Claims (8)
- 処理すべき血液が、半透膜によって血液チャンバと透析流体チャンバとに分割されたダイアライザの血液チャンバを通って体外血液回路内に流れ、透析流体が、透析流体用の経路内で前記ダイアライザの透析流体チャンバを通って流れ、血液ポンプが、体外血液回路内に配置される血液処理装置用の、フィステルでの再循環率(RA)および/または心肺再循環比率(RCP)を求める機構であって、
血液の物理的または化学的パラメータを変える手段(20)と、
血液の、第1の血液流量(QBH)での、物理的または化学的パラメータの第1の変化に起因する物理的または化学的パラメータ、および前記第1の血液流量と異なる第2の血液流量(QBL)での、物理的または化学的パラメータの第2の変化に起因する物理的または化学的パラメータを測定する手段(21、22)と、
第1および第2の血液流量(QBH、QBL)で測定された物理的または化学的パラメータに基づいてフィステル再循環率(RA)および/または心肺再循環比率(RCP)を求めることができるように設計された計算および分析ユニット(18)と、
を備える機構。 - 前記計算および分析ユニット(18)は、前記第1の血液流量(QBH)で測定された物理的または化学的パラメータに基づいて、前記第1の血液流量に関してフィステル再循環率および心肺再循環比率の和(RH)を求めることができ、前記第2の血液流量(QBL)で測定された物理的または化学的パラメータに基づいて、前記第2の血液流量に関してフィステル再循環率および心肺再循環比率の和(RL)を求めることができるように設計されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機構。
- 前記計算および分析ユニット(18)が、一方としての心肺再循環比率(RCP)とフィステル再循環率(RA)の和と、他方としてのフィステル再循環率(RA)との差を求める手段を有することを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の機構。
- 血液の物理的または化学的パラメータを変える手段(20)は、血液の温度(T)を変える手段であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の機構。
- 血液の物理的または化学的パラメータを測定する手段(21、22)は、血液の温度を測定する手段であることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の機構。
- 半透膜(7)によって血液チャンバ(8)と透析流体チャンバ(9)に分割されたダイアライザ(6)を有し、
体外血液回路(I)の一部として、前記ダイアライザの血液チャンバにつながる動脈血液ライン(10)および血液チャンバ(8)から延びる静脈血液ライン(11)を有し、前記体外血液回路に配置された血液ポンプ(25)を有し、前記ダイアライザ(6)の前記透析流体チャンバ(9)につながる透析流体送入ライン(13)および透析流体チャンバ(9)から出る透析流体送出ライン(14)を有する血液処理装置において、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の、フィステル再循環率(RA)および/または心肺再循環比率(RCP)を求めるための機構によって特徴付けられる血液処理装置。
