Description
(i)フレームは侵襲性が高く、長期間所定の位置にあることができない。したがって、分割治療と通常呼ばれる、長期の時間経過(複数日)にわたる複数回の曝露を必要とする治療に容易に使用できない。これは、単一線量で治療され得る病変に比べて、治療され得る病変のタイプを制限する。
(ii)この手法は、デバイスと、関連するターゲットおよび周辺の正常な解剖学的構造との間の厳密な変換を想定する。これは、頭蓋骨内の病変に関しては妥当な想定であるが、首と肩上部などのより広い区域に適用される場合には当てはまらない。したがって、これも、剛体として治療され得る体積内の病変に比べて、治療され得る病変のタイプを制限する。
Claims (19)
- 共通収束点に向けられた治療放射線源の配列と、
前記共通収束点から離間された撮像点のまわりの領域の容積測定画像の作成を可能にするために同期して移動可能な調査用放射線源と調査用放射線源のための検出器であって、前記共通収束点に対して固定された台によって支持される、調査用放射線源と調査用放射線源のための検出器と、
撮像のための第1の位置と、前記撮像点と前記共通収束点との間の変位に等しい変位だけ前記第1の位置から変位された治療のための第2の位置との間で移動可能な患者位置決めシステムとを備え、
前記第1の位置と前記第2の位置との間の前記患者位置決めシステムの移動を許容するために、前記調査用放射線源と前記検出器の前記移動を可能にするように、前記調査用放射線源と前記検出器は、前記台と前記調査用線源と前記検出器との間の関節式連結によりさらに支持される放射線治療装置。 - 前記線源がコバルト−60線源である、請求項1に記載の放射線治療装置。
- 前記関節式連結が、その両端に前記調査用線源と前記検出器とが装着されたCアームを備える、請求項1または2に記載の放射線治療装置。
- 前記Cアームがリニア・アクチュエータによって前記台に取り付けられる、請求項3に記載の放射線治療装置。
- 前記Cアームが回転関節によって前記台に取り付けられる、請求項3に記載の放射線治療装置。
- 前記関節式連結が前記台から前記回転関節に延びるアームをさらに備え、それによって前記台から前記回転関節を離間する、請求項5に記載の放射線治療装置。
- 前記アームがリニア・アクチュエータによって前記台に取り付けられる、請求項6に記載の放射線治療装置。
- 前記リニア・アクチュエータが、前記アームが前記患者支持体と前記治療線源の配列との間に位置する第1の位置と、前記アームが前記患者支持体と前記治療線源の配列との間の前記空間から離れている第2の位置とから前記アームを移動させるように構成される、請求項7に記載の放射線治療装置。
- 前記アームが別の回転関節によって前記台に取り付けられる、請求項6に記載の放射線治療装置。
- 前記別の回転関節が、前記アームが前記患者支持体と前記治療線源の配列との間に位置する第1の位置と、前記アームが前記患者支持体と前記治療線源の配列との間の前記空間から離れている第2の位置と、から前記アームを移動させるように構成される、請求項9に記載の放射線治療装置。
- 複数の調査用放射線源を含む、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の放射線治療装置。
- 前記患者支持体の前記位置を調整するための調整手段をさらに備える、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の放射線治療装置。
- 前記容積測定画像から定位情報を決定するための手段と、指定されたターゲティング場所と実際のターゲティング場所との間の不一致を解消するように前記定位情報に従って前記手段を制御する制御手段とをさらに備える、請求項12に記載の放射線治療装置。
- 前記調整手段が前記調査用線源と前記検出器の移動に従って前記患者支持体の前記位置を調整するように構成される、請求項12または13に記載の放射線治療装置。
- 前記調査用線源と前記検出器が回転して移動する、請求項14に記載の放射線治療装置。
- 前記調査用線源と前記検出器が角度φだけ移動し、前記調整手段が、ksin(φ+α)に比例する距離だけ前記患者支持体を直線的に移動させ、式中kとαとは定数である、請求項15に記載の放射線治療装置。
- 前記調整手段が、前記患者支持体を全体的に前記検出器に向かって一方向に移動させるように構成される、請求項14から16のいずれか一項に記載の放射線治療装置。
- 前記患者支持体内の患者を表示するように設置された光検出器をさらに備える、請求項1から17のいずれか一項に記載の放射線治療装置。
- 前記光検出器が、前記患者支持体に固着されたアームに装着される、請求項18に記載の放射線治療装置。
