Claims (21)

前記第1固着点と前記第2固着点とが、組織修復機器の中心軸線に関して互いにオフセットして配置されていることを特徴とする組織修復機器。 - 請求項1記載の組織修復機器において、
前記第2固着点(1000)が、この第2固着点(1000)の両側に位置した溝(1000c)を有していることを特徴とする組織修復機器。 - 請求項2記載の組織修復機器において、
前記スロット(182b”)の両側面(182f)が前記溝(1000c)に収納されているようにして、前記第2固着点(1000)が前記針(182)に対して結合されていることを特徴とする組織修復機器。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の組織修復機器において、
前記ノブ(120)が、シャフト(121)と、このシャフト(121)に対して結合される頭部(122)と、挿管(123)と、を有していることを特徴とする組織修復機器。 - 請求項4記載の組織修復機器において、
前記頭部(122)が、フランジ(122a)および頚部(122b)を有し、
前記フランジ(122a)および前記頚部(122b)の双方が、前記シャフト(121)より大きい径を有していることを特徴とする組織修復機器。 - 請求項4または5記載の組織修復機器において、

前記内壁(121c)に対して、挿管(121d’)を有したロッド(121d)が結合されていることを特徴とする組織修復機器。 - 請求項6記載の組織修復機器において、
前記挿管(121d’)が、この挿管(121d’)の一部分が平坦でありかつこの挿管(121d’)の残部が円弧であるように、D字型を有していることを特徴とする組織修復機器。 - 請求項6または7記載の組織修復機器において、
前記ロッド(121d)が、第1部分(121e)および第2部分(121f)を有し、
前記第1部分(121e)が、複数のスパイク(121e”)とこれらスパイク(121e”)間に位置した複数のくぼみ(121e’’’)とを有する面(121e’)を有していることを特徴とする組織修復機器。 - 請求項4〜8のいずれか1項に記載の組織修復機器において、
前記組織修復機器が、さらに、前記ノブ(120)の前記挿管(123)内に配置される管材(130)を備え、
この管材(130)が、近位部分(131)と、遠位部分(132)と、外側面(133)と、内側面(134)と、挿管(135)と、を有していることを特徴とする組織修復機器。 - 請求項9記載の組織修復機器において、
前記遠位部分(132)が、複数のレール(139)と、これらレール(139)間に位置した複数のスロット(132b、132c)と、を有していることを特徴とする組織修復機器。 - 請求項10記載の組織修復機器において、
前記スロット(132b)が、異なる深さを有する2つの領域(132b’、132b”)を有し、それにより、段が付いた領域(132’’’)が前記スロット(132b)に沿って存在することを特徴とする組織修復機器。 - 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の組織修復機器において、

前記内壁(121c)に対して、挿管(121d’)を有したロッド(121d)が結合されており、
前記シャフト(141)の前記近位部分(141a)が、前記挿管(121d’)の平坦部分と前記近位部分(141a)の前記平坦部分とが互いに隣接するようにして、前記ロッド(121d)の前記挿管(121d’)内に収納され、それにより、押圧アセンブリ(140)を、前記ノブ(120)に対して結合していることを特徴とする組織修復機器。 - 請求項13記載の組織修復機器において、
動作時には、前記挿管(121d’)がなすD字形状と、前記近位部分(141a)がなすD字形状と、により、前記挿管(121d’)内における軸方向移動が可能とされるとともに、前記挿管(121d’)内における前記近位部分(141a)の回転動作が制限されることを特徴とする組織修復機器。 - 請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の組織修復機器において、
前記アクチュエータが、さらに、押圧ディスク(160)を有していることを特徴とする組織修復機器。 - 請求項15記載の組織修復機器において、
前記押圧ディスク(160)が、挿管(161)と、前部分(162)と、後部分(163)と、内側面(164)と、外側面(165)と、を有していることを特徴とする組織修復機器。 - 請求項16記載の組織修復機器において、
前記外側面(165)が、突起(166)を有していることを特徴とする組織修復機器。 - 請求項16または17記載の組織修復機器において、
前記挿管(161)が、第1部分(161a)と、第2部分(161b)と、第3部分(161c)と、を有し、
前記第2部分が、前記第1部分と前記第3部分との双方より小さな径を有していることを特徴とする組織修復機器。 - 請求項16〜18のいずれか1項に記載の組織修復機器において、
前記後部分(163)が、複数のスパイク(163a)と、これらスパイク間に位置した複数のくぼみ(163b)と、を有していることを特徴とする組織修復機器。 - 請求項12〜19のいずれか1項に記載の組織修復機器において、
前記アクチュエータ(142)の遠位部分(142b)が、平坦な上部分(142b’)と、円弧状の下部分(142b”)と、先細端部分(142b’’’)と、を有していることを特徴とする組織修復機器。 - 請求項19または20記載の組織修復機器において、
前記アクチュエータが、さらに、押圧ディスク(160)を有し、
前記組織修復機器(100)の動作時には、前記押圧ディスク(160)の前記スパイク(163a)および前記くぼみ(163b)が、前記ロッド(121d)の前記スパイク(121e”)および前記くぼみ(121e’’’)と、前記管材(130)の前記レール(139)と、に対して係合するとともに、前記突起(166)が、前記管材(130)の前記スロット(132b、132c)内でスライドすることを特徴とする組織修復機器。
