Description

The present invention relates to a seedling container for growing plant seedlings such as vegetable seedlings, flower tree seedlings, tea tree seedlings, etc. until transplanted to a breeding place.

Conventionally, when raising plant seedlings such as vegetable seedlings, flower tree seedlings, tea tree seedlings, etc., soft resin seedling containers called pots and corrosive seedling containers made of paper have been frequently used. In such a seedling container, when the root of a seedling that grows along with the growth of the plant hits the inner wall surface of the seedling container, it grows while rotating along the inner wall surface, and the roots are complicatedly entangled with each other. "Occurs. When root winding occurs, water accumulates in a complicatedly entangled part, causing root rot, or entangled roots being damaged each other, causing death due to entry of various bacteria into the root. In addition, the seedling that has caused the root winding has poor growth after being transplanted to the growing place. It is desirable that the roots of the seedlings grown in the seedling container extend straight.

。   For these reasons, seedling containers that can prevent root winding have been demanded, and many seedling containers that have a plurality of protrusions extending in the vertical direction on the inner surface of the side wall have been proposed as means for preventing root winding. (For example, refer to Patent Documents 1, 2, and 3.)

実用新案登録第3084940号公報Utility Model Registration No. 3084940 特許第3312234号公報Japanese Patent No. 3321234 特開2003−102280号公報JP 2003-102280 A

However, in the seedling raising containers described in Patent Documents 1, 2, and 3, the ridges provided on the inner surface of the side wall are all narrow (thin), and therefore, the interval between the ridges on the inner surface of the side wall. If the width is wide, the roots meander between the ridges and straight elongation may not be obtained, and if the roots meander between the ridges, the roots will be intertwined complicatedly, and water will accumulate in that part, causing root rot Or entangled roots may be damaged. In order to prevent this, it is necessary to narrow the interval between the protruding ridges. If the interval between the protruding ridges is narrowed, it becomes difficult to pull out the seedlings from the seedling container, and the production of the seedling containers is troublesome. There is a problem of becoming.

An object of the present invention is to provide a seedling-raising container that can more reliably prevent the seedling from being wound and can easily pull out the seedling.

In order to achieve the above object, the invention according to claim 1 is characterized in that the upper end side of each side wall is formed on the inner surface of each side wall of the seedling container body formed in a rectangular tube shape that is tapered from the upper end opening to the bottom. Is provided so as to protrude from the center position of the upper end side of each side wall to the bottom position, and the protrusion is located near the center in the width direction and further from the upper end side to the bottom part. A vertical groove is provided toward the surface.

In the invention described in claim 2, the seedling container main body tapered from the upper end opening to the bottom according to claim 1 is approximately three-quarters of the total length from the upper end opening toward the bottom. Is formed by a two-step taper portion that is further tapered from the position of the bend portion, and the protrusions provided on the inner surfaces of the side walls of the seedling container body are It is characterized in that it is provided so as to project from the part to the bottom position with a taper width that tapers along the taper width of each side wall of the second stage of the seedling container body .

The invention according to claim 3 is characterized in that the seedling container body tapered from the upper end opening to the bottom according to any one of claims 1 or 2 has a capacity of 60 to 100 ml. .

According to a fourth aspect of the invention, according to claim 1, 2 or either one of 3, the seedling container body provided plurality, the upper end sides of the respective seedling container body is connected It is characterized by.

According to the seedling container according to claim 1, on the inner surface of each side wall of the seedling container body formed in a rectangular tube shape that is tapered from the upper end opening to the bottom, approximately one third of the upper end side of each side wall. Are provided so as to protrude from the center position of the upper edge of each side wall to the bottom position, so that the width of each side wall between the protrusions on the inner peripheral surface formed by each side wall is wide. Even if the root in contact with the wall surface of each side wall between the protrusions meanders, it immediately strikes the step of the protrusion and is guided toward the bottom, and the interval between the protrusions, that is, the width of each side wall Since the roots gradually become narrower, the roots extend more securely in the direction of the bottom, and the roots that contact the upper surface of the protrusions become roots that extend straight between the protrusions even if meandering. Because they will both extend straight in the bottom direction. The base-winding can be reliably prevented, also, it is easy to pull out seedlings, also the projection is near the widthwise center, a vertical groove provided further toward the bottom from the top side Therefore, the vertical groove can more reliably prevent the seedling from being wound, and the seedling can be pulled out more easily. Furthermore, since the configuration is simple, the manufacture is easy.

According to the seedling container of Claim 2, the said seedling container main body tapering from the upper end opening part to the bottom part of Claim 1 is substantially 4 of height full length toward the bottom part from an upper end opening part. The position of the third is a beveled part, and is formed by a two-step taper part that is further tapered from the bendable part, and each protrusion provided on the inner surface of each side wall of the seedling container body is Since it is provided to project to the bottom position with a taper width that tapers along the taper width of each side wall of the second stage of the seedling container main body from the bendable part, it can prevent root winding of the seedling, The seedling can be pulled out more easily.

According to nursery container according to claim 3, according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the seedling container body has a tapered toward the bottom portion from the upper opening, because a volume 60~100Ml, This is suitable for raising seedlings (for example, tea tree seedlings) capable of growing for a long time.

The seedling container of this example is provided on the inner surfaces of the side walls 4a, 4b, 4c, and 4d of the seedling container body 3 that is tapered from the upper end opening 1 to the bottom 2, respectively. Projections 5a, 5b, 5c, 5d having a width of approximately one third of the upper end side of 4c, 4d project from the center position of the upper end side of each side wall 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d to the position of bottom 2 They are respectively provided Te.

The height of the protrusions 5a, 5b, 5c, and 5d (the rising height from the side walls 4a, 4b, 4c, and 4d) is such that the roots of the seedlings that grow along with the growth of the plants are the side walls 4a, 4b, and 4c. 4d, it is necessary that the roots to be rotated along the side walls 4a, 4b, 4c, and 4d are so high that they cannot get over the protrusions 5a, 5b, 5c, and 5d.

In the present example, vertical grooves 7a, 7b, 7c, and 7d are provided from the upper end side toward the bottom portion 2 at the center in the width direction of the protrusions 5a, 5b, 5c, and 5d, respectively. Also, the corners of the side walls 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, the corners of the side walls 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d and the protrusions 5a, 5b, 5c, 5d, the upper corners of the protrusions 5a, 5b, 5c, 5d Each part is chamfered and formed into a curved surface. Further, a drain hole 8 is provided in the bottom portion 2.
As a capacity | capacitance of the seedling container main body 3 of this example, a thing about 60-100 ml can be used.

According to the seedling container of this example, each side wall 4a is provided on the inner surface of each side wall 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d of the seedling container main body 3 formed in the shape of a rectangular tube that is tapered from the upper end opening 1 to the bottom 2. Projections 5a, 5b, 5c, 5d having a width of approximately one third of the upper end sides of 4b, 4c, 4d are directed from the center position of the upper end sides of the side walls 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d toward the bottom. Since each is provided, the width of each side wall 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d between each protrusion 5a, 5b, 5c, 5d on the inner peripheral surface formed by each side wall 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d is not wide. Even if the roots in contact with the wall surfaces of the side walls 4a, 4b, 4c, and 4d between the protrusions 5a, 5b, 5c, and 5d meander, they immediately hit the stepped portions of the protrusions 5a, 5b, 5c, and 5d. Are guided in the bottom 2 direction, and the projections 5a, 5b, 5 5d, the width of each side wall 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d is gradually narrowed, so that the roots extend straight in the direction of the bottom 2 more reliably, and the protrusions 5a, 5b, 5c, 5d Even if the root on the upper surface side meanders, it will be guided by the root extending straight between the protrusions 5a, 5b, 5c and 5d, and will both extend straight in the direction of the bottom 2 so that the seedling Can be reliably prevented. Further, since the number of the protrusions 5a, 5b, 5c, and 5d is small, it is easy to pull out the seedling.
Furthermore, since the capacity is as large as about 60 to 100 ml, long-term seedling can be grown. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for raising seedlings that require long-term raising such as tea tree seedlings.

3 and 4 show a second example of the embodiment of the seedling container according to the present invention, FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing the seedling container of this example, and FIG. 4 shows the seedling container shown in FIG.
