前記コンピュータ可読媒体上に記憶された機械可読命令を含み、前記プロセッサによって実行される調達リスク分析モジュールであって、前記調達リスク分析モジュールは、
各調達スコアリング・モデルに関連するスコアのスコアリング・スケールを判断し、
高リスク調達を特定する閾値を各スケールに関して判断し、ここで前記スコアリング・スケールおよび前記閾値は、前記スコアリング・モデルそれぞれに関して同じであり、
調達に対する入札を検査する評価容量を判断し、および
