Description
Claims (16)
- 環状排気ダクトに固定接合されたシェブロンの列からなり、
前記シェブロンの各々は、前方基部と後方頂部の間において後縁に沿って収束する半径方向内側スキン及び外側スキンを含み、
前記スキンは各シェブロンにおいて対応するコアに積層されており、前記コアは前記内側スキンよりも大きな熱伝導率を有し、前記外側スキンは前記内側スキンよりも大きな熱膨張係数を有する、排気ノズル。 - 前記シェブロンの各々は、前記基部と頂部の間において軸方向に円周方向幅及び半径方向厚さが収束する、請求項1に記載のノズル。
- 前記内側スキン、外側スキン、及びコアは、前記内側スキンから前記コアを通って前記外側スキンまで熱を熱伝導するように互いに接合された金属薄板からなる、請求項2に記載のノズル。
- 前記コアは、前記内側及び外側スキンを橋渡しする中空セルを有するハニカムからなる、請求項3に記載のノズル。
- 前記内側及び外側スキンは軸方向及び円周方向にアーチ形であり、前記ハニカムコアはそれらの間で前記スキンを半径方向に橋渡しする、請求項4に記載のノズル。
- 前記コアは、構造部分及び導電部分からなり、前記導電部分は前記スキンの両方よりも大きな熱伝導率を有している、請求項1に記載のノズル。
- 前記内側スキン、外側スキン、及びコアは、異なる材料組成を含む、請求項1に記載のノズル。
- それらの間のコアによって一体的に互いに接合された内側及び外側スキンからなり、

- 前記内側及び外側スキンは、前記基部と頂部の間において長手方向にアーチ形であり、横断方向厚さが収束する、請求項9に記載のシェブロン。
- 前記コアは、対応して異なる材料組成を有する前記スキン間に積層されたハニカムからなる、請求項9に記載のシェブロン。
- 前記コアは、構造部分及び導電部分からなり、前記導電部分は前記スキンの両方よりも大きな熱伝導率を有している、請求項8に記載のシェブロン。
- 一列に配列され、その前記基部において環状支持フランジに固定接合され、前記内側スキンが半径方向内側に面している、請求項10に記載の複数のシェブロン。
- それらの間で半径方向にコアによって互いに積層された、異なる材料組成を有する半径方向内側スキン及び半径方向外側スキンを各々が有するシェブロンの列からなり、
前記コアが、前記スキン間に積層されたハニカムからなり、前記内側スキンよりも大きな熱伝導率を有し、
前記外側スキンは、前記内側スキンよりも大きな熱膨張係数を有する、排気ノズル。 - 前記シェブロンの各々は、前方基部と対向する後方頂部の間において後縁に沿って軸方向に円周方向幅が収束し、
前記内側及び外側スキンは、前記基部と頂部の間においてそれぞれ軸方向凹面形及び凸面形である、請求項14に記載のノズル。 - 前記コアは、構造部分及び導電部分からなり、前記導電部分は前記スキンの両方よりも大きな熱伝導率を有している、請求項14に記載のノズル。
