Claims (2)
- エンジンが排出した排気ガスを浄化するガス浄化体と、前記ガス浄化体を内設させる排気ガス浄化ケースと、排出した排気ガス音を減衰させる消音器と、前記排気ガス浄化ケースと連結して前記消音器を構成する消音ケースと、前記ガス浄化体の上流側及び下流側間の排気ガスの圧力差を検出する差圧センサとを備える排気ガス浄化装置において、
消音ケース取付け用のフランジ体の一部にセンサ支持部を一体形成し、前記差圧センサ取付け用のセンサブラケットを前記センサ支持部に第1ボルトにて着脱可能に設けて、前記排気ガス浄化ケースの外側面に前記差圧センサを配置し、
前記消音ケース取付け用のフランジ体に、排気ガス浄化ケース取付け用のフランジ体を第2ボルトにて着脱可能に締結しており、
前記消音ケース取付け用のフランジ体及び前記排気ガス浄化ケース取付け用のフランジ体それぞれに、周方向に沿った等間隔で、前記第2ボルトを挿入するボルト締結部を設けており、前記消音ケース取付け用のフランジ体に、前記ボルト締結部の外周側に一体形成した前記センサ支持部を設けたことを特徴とする排気ガス浄化装置。 - 前記排気ガス浄化ケースにセンサ配管体を設け、該センサ配管体に管継手ボルトを介してセンサ配管接続用の管継手体を締結し、前記排気ガス浄化ケースの外周形状に沿わせて、前記センサ配管体から前記差圧センサに向けて、前記センサ配管を延長させたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気ガス浄化装置。
