Description
図1は、本発明の第1実施形態に係るパルプ製造装置1の全体構成が示されている。
次に、本実施形態に係るパルプ製造装置1によるパルプの製造方法について説明する。図2は、パルプの製造方法の流れを示すフローチャートである。
次に、第2実施形態に係るパルプ製造装置について説明する。図3は、第2実施形態に係るパルプ製造装置2の全体構造図である。パルプ製造装置2は、処理済みの第1乃至3の薬液を貯留タンク70に一時的に貯留し、異物除去装置80によって各薬液の不純物を取り除いた後、再利用液供給装置90を介して薬液供給装置20に戻すことによって、第1乃至3の薬液を再利用できることころに特徴がある。なお、タンク本体10、薬液供給装置20、液温度制御装置30、渦流生成装置40、薬液排出装置50、ガス回収装置60については、第1実施形態と同じ構造、機能を持つものであるので、同じ番号を付し、詳細な説明は省略する。
次に、第3実施形態に係るパルプ製造装置について説明する。図4は、第3実施形態に係るパルプ製造装置3の全体構造図である。パルプ製造装置3は、蒸解工程で生成されたパルプをパルパー100のタンク本体10から排出するための、パルプ排出用ストレーナ110をタンク本体10に設けたところに特徴がある。なお、タンク本体10、薬液供給装置20、液温度制御装置30、渦流生成装置40、薬液排出装置50、ガス回収装置60については、第1実施形態と同じ構造、機能を持つものであるので、同じ番号を付し、詳細な説明は省略する。

Claims (10)
- 非木材の植物から大気圧雰囲気中でパルプを製造する方法であって、
前記非木材の植物を破砕して生成されたアスペクト比が少なくとも20以上の繊維状チップを含む原材料に、大気圧雰囲気中で硝酸を含む薬液を浸透させ、該原材料を多孔質化する酸化工程と、
苛性ソーダを含む薬液に、生成されるパルプ濃度が2〜20%となる量の前記多孔質化した原材料を投入し、大気圧雰囲気中で、渦流生成装置で生成された渦流によって前記原材料同士を接触させることで、多孔質化された前記原材料の繊維とリグニンを分離すると共に、繊維束を解きほぐす蒸解工程と、を少なくとも備えることを特徴とするパルプ製造方法。 - 前記渦流は、前記渦流生成装置及び邪魔板によって生成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパルプ製造方法。
- 前記酸化工程において、液比(原材料の絶乾重量:硝酸の重量)を5以下とすることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のパルプ製造方法。
- 前記蒸解工程後、前記蒸解工程で用いた苛性ソーダよりも高い濃度の苛性ソーダを含む他の薬液によって、前記原材料の蒸解を促進し、残存リグニンを抽出するとともに、渦流によって前記原材料同士を接触させることで、多孔質化された前記原材料を解きほぐす第2蒸解工程を、更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のパルプ製造方法。
- 前記植物は、アオイ科フヨウ属の植物、アサ科アサ属の植物又はバショウ科バショウ属の植物であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のパルプ製造方法。
- 前記植物は、単子葉植物ヤシ科の植物又は禾本科植物であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のパルプ製造方法。
- 前記禾本科植物は、麦藁、竹、葦又はイネ科サトウキビ属の植物であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のパルプ製造方法。
- 少なくとも前記酸化工程及び前記蒸解工程は、105℃以下の温度下で行われることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のパルプ製造方法。
- 前記酸化工程後、前記蒸解工程前に、前記多孔質化した原材料を湯水を含む薬液中で煮沸して残存硝酸を蒸散させる煮沸工程を、更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載のパルプ製造方法。
- 前記酸化工程及び前記蒸解工程は、一つ又は複数のタンク本体において段階的に行われることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載のパルプ製造方法。
