punches 2000 are used spaced apart in the third direction F3, a pressing force (i.e. a short dwell pressure) is applied to the two second fitting members 21 pressing in the direction toward the first fitting member 11, so that the first limit buckle 211 on the second mating member 21 is inserted into and fitted with the first limit groove 111 on the first mating member 11, so that the assembly of the tray 1 and the door panel 2 can be simply and quickly finished, after the glue dispensed is solidified, the tray 1 and the door panel 2 can be reliably connected together, the production efficiency is extremely high, and the tray 1 and the door panel 2 can be ensured to form reliable limit and difficult separation in the plugging direction (i.e. the first direction F1) of the card support assembly 100 and the card support slot 200, so that the overall tensile strength of the card support assembly 100 is improved.
Of course, the disclosure is not limited to this, and in the above-mentioned punching process, another two punches distributed at intervals in the second direction F2 may also be used to apply a punching force pressing the two blocking pieces 22 toward the first mating piece 11, so as to insert and mate the second limit buckle 221 on the blocking piece 22 with the second limit groove 112 on the first mating piece 11. Therefore, the tray 1 and the door panel 2 can be further ensured to be reliably limited and not easy to separate in the inserting and pulling direction (i.e. the first direction F1) of the card holder assembly 100 and the card holder slot 200.
Therefore, the problem that the door plate 2 is separated from the tray 1 due to aging and failure of glue when the door plate 2 and the tray 1 are connected by the glue in the related art can be solved, and reliable guarantee is provided for a user on the premise of not increasing cost. In addition, the problem that the door panel 2 and the tray 1 are not easy to install due to the fact that the buckle is easy to damage when the tray 1 and the door panel 2 are assembled through the buckle structure in the related technology can be avoided. Therefore, the card holder assembly 100 according to the embodiment of the present disclosure is more convenient to assemble and the reliability of use is also greatly guaranteed. In short, according to the card holder assembly 100 of at least one embodiment of the present disclosure, the door panel 2 is reliably buckled on the tray 1 in a pressing manner, that is, the door panel 2 is buckled with the tray 1, so that the risk that the door panel 2 falls off from the tray 1 due to aging and failure of glue under environmental tests such as boiling, smoke, and high and low temperature can be effectively improved, and reliability guarantee is provided for the use of a user.
