Claims (7)
- 環状外殻(14)と、
環状内殻(16)の内側に円柱状の空気の内側流れチャンネルを画定し、前記外殻(14)と内殻(16)との間に空気の外側流れチャンネルを画定するように配置される環状内殻(16)と、
前記外側流れチャンネルと前記内側流れチャンネルとの間に配置される燃料吐出環状部(46)であって、前記外側流れチャンネルから吐出される環状の外気流(38)、および前記環状内殻(16)から吐出される円柱状の内気流(30)と実質的に平行な方向に前記外殻(14)内の混合領域(48)の中へ燃料流(42)を噴射するように構成される燃料吐出環状部(46)と
前記外殻(14)から前記内殻(16)まで延在し、前記内側流れチャンネルの中に外殻(14)の外部(26)からの内気流(30)を吐出するように構成される、複数の中空のストラット(22)を含む、
を備える燃焼器(10)のための予混合器(12)。 - 前記複数のストラット(22)は、前記燃料吐出環状部(46)の上流の十分に離れたところに配置され、前記複数のストラット(22)によって生じる流れの乱が抑制されてから、前記内側流れチャンネルから吐出される内気流(30)および前記外気流(38)は前記混合領域(48)に到達するように構成される、請求項1に記載の予混合器(12)。
- 前記複数のストラット(22)は、前記外気流(38)の乱れを最小限度にするように流線形を有する、請求項1または2に記載の予混合器(12)。
- 前記内殻(16)が、前記燃料吐出環状部(46)に前記燃料流(42)を送出するように構成される複数の燃料通路(40)を含む、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の予混合器(12)。
- 前記燃料吐出環状部(46)は、前記燃料流(42)が前記混合領域(48)の中へ噴射される複数の燃料吐出孔(54)又は周囲スロットを備える、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の予混合器(12)。
- 前記燃料流(42)が、前記内側流れチャンネルから吐出される円柱状の内気流(30)と、前記外側流れチャンネルから吐出される環状の前記外気流(38)との間で噴射される、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の予混合器(12)。
- 複数の請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の予混合器(12)を備えるターボ機械用の燃焼器(10)。
