Description
The present invention relates to a system for managing information on materials and chemical substances constituting a part together with information on a product and information on a part constituting the product.
In recent years, various regulations regarding chemical substances have been enforced from the viewpoint of global environmental protection, and the severity of chemical substance management has been increasing year by year. In particular, the REACH regulations implemented in Europe require disclosure of the type and content of chemical substances as well as the presence or absence of hazardous substances contained in products.
However, when there are a large number of products that must be managed and the number of parts of those products, there is a limit to manual management, and the introduction of chemical substance management systems has been promoted.
If the types and number of products and components to be managed are large, the capacity of the database that the chemical substance management system should have becomes enormous, and the registration work of new parts in the database also becomes enormous. Under such circumstances, the technique disclosed in
However, in order to comply with various regulations concerning chemical substances, strictness is required instead of estimation, and the number of types and types of parts registered in the database inevitably increases. The increase in the number of types and types of parts is caused by the passage of years when parts and products using the parts exist in the market.
The products and parts include series products that have the same management number for managing them, but the materials and substances constituting them and the content ratios thereof are the same. Specifically, the series products have the same type, but have different model values due to different characteristic values. In order to solve the above problem, that is, to suppress the increase in the capacity of the database, the inventor paid attention to the existence of series products.

As another desirable mode of the contained chemical substance confirmation support system, as a result of determination by means for determining whether the input calculation formula identifier is stored in the calculation formula master database, the input calculation formula identifier is not stored in the calculation formula master database. Then, it further has means for storing the new calculation formula included in the registered component information in the calculation formula master database in correspondence with the input calculation formula identifier.
Still another desirable mode of the contained chemical substance confirmation support system is that the name of the part included in the retrieved part information and stored in the parts information database in response to the retrieved part information for retrieving the part from the input device And means for outputting the mass to the output device, means for outputting the calculation formula identifier corresponding to the series identifier included in the search part information to the output device with reference to the series master database, and containing chemical substances in the contained chemical substance information database Means for calculating the content of the chemical substance by applying the rate and the mass of the part to the calculation formula indicated by the calculation formula identifier stored in the calculation formula master database, and the calculated chemical substance content And a means for outputting to the output device in association with the name.

FIG. 10 shows a processing flowchart of the

In order to facilitate the input of the

With reference to the calculation
