Description
The present invention relates to a ground fault detection device for detecting a ground fault, and more particularly to a ground fault detection device having a fault diagnosis function.
Conventionally, for example, Patent Document 1 proposes a ground fault detection system that can self-diagnose whether or not the system itself is operating normally. Specifically, in Patent Document 1, a ground fault trial circuit for simulating a ground fault by connecting a battery and a vehicle body via a resistor, and a predetermined rectangular wave on a battery bus connected to the battery There has been proposed a configuration including a ground fault detector that detects a ground fault by comparing a response voltage when a voltage is applied and a reference voltage.
However, in the above conventional technique, the ground fault trial circuit and the ground fault detector are configured to be connected only by the battery bus, and therefore there is a problem that the ground fault diagnosis cannot be performed depending on the wiring disconnection portion of the battery bus. is there.
Further, in the case of a ground fault trial circuit composed of a switch and a resistor connected to the battery bus, a vehicle ground fault is actually generated, which is not preferable in terms of insulation safety. When a failure that reduces the resistance value of the resistor occurs, there is a problem that a ground fault cannot be generated under safe conditions.
In view of the above points, it is a first object of the present invention to provide a ground fault detection device capable of performing fault diagnosis even when the wiring is disconnected in fault diagnosis. A second object is to ensure safety during failure diagnosis.
In order to achieve the above object, the invention according to claim 1 further comprises a ground fault detection means (30) for detecting a ground fault of the high voltage power supply system (40) mounted on the vehicle in an insulated state. Yes. In addition, a ground fault enforcement circuit (20 that generates a decrease in pseudo insulation resistance by electrically connecting the high voltage power supply system (40) and the vehicle body (60) of the vehicle at the time of failure diagnosis of the ground fault detection means (30). )have.
And a ground fault detection means (30) and a ground fault enforcement circuit (20) are each connected to the high voltage power supply system (40) by the separate wiring (50-53), It is characterized by the above-mentioned.
According to this, since the ground fault detection means (30) and the ground fault enforcement circuit (20) are electrically connected to the high voltage power supply system (40) through independent paths, the ground fault enforcement circuit (20). Even if a disconnection occurs between the power supply system and the high-voltage power supply system (40), the ground fault detection means (30) can detect the failure.
The invention according to claim 2 is characterized in that the separate wirings (50 to 53) are wirings common to the wiring for detecting the voltage of the high-voltage power supply system (40).
According to this, it is not necessary to newly prepare separate wirings (50 to 53), and the configuration of the apparatus is not complicated. In addition, since a voltage detection line for detecting the voltage of each battery constituting the high voltage power supply system (40) is used, a plurality of arbitrary wirings are selected as “separate wirings (50 to 53)”. can do.
As in the third aspect of the present invention, the ground fault enforcement circuit (20) can include at least a switch (22) and a resistor (21).
The invention according to claim 4 is characterized in that the ground fault enforcement circuit (20) further includes a capacitor (23).
According to this, since the high-voltage power supply system (40) and the vehicle body (60) are insulated by the capacitor (23), the ground fault enforcement is safely performed by the ground fault enforcement circuit (20) in a DC insulated state. It can be carried out.
In the invention described in claim 1 , a plurality of ground fault enforcement circuits (20) are provided for the high voltage power supply system (40), and each ground fault enforcement circuit (20) has a separate wiring. (50, 52).
According to this, since a plurality of ground fault enforcement circuits (20) are provided, the redundancy and reliability of failure diagnosis can be improved.
Furthermore, in the invention described in claim 1 , the high voltage power supply system (40) is configured by connecting a plurality of batteries in series, and one of the plurality of ground fault enforcement circuits (20) is a plurality of batteries. It is characterized by being connected to the intermediate potential.
According to this, there is an advantage that the high voltage common potential fluctuation at the time of ground fault enforcement when operating the ground fault enforcement circuit (20) is small.
In addition, the code | symbol in the bracket | parenthesis of each means described in this column and the claim shows the correspondence with the specific means as described in embodiment mentioned later.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the following embodiments, the same or equivalent parts are denoted by the same reference numerals in the drawings.
(First embodiment)
Hereinafter, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The ground fault detection device according to the present embodiment is a device for detecting a ground fault such as a high voltage battery, and is applied when detecting a ground fault of a high voltage power supply system of an electric vehicle such as a hybrid vehicle, for example. .
FIG. 1 is an overall system diagram including a ground fault detection apparatus according to the present embodiment. As shown in FIG. 1, the ground fault detection device includes a
First, the high voltage power supply system 40 (HV battery in FIG. 1) to which the ground fault detection device is connected is a battery group configured by connecting a plurality of rechargeable lithium ion secondary batteries in series, and is in an insulated state. It is mounted on the vehicle. The high voltage
In such a high voltage
The
The ground
The ground
According to such a configuration, the ground
The ground
The
The
FIG. 2 shows the waveforms of signals handled by the
The
2B to 2D show signals input by the
The A / D converter converts the detection signal detected by the
The microcomputer also has a self-diagnosis function for determining an abnormality in ground fault detection based on a detection signal input from the A / D converter. In this case, the microcomputer turns on the
As shown in FIG. 2C, when the rectangular wave acquired as the detection signal does not exceed the ground fault determination threshold, the microcomputer determines that the device is functioning normally. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 2D, when the rectangular wave acquired as the detection signal exceeds the ground fault determination threshold, the microcomputer determines that the device is malfunctioning (failure).
The microcomputer includes a CPU, ROM, EEPROM, RAM, and the like (not shown), and is set to perform ground fault detection and self-diagnosis according to a program stored in the ROM.
The ground
Further, the
Here, “intermediate potential” has a plurality of meanings.
(1) A voltage that is half the voltage generated by the high-voltage
(2) The dividing position when the plurality of batteries constituting the high voltage
(3) When a plurality of batteries constituting the high-voltage
Thus, by connecting the ground
The above is the overall configuration of the ground fault detection device and system according to the present embodiment. In such a ground fault detection device, when performing ground fault detection, the
Further, at the time of self-diagnosis for detecting a failure of the ground fault detection device, the
As described above, in the present embodiment, the ground
Further, since the
As for the correspondence between the description of the present embodiment and the description of the claims, the ground
(Second Embodiment)
In the present embodiment, parts different from the first embodiment will be described. FIG. 3 is an overall system diagram including the ground fault detection apparatus according to the present embodiment. As shown in this figure, the ground
The
(Third embodiment)
In the present embodiment, parts different from the first and second embodiments will be described. FIG. 4 is an overall system diagram including the ground fault detection apparatus according to the present embodiment. As shown in this figure, in the present embodiment, two ground
One ground
Each ground
In addition, one of the two ground
(Fourth embodiment)
In the present embodiment, parts different from the first to third embodiments will be described. In each said embodiment, although the ground
FIG. 5 is an overall system diagram including the ground fault detection apparatus according to the present embodiment. As shown in this figure, another
A
Thus, in the configuration in which the ground
The
The
As described above, even when the ground
(Other embodiments)
The configurations shown in the above embodiments are examples, and the present invention is not limited to the configurations described above, and other configurations that can realize the present invention may be employed. For example, although the third embodiment shows a configuration in which two ground
